SET: REGIONAL REGULATIONS ON ZONING PLANS COASTAL AREAS AND SMALL ISLANDS.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1

In this Region Regulation referred to:

1. The area is Tanjung Jabung East Regency.

2. The Government of the Regency is the Regent and the area device of the East Jabung Peninsula Regency as an element organizer of the local government.

3. Bupati is the Regent of the East Cape of Jabung.

4. The East Jabung Peninsula Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) is the Regional People's Representative Council of the East Jabung Peninsula, as an element of the regional government.

15. The region is a part of the coastal region and small islands that have specific functions defined by the criteria of physical, biological, social, and economic characteristics to be maintained.

16. A zone is a space whose use is agreed together between a variety of stakeholders and has established its legal status.

Article 76

Article 81

(1) disaster-prone zone as referred to in Article 78 includes:

CHAPTER VI RIGHTS, OBLIGATIONS, AND THE ROLE AND SOCIETY

Article 85

(1) Each person is entitled to:

a. obey RZWP3K Regency; b. utilize space in accordance with permission; c. provide information with regard to the management of coastal areas and small islands;

d. maintain, protect, and maintain the preservation of coastal areas and small islands;

e. deliver reports of dangerous, pollution and/or environmental destruction in coastal areas and small islands;

f. monitor the execution of coastal areas and small island-island management plans; and

g. carrying out coastal area management programs and small islands agreed at the village level.

Paragraph 4 Of The Waters Conservation Zone

Article 75

(1) The determination and management policy of water conservation zones is carried out with the protection of the fish and its hahout permission is determined as follows:

I. GENERAL EXPLANATION. In order to improve the development and management of the area
