provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In this Region Regulation, the term is referred to as:
1. The area is the Bintan County District.
2. The Local Government is hosting the affairs

PROCEDURE AND SERVICE REQUIREMENTS OF RSUD
First Section

Medical Service Check Up (MCU)
Article 6
(1) Any patient who gets the Medical Check Up
(MCU) service in the hospital is subject to an MCU service rate.
(2) The MCU service fare component as referred to in paragraph
(1) does not include therapy and medicine, medik action,
additional diagnostic support checks if needed.

Section 7
Patients who get outpatient services at RSUD are charged
services in accordance with their class.
Section 8
(1) Any patient or family is entitled to submitted a request at
a refrigeration class, according to financial ability and
space-availability.

is determined specifically with the doctor ' s approval

(3) Prisoner patients and prisoner-status patients are required

(4) RUSD is not responsible for the patient ' s security as

(1) For health insurance participants are entitled to obtain treatment at

Medic Medical and Kandungan Disease Act
Article 13
(1) Any patient who gets obstetric and disease services

a. Obstetric service; and
b. Content disease service.

is subject to the operative medik act.
(2) Each

(1) Every patient who gets a support service is imposed

b. Indirect support services (maintenance services

b. Radiological fare;

hospital services at any action.
