WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAW: that with the establishment of the creation of the Ministry of Cabinet Work of the period of 2014-2019 and to implement the provisions of Article 11 of the Law No. 39 Year 2008 concerning the Ministry of State, need to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Ministry of Law. Tourism;

SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE TOURISM MINISTRY.

BAB I

POSITION, DUTY, AND FUNCTION

Article 1 (1) The Tourism Ministry is below and is responsible

to the President. (2) The Ministry of Tourism is led by the Minister.

Article 2

The Ministry of Tourism has the task of organizing government affairs in the field of care to assist the President in organizing the government of the country.

Article 3

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 2, the Ministry of Tourism organizes functions:

a. Formulation and policy assignment in the field of destination development and tourism industry, development of international tourism marketing, development of the marketing of nusantara tourism, and the development of the severity of the severity;

ORGANIZATION

Susunan Organization

Article 4

The Tourism Ministry consists of:

a. Ministry of the Ministry; b. Deputy Field of Development of the Destination and Tourism Industry; c. Deputy Field Development Officer of the International Tourism Association; d. Deputy ... d. Deputy Field Development Marketing Nusantara; e. Deputy field of Institutionless Institutionation; f. Expert staff of Economics and Tourism Areas; g. Multicultural Field Expert Staff; h. Expert staff of the field of arithmetic; and i. Expert staff of Information and Communication Technology.

Second Section

Ministry Secretariat

Article 5 (1) The Ministry Secretariat is below and is responsible

to the Minister. (2) The Secretariat of the Ministry is headed by the Secretary of the Ministry.

Article 6

The Secretariat of the Ministry has the task of organizing the coordination of the implementation of tasks, coaching, and administration of administrative support to all units organization in the Tourism Ministry environment.

Article 7

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 6, the Secretariat of the Ministry organizes functions:

a. coordinate the activities of the Tourism Ministry; b. coordination and drafting of plans, programs, and budgets

Deputy Field Development Destination and Tourism Industry

Article 8 (1) Deputy Field Development Destination and Tourism Industry

b. e. Drafting norms, standards, procedures, and criteria in the areas of infrastructure development and ecosystem, development of cultural, natural, and artificial tourist destinations, tourism industry partnerships, destination governance and community empowerment;

f. providing technical guidance and supervision in the areas of infrastructure development and ecosystem, development of cultural, natural, and artificial tourist destinations, tourism industry partnerships, destination governance and community empowerment;

g. implementation of evaluation and reporting in the areas of infrastructure development and ecosystem, development of cultural, natural, and artificial tourist destinations, tourism industry partnerships, destination governance and community empowerment;

h. implementation of the Deputy Field Office for Sustainable Development and Tourism Industry; and

i. the execution of other functions given by the Minister.

Fourth Quarter

Deputy Field Development Tourism International Tourism

Article 11 (1) Deputy Field Marketing Development of Mancanegara

Fifth Section

Sixth Section

Seventh Section

Inspectorate

Article 20

(1) The Inspectorate is below and is responsible to the Minister.

(2) The Ministry Inspectorate is led by the Inspector.

Article 21

Inspectorate has the duty of organizing an internal oversight in the Tourism Ministry environment.

Article 22

In carrying out the duties as referred to in Article 21, the Inspectorate organizes functions:

a. Drafting of the technical policy of intern surveillance in the Ministry of Tourism environment;

b. implementation of internal oversight in the Ministry of Tourism's environment against performance and finance through auditing, revivics, evaluation, monitoring, and other surveillance activities;

c. implementation of supervision for a particular purpose of the Minister's assignment;

d. conduct of technical guidance and supervision for the execution of affairs in the field of supervision;

e. Drafting of the surveillance results report in the Tourism Ministry environment;

f. implementation of the Inspectorate administration; and

g. implementation of other functions provided by the Minister.

Section Eighth

Expert Staff

Article 23

Expert staff are under and responsible to the Minister and are administratively coordinated by the Secretary Ministry.

Article 24 (1) The Expert Staff of Economic and Tourism Areas has a task

Article 25

Article 26

TRANSITIONAL provisions

Article 38

Article 39

Article 40

All provisions concerning the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy in Presidential Regulation No. 24 of 2010 on Occupation, Duty, and Functions of the Ministry of State and Suspension Of The Organization, Duties, And Functions Of The Ministry Of The Country As has been several times changed, last with the Presidential Regulation No. 135 of 2014; and

b. Presidential Decree No. 165 of 2014 on the Acting Cabinet and the Functions of the Working Cabinet, throughout the set of provisions regarding the Ministry of Tourism,

revoked and declared not in effect.
