Article 12 (1) The education of education in PNB includes regular education and

d. The student field, including: Minat and talent development, Achievement acquisition, Character Development and soft skills, as well as entrepreneurial development;

requiring coaching; d. exchange of lecturers and/or students; e. Use with a variety of resources; f. The handler, g. publishing scientific journal; h. Holding a seminar together; and/or i. other forms deemed necessary.

(5) Non-academic cooperation as referred to in paragraph (1) can be shaped: a. an asset's assistance; b. a fundraising effort; c. services and utilization of intellectual property rights; and/or

other forms deemed necessary. (6) Further provisions of cooperation as intended

in paragraph (1) are governed in the Equal Employment Guidelines set forth by the Senate in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

CHAPTER V INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM

Article 80 (1) PNB is planning, implementing, controlling, and

developing an internal quality licensing system; (2) internal quality assurance systems as well as referred to the paragraph

(1) is the systemic activity of educational quality in PNB to oversee the continuing implementation of education;

(3) Quality Assurance as referred to in paragraph (2) includes planning, applying, control, and the development of quality standards consistently and sustainably so that all internal and external stakeholders are satisfied;

(6) To run a quality licensing system as referred to by paragraph (1), the Director forms a quality assurance unit;

(7) In the running of its duties, the unit is not available. Quality assurance as defined by paragraph (6) makes the Operational Standard and Procedure (SOP);

(8) The results of quality licensing units are reported to the Director at each semester's end;

(9) The Director delivers the work and the follow-up of the quality licensing unit to the Senate at any end of the academic year.

Section 81 (1) PNB performs educational quality assurance as

liability to stakeholders; (2) The implementation of quality assurance by PNB aims to meet

and/or exceed the national standard of education to be capable of developing a sustainable education quality;

(3) Quality Assurance is performed internally by the Mutu PNB Warranty Unit and externally by the National Board of Higher Education or other independent agencies authorized by the Minister;

(4) the internal and external evaluation results of the study program. periodically as intended on paragraph (3) used as PNB coaching material by the Director;

(5) Further provisions of the PNB internal quality licensing system are set up in the Director's Ordinance in accordance with the provisions of the IBM International Basic General Terms. Laws.

Article 82 (1) For external quality assurance and as a form of accountability

the public in the implementation of PNB education is mandatory for regular program accreditation and institutional accreditation.

(2) Accreditation as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed by the National Accreditation Board of Higher Education or an independent accreditation agency.

CHAPTER VI FORM AND TATA CARA DESIGNATION RULES

Section 83 (1) The rule of regulation in the PNB environment, includes:

a. The Senate rules are rules made and established by the Senate;

b. The Director's rules are rules that are created and specified by the Director; and

c. The Director's decision is a decision made and specified by the Director.

(2) The order of the regulatory establishment in the PNB environment as referred to in paragraph (1) is governed by the Regulation of the Director in accordance with the rules of the law. It's

Article 84 (1) The PNB Revenue and Shopping Budget Plan is compiled every year

by the Director. (2) For the purpose of paragraph (1) the Director may form a Team

assigned to build up planning and budgeting. (3) Internal Supervising Units conduct surveillance and evaluation

sustainably against the Implementation of the PNB Income Budget and Shopping Budget.

Article 85 (1) The funds used to support the PNB Budget

sourced from: a. Government funding b. Public funds include:

1) tuition from public/educated participants in accordance with the laws of the Law;

2) The Admission Exams (USM); 3) Product sales obtained from the host

higher education; 4) The grants and grants from individuals, government agencies

or non-governmental agencies or other parties;

5) The sponsorship of special non-regular/class educational activities; and

6) cooperation funds for educational, research, and engagement activities in society in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(2) The tuition is specified by reference to the laws.

(3) The USM charged to prospective students is set out in the Leadership Meeting.

(4) The source of the funds coming from the public funds is managed in the PNB Revenue and Shopping Budget.

(5) Public funds payments are carried out on PNB accounts. Article 86

(1) The use of funds originating from the government both in regular form and the development budget is managed in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(2) The use of funds derived from the public is regulated and managed by the Director.

(3) The financing of operational activities, student activities and other activities in the PNB environment can be derived from government funds or funds The public or a combination of government funds and community funds is in accd in accordance with the laws applicable to the removal of the State owned goods.

The Eighth Section of Budget Management

Section 78 (1) PNB budgeting planning is structured under the provisions

laws. (2) Budget management based on efficiency, effectiveness,

productivity, transparency, and accountability through procedures in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(3) PNB compiled a budget-management report based on the provisions of the laws

Article 87 (1) The mandatory PNB Revenue and Shopping Budget will

host the bookkeeping according to General applicable accounting standards.

(2) The hosted bookkeeping as referred to in paragraph (1) shall be the basis of reporting and accountability by the budget executor.

Article 88 (1) The Revenue and Shopping Budget Plan Politeknik is composed by

Director and proposed by the Director to the Government. (2) The use of operational costs is adjusted to the directions

operating budget revenue and PNB spending that is authorized by the authorized user-invited regulations.

BAB VIII provisions OTHER

Article 89 (1) Changes of PNB statutes are carried out in a meeting attended by

representatives of all PNB organs. (2) The deputy of the entire PNB organ as referred to in paragraph (1)

consists of: a. The Director and the leadership of the organization units under the Director, as

following: 1) Associate Director; 2) The Chairman of the Business;

b. Chairman, Secretary, and at least 2/3 of all Senate members;

c. The chairman, the Secretary, and 1 (one) of the members of the board of the maid; and

d. The Chairman, Secretary, and 1 (one) person member of the surveillance unit. (3) The PNB statute change decision is based on

the deliberations for the mufakat. (4) If the deliberations for the assemblies are referred to

the paragraph (3) cannot be reached, the decision is made by the vote.

(5) The change of the statute of PNB already approved in the meeting as contemplated in the table below. verse (1) is delivered to the Minister for set.

CHAPTER IX TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS

Article 90 (1) of the Senate and the governing board are defined under the Regulation

National Education Minister Number 174 /O/2001 on the Statute

Bali's State Polytechnic still remains the task and function until the formation of the PNB organ in accordance with the Regulation of this Minister.

(2) The formation of the PNB organ as referred to in paragraph (1) is the most slow 1 (one) year since the Ordinance of this Minister.

CHAPTER X PROVISIONS CLOSING

Article 91 At the time the Minister 's Ordinance came into effect, the provisions governing the Statute in Bali' s Polytechnic environment were declared does not apply.
