(2) The technical provision of the accessibility as referred to in paragraph (1) is implemented in accordance with the provisions of the invite-invitation rules.
CHAPTER VI DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETENCY AND CAREER
Article 16 (1) ASN Disabilities of Disabilities mandatory education and training
in order to improve competence and develop professionalism. (2) To enhance the competency and develop professionalism
as referred to in paragraph (1), the Ministry of Social Affairs organizes education and inclusion training.
(3) The inclusion of education and inclusion training as set forth in the (2) section performed by widyaisvara which has special skills.
(4) Special skills as referred to in paragraph (3) include: a. Sign language; b. linguistic; and/or c. braille.
(5) The implementation of education and training for ASN Disabilities as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2), organized by the standard of accessibility services in the fields of education and training.
(6) The standard of accessibility services in the field of education and training for the ASN Disability Disability is further regulated by the Ministerial Regulation.
Article 17 The competency and career development of ASN Disabilities are implemented in a way: a. provides for assistance in support of the processes and training; b. providing learning media and necessary aids
in accordance with the degree/type of disability; c. provide consulting services; and/or d. developing cooperation with related parties or agencies
in an effort to increase the competency of Disability Certificates. Article 18
(1) Disability of Disabilities has the same opportunity for career development and in office.

(2) Disabilities of Disabilities who meet the requirements and have the competency of obtaining the same opportunity in obtaining a promotion.
(3) Officials receiving ASN Disabilities are periodically Disabilities doing coaching on ASN Disabilities ASN.
BAB VII COACHING AND SUPERVISION
Article 19 (1) General Coaching of ASN Disability is performed
by the General Secretariat, including coaching on Accessibility. (2) Technical coaching on ASN Disability Disability was carried out
by the Directorate General of Social Rehabilitation. (3) The supervision of the ASN Disabilities is exercised by
internal surveillance apparatus.

Article 5 (1) The Socialization of acceptance as referred to in Article 4 of the letter a

(2) The Socialization as referred to in paragraph (1) is executed at least 3 (three) months before the announcement of the formation.
(3) Technical Managing Unit in the environment The Ministry of Social Affairs and social services can participate in the announcement of the announcement of acceptance of the candidate's ASN Disabilities.
Article 6 (1) Announcement of the formation as referred to in Article 4 of the letter b
