Section 5
The Surrender of the Responsible Report as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (1) performed 1 (one) year at least 1 (one) month after year budget expires.
BAB IV
SUBMISSION OF LIABILITY REPORT BY PARPOL TO BPK
Article 6
(1) The Surrender of the Accouncability Report sourced from APBN is carried out by DPP or other desigcountries to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Central BPK in accordance with its authority.
(2) The Surrender of the Responsible Report as referred to in paragraph (1) is evidenced by the receipt.

Section 7
(1) The Surrender of the Accouncability Report which is sourced from APBD is performed by DPD/DPC or other desigcountries to the Provincial/Municipal/City and Representative BPK in accordance with its authority.
(2) The Surrender of the Responsible Report as referred to in paragraph (1) is evidenced by the receipt.
Section 8
(1) The liability report submitted to the BPK consists of:
a. Recapitulation realization of the admission and shopping of Parpol Financial Aid and details of the realization of the Parpol Financial Aid fund shopping per activity; and
b. Recapitulation of inventory/capital (physical), consumables, consumables, and the use of services financed from the Parpol Financial Aid fund.
(2) Responsible reports as referred to in paragraph (1) are attached to the evidence document A complete and valid supporter and affidavit (Representation Letter) signed by the Chairman of DPP/DPD/DPC.
(3) The type and format of the accountability Report are made in accordance with the guideline issued by Kemendagri.
(4) The format of the letter of responsibility statement as referred to in paragraph (2) is as set forth in the attachment as an inseparable part of this Regulation.
BAB V
EXAMINATION OF THE ACCOUNTABILITY REPORT BY BPK
Article 9
(1) The BPK conducts Examination of the Accountable Report as referred to in Article 3 for each Parpol.
(2) Examination as referred to in paragraph (1) performed against the accountability Report which has been received by BPK most slowly 1 (one) months after the budget year ended.
Article 10
(1) The Examination of the Accountable Report as referred to in Article 3 may be performed at the BPK office, office

Kemendagri, Provincial Office/Kabupaten/City office, and/or Parpol office concerned.
(2) Examination as referred to in paragraph (1) is carried out on the basis of the document received by the BPK from Parpol.
(3) In terms of the document as referred to in paragraph (2) not complete, the BPK may request Parpol to complete the document.
(4) In terms of required, the BPK may confirm or other examination procedures in accordance with the Standard Applicable State Financial checks and other guidelines set forth by the BPK.
Section 11
(1) The examination as referred to in Article 9 is completed the slowest 3 (three) months after the Accountability Report was received by the BPK.
(2) The BPK compiled the Report Results for the Parpol Accountable Report as referred to in Section 3.
(3) The examination as referred to in paragraph (1) was declared complete after the Report Results were submitted by BPK or BPK Representative to the Ministry, Province/Kabupaten/City, and DPP/DPD/DPD/DPC Parpol are concerned in accordance with its authority.
BAB VI
HANDOVER OF THE BPK CHECK RESULTS REPORT
THE ACCOUNTABILITY REPORT TO PARPOL
Article 12
(1) BPK handing out Results Report Examination of the Parpol Financial Assist Assistance Report sourced from APBN to the DPP or other desigcountries, in accordance with its authority.
(2) The results of the Examination as referred to in paragraph (1) are also submitted to Minister of the Interior, in accordance with his authority.
(3) The Surrender of the Examination Report as referred to in paragraph (1) is evidenced by the News Event Receipt.
Article 13
(1) The Representative handed the Results Report Examination of the Parpol Financial Assistance Responsibility Report

sourced from APBD to DPD/DPC or other desigcountries, in accordance with its authority.
(2) The results of the Examination as referred to in paragraph (1) are also submitted to the Governor/Bupati/Mayor, pursuant to the authority.
(3) The Surrender of the Examination Report as referred to in paragraph (1) is evidenced by the News Event Receipt.
Section 14
The results of the Examination as referred to in Article 12 and Section 13 submitted to the DPR/DPD/DPRD Province/Kabupaten/City, along with the submission Overview of the Semester Results, in accordance with its authority.
Section 15
(1) DPP/DPD/DPC or other desigcountries are required to follow up the BPK Examination Report on the Responsible Reports in accordance with its authority.
(2) DPP/DPD/DPD/DPC or other designation is required to provide an answer or explanation to the BPK about the follow-up Report Results of the BPK Examination Report.
(3) The answer or explanation as referred to in paragraph (2) is submitted to BPK the slowest 60 (sixty) days after the Results of the Results of the Examination received.
BAB VII
LOCAL POLITICAL PARTY
Article 16
The provisions in this BPK Regulation apply also to the Local Parpol, by making adjustments based on the structure of the Local Parpol organization.
BAB VIII
OTHER PROVISIONS
Article 17
Further provisions concerning the Tata Way Examination of the Political Party Financial Aid are governed by the Decision of the BPK.

Article 18
The provisions as referred to in Section 5, came into force in 2017.
Article 19
This BPK Regulation is beginning to take effect on the date of the promulcity.
