ABOUT THE PROVISION, DISTRIBUTION, AND PRICING

FUEL. GAS FOR ROAD TRANSPORT

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that in order to diversify energy

in terms of the provision and distribution of Gas Fuel

alongside the provision and distribution of fuel

oil, the Government has established the Presidential Regulation

Number 64 of 2012 on Supplies,

Redistributions, and Gas Fuel Price Redemption

for Road Transport;

b. that to accelerate the implementation of diversification

the energy is the provision and distribution of the Materials

Fuel Gas for road transport alongside the provision

and the distribution of oil fuel, it needs

to complete and resetting policy

provisioning, distribution, and pricing of materials

gas fuel for road transport;

c. that based on consideration as intended

in letter a and letter b, need set the Regulation

President on the Changes to the Presidential Regulation

Number 64 of 2012 on Supplies,

Redistributions, and Gas Fuel Price Redemption

DECIDED:

SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION OF THE CHANGE OVER

PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION NUMBER 64 IN 2012 ABOUT

PROVISION, DISTRIBUTION, AND PRICING

GAS FUEL FOR ROAD TRANSPORT.

Article I

Some provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 64

In 2012 on Supplies, Redistributions, and

is changed as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 2 of the paragraph (3) are changed so that Article 2

reads as follows:

(1) Supplied Fuel and distribution of Gas Fuel

road transport of CNG.

(2) Gas Fuel and Fuel distributions

CNG.

(4) State-owned Business Agency as intended

on paragraph (1) and the Entity ID as

referred to a paragraph (2) is given a gas allocation for

motor vehicle for road transport from

Minister.

(5) State-owned Enterprises as referred to

on paragraph (1) and the Entity ID as

referred to in paragraph (2) is required to have Business Permit

Gas Fuel Niaga and meets the requirements

assignment or the direct appointment of the Minister.

(6) Further provisions on the layout of the designation

directly to the Entity Entity are set up with

Ministerial Regulation.

5. The provisions of Article 7 are amended so that Article 7 reads

as follows:

Section 7

(1) Implementation of the provision and distribution of Materials

Fuel Gas is a CNG as intended in

Article 6 includes construction the means and facilities

distribution and/or construction and operation

SPBG.

(2) The construction of the SPBG as referred to in paragraph

(1) by the State-Owed Business Agency may be performed

by using the Shopping Revenue Budget

Country and/or State-owned Enterprises Budget

which get assignment.

(3) The construction of the SPBG as referred to in the paragraph

(1) by the Entity Office is done using

6. Between Section 7 and Section 8 of the following section 1 (one) section,

the Article 7A reads as follows:

Section 7A

In order for the implementation of the acceleration of the provision and

the distribution of Gas Fuel in the form of CNG, minister,

the head of the nonministerial government agency, the governor,

and the regent/mayor according to his authority:

a. conduct the acceleration of the licensing process and

the land procurement for the construction of the SPBG;

b. encourage the use of the CNG (CNG)

for service vehicles and motor vehicles

public passenger transport; and

c. do socialization of the use of Gas Fuel

(CNG).

7. The provisions of Article 8 of the paragraph (2) are removed so that Article 8

reads as follows:

Article 8

(1) In order of the provision and distribution of Materials

Fuel Gas, the Minister sets the retail price of

CNG.

(2) Remoted.

8. The provisions of Article 9 are amended so that

below:

(1) The government provides the assistance of the Konverter Kit in

free for service vehicles and motor vehicles
