BAB III
THIRTEENTH MONTH SALARY PAY/ALLOWANCE FOR PNS WORKING ON CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, MEMBER TNI, MEMBER
POLRI,
AND STATE OFFICIALS
Section 10
(1) Gaji/allowance The thirteenth month for civil servants working for the Central Government, Indonesian members, members of the POLRI, and State Officials, was paid in July 2014.
(2) In terms of the thirteenth month salary/allowance may not be payable in July 2014, the payment as referred to in paragraph (1) was conducted after July 2014.
Section 11
The thirteenth month salary payment/allowance as referred to in Section 10 is charged on the Working Unit of the Working Unit (DIPA) of the Year of the Budget Year 2014.
Section 12

BAB V
THIRTEENTH MONTH PENSION PAYMENT
Article 17
(1) The third month pension payment/allowance of the 2014 Budget by PT Taspen (Persero) and PT Asabri (Persero) took place in July 2014.

Article 3
(1) The twelfth month's salary/pension as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (1) is amounting to a month of earnings received in June 2014.
