REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA HEALTH MINISTER

ISSUER AND HANDOVER OF PRINT AND RECORD WORKS IN THE HEALTH MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT

HEALTH MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that publishing results in print and recording work activities in the health field are a very important source of information because it needs to be documented, managed, and scouted well and meticulously;

DECIDED: SET: THE HEALTH MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON

THE ISSUER AND HANDOVER OF PRINT AND RECORD WORK IN THE HEALTH MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISION

Article 1 In this Ministerial Regulation is referred to:

1. Print is all kinds of publications of any intellectual and or artistic work that is printed and duplicated in the form of books, magazines, newspapers, maps, brochures, and the like for the general public.

2. Recorded work is all kinds of recordings of any intellectual and or artistic work recorded and duplicated in the form of tape, disc, and other forms according to the development of the technology for the general public.

3. The publication of the Print and Works Works is a publication in the form of a print or record-funded work funded by the Ministry of Health shopping.

4. The National Library is a Non-Department Government Institution (LPND) that carries out government duties in the field

a library that serves as a library of libraries, referral libraries, deposit libraries, research libraries, preservation libraries, and library networking centers, and is based in the capital Country.

5. The Library of the Ministry of Health is a special library located in the Central Office of the Ministry of Health.

BAB II

ISSUER Article 2

(1) Publishing of the Print Works and Works of the Ministry of Health can be conducted by each working unit in the Ministry of Health or other parties cooperating with the Ministry of Health.

(2) The Publishing of the Print Works and the Works of Ream as referred to as the paragraph (1) belongs to the Ministry of Health.

Article 3

(1) The print work in the Ministry of Health environment can It is:

a. book; b. bulletin;

c. newsletters; d. factsheet;

e. magazine;

f. journal; g. map;

h. The brochure. posters; or

j. Leaflets. (2) The book as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter a may be:

a. legal product set;

b. guidelines, performance instructions, or technical guidelines; c. scientific work;

d. Free essay; e. symposium/seminar/workshop/workshop/field results;

f. research/survey;

g. A thesis, thesis, or dissertation, generated by individuals on behalf of an institution or composed by a unit of work and other parties in cooperation with the Ministry of Health.

(3) The contents of the printed Works as referred to in paragraph (1) of the Ministry of health must be related to the health field or other fields considered to be able to improve the implementation of the Ministry of Health program.

Article 4

(1) Any Print Works and Works of Reams in the Ministry of Health Affairs must list the Ministry of Health ' s logo.

(2) In addition to fulfilling the provisions as Referred to in verse (1), the printed work of a book must list the Catalogue in the Published (KDT) and the International Standard Book Number (ISBN), in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(3) The In-nursery (KDT) Catalogue as referred to in paragraph (2) is provided by the Ministry of Health Library.

(4) International Standard Book Number (ISBN) as referred to in paragraph (2) is provided by the Library National.

(5) To acquire the Catalogue In a Nursery (KDT) and the International Standard Book Number (ISBN) as referred to in verse (3) and verse (4), the issuer ' s work unit must submit a letter of application to the Chief Subfield Library and Documentation with busan to the Head of Public Communications Center.

(6) Letter A request as specified in a paragraph (5) must be attached to the example of the book in which it contains the title page, the contents of the list, the foreword, and the return page.

Section 5 (1) The rules of the inclusion of the logo, the Catalogue In the Nursery (KDT) and

International Standard Book Number (ISBN) are as follows: a. logo is included on the left of the cover page with size

proportions in accordance with the provisions of the invite-invitation rules;

b. KDT is put behind the title page;

c. ISBN was put on the middle of the back cover. (2) The example of a logo, a Catalogue In a Nursery (KDT), and the International

Standard Book Number (ISBN) as referred to in paragraph (1) is listed in an Attachment that is an inseparable part of this Minister ' s Regulation.

CHAPTER III HANDOVER SAVE PUBLISHING

Section 6 (1) Each unit of work in the Ministry of Health environment

does publishing the mandatory Print Works:

a. Save the original printed version; b. submitted 2 (two) copies for each title to

Ministry of Health Library; and c. submit 2 (two) copies to the National Library

through the Ministry of Health Library.

(2) In addition to the submission Printed work as referred to in paragraph (1), the working unit in the Ministry of Health environment must submit a soft file in the form of the Portable Document Format (PDF).

(3) Each working unit in the Ministry of Health environment conducting the issuer of the Works of Rekam is mandatory: a. keep the original Rekam Works; and

b. submitted 3 (three) copies of Ream's recordings to the Ministry of Health Library; and

c. submit 1 (one) copy of the recording of Ream Works to the National Library through the Ministry of Health Library.

(4) Work Print and Works Record submitted to the Ministry of Health Library and the National Library should be the same as Print Works and the original Rekam Works.

(5) The results of the Print Works and Ream Works as referred to by paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) must be submitted at least 14 (fourteen) days after publication.

Section 7

The provisions of the submitted Work Print and Works of Ream as referred to as Section 5 is included for the publication of the Print Works and the Ream Works in the next edition or the publication of the changes.

Section 8

(1) Delivery of Print Works and the Works of the Ministry of Health ' s Reams to the National Library can be done or sent by a recorded post or other delivery company.

(2) The Evidence Delivery of the Ministry of Health as referred to in paragraph (1) must contain the least description of the title of the Print Works and the work unit (3) Evidence of the Ministry of Health's Reclamation Works as referred to in verse (1) must contain the least description of the title of the Works of Ream and the working unit that did the publishing of the Works. Article 9

In terms of the unit of work has published the Print Work and/or the Works of Ream without submitting to the National Library of Health and National Library, the unit of work is not given a Catalogue in the Nursery (KDT) and the International Standard Book Number (ISBN) for the publication of the Print Works and/or Subsequent Record Works.

Article 10

(1) The Print and Work Works of the Ministry of Health may be accessed by the Ministry of Health and the general public at the Ministry of Health Library both directly or indirectly. in the digital form (e-library).

(2) The provisions of the Ministry of Health Library as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Minister Rule.

CHAPTER IV MANAGEMENT

Article 11 (1) Print and Ream Works which have been submitted to the Library

The Ministry of Health is mandatory.

(2) The management of printed works and recorded works as It is in verse (1) performed by compiling the Bibliography of the Ministry of Health.

(3) The Bibliography of the Ministry of Health as referred to in verse (2) is published by the Ministry of Health at the Ministry of Health periodically. the slowest 6 (six) months.

(4) The Bibliogafi of the Ministry of Health as dimasud in paragraph (3) is delivered on a working unit that gives up the work of Print and/or the Works of Ream.

CHAPTER V PROVISIONS CLOSING

Article 12

At the time the Regulation of the Minister is in effect, the Decree of the Minister of Health Number 327 /Menkes/SK/IV/1993 about Publishing and Submit Save the Department of Health Publishing, revoked and declared not in effect.

Article 13

The rules of the Minister are beginning to apply to the date of the promulgship.
