WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE RELIGIOUS MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weighing: that in order of the management of the college at the Islamic Religious Institute of Palu, it needs to establish the Regulation of the Minister of Religious Affairs on the Statute of the State Islamic Institute of Palu;

Establits: THE LAW OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ON THE STATUTE OF ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS INSTITUTE OF THE HAMMER.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. The Institute of Islamic Religious Affairs, which is later called the Institute is the Islamic Religious College of the State under the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

2. The Statuta Institut is a regulation of the management of the Institute which is used as a cornerstone of regulatory and operational procedures.

3. The rector is an organ of the Institute that leads and manages the holding of higher education at the Institute.

4. The Senate is the organ of the Institute that compiles, formulate, and establishes policies, gives consideration, and conducts oversight of the Rector in the exercise of the autonomy of the academic field of academia.

5. The Internal Supervising Unit is a supervising element that exercises non-academic supervision functions for and on behalf of the College Leader.

6. The Board of trustors is a nonstructural body composed of public figures who have a function of providing advice and consideration in the field of nonacademic to the Rector.

7. A faculty is a set of supporting resources that organizes and manages education, academic, vocational, or profession within a family of science, technology, and/or art disciplines.

8. The Study Program is a unity of educational and learning activities that have curriculum and learning methods

certain in one type of academic education, professional education, and/or vocational education.

9. The Annual Performance Plan (RKT) is a document that contains the definitions of the goals and programs that have been established in the Strategic Plan (Renstra) to be implemented by the Government Instancy through various activities yearly and contain information about the level or target performance of the output and/or outcome that an organization wants to be embodied in a particular year.

10. The Dean is the head of the Faculty of competent authority and is responsible for the implementation of education.

11. The Director is the Graduate leadership at the Institute.

12. The Chairman of the Institute is the head of the institute at the Institute.

13 Head of the Centre is the head of the center at the Institute.

14. The head of the next Technical Managing Unit called Head UPT is the leader of the academic managing unit of academic support at the Institute.

15. Lecturers are professional educators and scientists with the primary task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science and technology through education, research, and devotion to the community.

16. Students are educated participants in higher education.

17. Alumni are an academic program graduate of the Institute.

18. The sivity of academics is a unit consisting of both Lecturer and Student.

19. The power of education is a devoted member of the society and is appointed with the main task of supporting the host of higher education.

20. Campus residents are the sivitas of the academic and educational resources of the Institute.

21. Ministry is the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia.

22. The Minister is the Minister of Religious Affairs.

23. The Director General is the Director General of Islamic Education.

Article 2

The Institute is exacting Pancasila and based on Islam.

Article 3

The Vision of the Institute is excelled in the study of classical Islam and is parallel to the State Islamic Religious College (PTKIN) 2035.

Article 4

The institute has a mission:

a. producing a beneficial Muslim intellectual and the formation of a superior insani potential with local geraried;

b. producing scholars with a spiritual depth, salaness, professional maturity, and the study of classical Islam-based science and technology; and

c. produced scholars who spread knowledge, Islamic-based art and technology in improving the empowerment of potential, and enriching the national culture.

Article 5

The Institut has a purpose:

Article 6

(1) The State Religious College in this statute is named the Palu State Islamic Religious Institute.

(2) The institute is located in Palu City, Central Sulawesi province.

(3) the Institute It was formerly known as the High School of Islamic State (STAIN) Palu was founded on March 21, 1997M, to coincide with the 12th of the Dzulqaidah in 1417 H. a. A crescent moon as a symbol of spirit The milestone in Islam is calculated based on the rotation of the moon. The crescent moon is the birthmark of a new era The crescent moon also symbolises the region of Islamic power in its prime, stretching from the Arabian peninsula to the crescent of the Crescent also symbolises that the Institute has always brought a new spirit in response to the phenomenon of kinsness with a steady foothold. on the teachings of Islam;

b. Leaf-green color (clot 078b0a) on the crescent moon, symbolising the peace and authenticity of the history of Islam;

c. the globe symbolising the vision of the Institute's scholarship. The study of blinding, global, cross-cultural and geographical as the embodiment of the teachings of Islam that rahmatan lil alamin;

d. The book of yelp (F4b110) is a symbol of the Institute as the center of Classical Islamic treasure studies;

e. picture of the open book, symbolifying the basis of inclusive Islamic scholarship, the yellow color (grated code 917331) in the book represents the glory and greatness of the soul, as well as the symbol of the local wisdom and the colour of the clothes of the Madika people of Sulawesi Middle;

f. The words of IAIN and the hammer in black (code 010101) are located in the middle of the crescent, symbolifying the firmness, wisdom, depth of science and the firmness and commitment of the community of Central Sulawesi in its adherents to its customs and culture; and

g. Red text (grated code b41004) at the State Islamic Institute represents courage, critical, and creative behavior.

Article 8

(1) The Institute is a medium-pitched, high (soprano), and low (bas) combination, meeting the grand, calm, upbeat, soulless Pancasila, and reflect the Institute ' s ideals.

(2) Hymne Institut is a medium-pitched song (baritone), a gentle, authoring and carrying meaning of praise, a spirit of Pancasila and reflecting the Institute's ideals.

Article 9

(1) Flag Institute:

a. The Institute's flag is four-square-length, two-thirds wide of its length;

b. The old green base-colored Institute flag (decode 147e02), symbolidour struggle to uphold truth and national development;

c. in the middle of the Institute flag plastered the coat of arms of the Institute; and

d. under the emblem reads: IAIN PALU.

(2) Faculty and Graduate flags:

a. The flag of the Faculty and the Graduate is a four-square rectangle that is two thirds wide of length;

b. the colors of the Faculty and Postgraduate flags and its meaning are:

1. The faculty of the Tarbiyah and the Teacher's School of Leisure-green (1ec602), symbolised the hope of the future;

2. The Faculty of Sharia and the Islamic Economy are black (grated code 030303), symbolised the firmness of faith and charity of virtue;

3. The faculty of Ushuluddin, Adab, Dakwah, and Physical Communication Sciences (gradasi code FFF600), symbolised the rise and glory;

4. Postgraduate 8F0b04, representing the sharpness of thought and professionalism;

c. in the middle of the Faculty and Postgraduate flags plastered the coat of arms of the Institute; and

d. under the emblem of the Institute are the names of each of the Faculty and the Postgraduates.

Fifth Section

Academic fashion

(1) The academic fashion of the Institute consists of a toga of office and toga wisudawan.

(2) The toga of office as referred to in verse (1) is the robe worn by the Rector, the Vice Rector, the Dean, the Director, the Great Teacher, and the Members of the Senate who are entitled to the procession.

(3) The Toga title as referred to in verse (2) is imposed In the academic ceremonies, the ceremony of the dies natalis, the graduation of scholars, the teacher of the Master. Great, and the promotion of Honorary Doctorate.

(4) The Toga title as referred to in verse (2) is made of:

a. Plain black wool cloth (code 030303), large to the bottom of the knee, with long sleeves widened towards the wrist;

b. The wrist is covered in black velvet (code 030303), less than 12 cm wide;

c. at the top of the outer arm and on the back of the toga there is a fold-fold (plooi); and

d. Toga necks and along the opening lines are lined velvet with dark green color (grated code 147e02) for Rector toga and Vice Rector, yellow gold (grated code F7c414) for Big Master toga, and for other toga titles adapted to color each Faculty and Graduate as well as an institution with an old green color (grated code 147e02).

(5) Toga title as referred to in verse (4) is equipped with a post cap and a title necklace:

a. The title cap is a headcover made of black material (clot code 030303), in terms of a five-square, 20 cm each side. In the center there is a lilitan ornate gold thread (grated code F7c414);

b. The Rector's office necklace is worn on top of the toga, in the form of a series of emblems made of thin, yellow-yellow metal (F7c414);

c. The Vice Rector's office necklace, the Dean, and the Director are made of the same material. but in a rather small size and silver white color (grated code D5D4D2); and

d. The Great Master's necklace is made of 10 cm wide, green-colored ribbon (16D407), and both ends of the ribbon necklaces found the emblem of the Institute made of a thin metal sphere striped in the middle 10 cm of gold (grated F7c414).

(6) Toga wisudawan as referred to in verse (1) is the robe of the Institut's wisudawan.

(7) Toga wisudawan as referred to in verse (6) is made of black cloth, large size, and long up to bottom knee, long sleeves with evenly split width, there is a flap (plooi) on the upper arm and the toga back. Visible (part) behind the wisudawan scarf is different between the studies. Bachelor's degree (S1) in rectangle, Magister (S2) is three short (40 cm), Doctor (S3) in a rectangular shape (55 cm).

(8) The completion of the wisudawan toga as it is referred to in verse (7) is a form of wisudawan hat, size, and color is the same as the title cap, and the golden-colored wisudawan kuncir (f7c414 clems).

BAB III

HOSTING THE COLLEGE TRIDHARMA

Education

paragraph 1

Academic and Scientific Freedom of Science

Article 11

(1) The Institute upheld the academic freedom, freedom of academic mimbar, and scholarship autonomy.

(2) Academic Freedom as referred to in paragraph (1) is the freedom of the academic sivity of the Institute for underlying and developing science and technology responsively through the execution of the college tridharma.

(3) The freedom of the academic mimbar as referred to in paragraph (1) is the Dosen ' s authority to declare it open and responsible for something with regard to its science and its science branches.

(4) Autonomy of scholarship as referred to in verse (1) is the autonomy of academic sivity on a branch of science and technology in finding, developing, revealing, and/or maintaining scientific truth according to rules, scientific methods, and academic culture.

(5) The head of the Institute is compulsory and guarantees that each member of the academic sivity carries out the academic freedom and freedom of the academic mimbar in a responsible way. answer in accordance with the provisions of the laws, as well as on the floor by ethics and the norms/rules of scholarship.

Student acceptance

Article 12

(1) Students are composed of citizens of the Republic of Indonesia and also foreign nationals who meet the requirements.

Article 13

The Institute guarantees a Student acceptance system for all educational, transparent, accountable and educational educational systems.

Article 14

(1) The Institute conducts new Student admissions of diplomas and scholars through a national acceptance pattern.

(2) In addition to the acceptance pattern as referred to in paragraph (1), the Institute may conduct Student acceptance with other pattern.

(3) The institute conducts a new student acceptance of a level Graduate self-graduate.

(4) The admission of new students of the Graduate School may be performed more than once in 1 (one) academic year.

Paragraph 3

The Lecture System

Article 15

(1) The Hosting The lectures apply the Semester Credit System (SKS) whose weighting is expressed in the semester credit unit.

(2) The lectures as referred to in verse (1) can be performed in the form of face-to-face, activities structured, and independent activities.

(3) The lectures are carried out by Year Academic, which began in September and ended in August of the year of his wallowing.

(3) The competency of graduates and additional competencies/special as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) is set by the Rector.

Paragraph 6

Assessment of Learning

Section 18

(1) The learning assessment includes process assessment and Student learning results.

(2) The assessment of the learning as referred to the paragraph (1) is performed periodical and can be test-shaped, execution of tasks, practicality, and Dosen observations and/or other activities according to the specialty of the field of study/tuition.

(3) The assessment of the learning as referred to the paragraph (1) includes aspects of knowledge, attitudes, and skills.

(4) Further provisions regarding assessment The learning as referred to in verse (1) is set by the Rector.

Paragraph 7

The Senate Session

Article 19

(1) The Senate Assembly consists of the Open Senate Session and the Closed Senate Session.

(2) The Open Senate Session as it is in verse (1) performed in the course of the execution of the graduation, the dies natalis, Master of the Great Master, and the mercy of the Doctor of Honor.

(3) The Closed Senate Assembly as referred to in paragraph (1) is conducted in order of consideration of the candidate Rector, the discussion of the promotion of the Dosen functional office to the Lektor Head, The Grand Master, and the first appointment in the academic post of Lecturer.

(4) The Senate Assembly as referred to in verse (1) is presided over by the Speaker of the Senate which is held in accordance with academic tradition.

(5) Further provisions on the manner and order of the Senate Session are set by the Speaker of the Senate.

Paragraph 8

Title, Ijazah, and Award

Article 20

(1) Institute provide an academic degree and a profession degree to a graduate in accordance with the Program of the Study that is followed under the provisions of the laws.

(2) The academic title as referred to in paragraph (1) is listed in the diploma.

(3) Further provisions regarding the title are set in the Ministerial Ordinance.

Article 21

(1) The Institute grants the diploma to the graduates accordingly the provisions of the laws.

(2) In addition to the diplomas as referred to in paragraph (1), the Institute may issue a certificate of certificate companion.

(3) Further provisions on the diploma and certificate of escort of diplomas are set in the Ministerial Ordinance.

Article 22

(1) The Institute may reward Lecturer, Student, Education and other parties, both institutions and individuals, who are credited or accomplished in the activities of the college tridharma.

(2) The reward, as it is in verse (1) can be an award of loyalty, Academic and/or non-academic achievement awards.

(3) Further provisions on awarding the award as referred to in paragraph (1) are set by the Rector.

Research and Engagement to the Society

Article 23

(1) The institute is obliged to organize research and devotion to the community.

BAB IV

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Part Kesatu

General

Article 24

(1) The Institute Organization consists of:

a. Rector and Vice Rector;

b. Senate;

c. Internal Supervising Unit; and

d. The Board of Forts.

(2) The Institute Organization as referred to in paragraph (1) performs functions according to their respective duties and authority.

(3) The relationship between the organization of the Institute is based on the spirit of the collegiality one against the other.

(4) The task and function as referred to in paragraph (2) is set in its own Ordinance.

The Second Part

The Rector and Vice Rector

Section 25

Rector as referred to in Article 24 of the letter a is the leader in organizing the Institute.

Article 26

(1) The Rector as referred to in Article 25 is responsible answer to the Minister.

(2) The Rector as referred to in paragraph (1) is lifted and dismissed by Minister.

(3) Further provisions regarding the appointment and dismissal of the Rector are set in the Minister's Ordinance.

Article 27

(1) The Rector as referred to in Article 26 of the paragraph has the duty and duty of as follows:

d. Lift and dismiss the official under the Rector, the Faculty leadership, and the leadership of other units that are under it according to the rules of the laws of the law;

e. lift and dismiss employees of the Government Employees with the Working Agreement (P3K) in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the law;

f. exercised the Institute ' s management function;

g. fostering and developing the Institute ' s good relations with the environment and society in general;

h. propose an opening, incorporation, and/or closure of the Faculty, Jaffair and/or Study Program that is seen as necessary, at the consent of the Senate to the Minister; and

i. deliver the performance and financial responsibility of the Institute to the Menter

(2) Rector as referred to in Article 26 of the paragraph (1) authorized to and on behalf of the Minister:

a. representing the Institute inside and outside the court;

b. doing cooperation; and

c. granting an Honorary Doctorate.

Article 28

(1) In managing and hosting the Institute, the Rector is assisted by at most 3 (three) Vice Rectors.

(2) Vice Rector as referred to the paragraph (1) is lifted and dismissed by the Rector.

(3) The term of the Vice Rector follows the term of the Rector and may be reappointed for 1 (one) time term.

Article 61

(1) The Institute Student reserves the right:

a. obtaining a quality education;

b. utilize education facilities and infrastructure for curricular, cocurricular, and extracurricular activities;

c. form a student organization and gain the support of the means and infrastructure as well as funds to support organization activities The student body; and

d. get scholarship and education costs assistance in accordance with the Institute ' s specified requirements.

(1) Students can form a Guardian Student forum.

(2) The Student Guardian Forum as referred to in paragraph (1) can be set up on a level Faculty and/or Institute level.

(3) The Student ' s Guardian Forum is set up with the aim of assist the Institute in improving the quality and power of saing graduates.

(4) The employment relationship of the Guardian ' s forum as referred to in paragraph (1) and other provisions concerning the organization of the Student Council forum are self-composed by the Student Union in a meeting of the Guardians of the Students.

(5) The management of the Faculty of Students ' forum is passed by the Dean and at the Institute level passed by the Rector.

(1) The curriculum of each Study Program at the Institute was developed and set by the Faculty/Graduate by referring the National Standard of Higher Education and the Indonesian National Qualifications Framework (KKNI).

(2) Curriculum as referred to in paragraph (1) are developed and executed under the following competency:

a. basic competency;

b. the primary competencies;

c. Supporting competences; and

d. other competences.

Paragraf 2

Opening of the Study Program

Article 76

(1) The Institute organizes education through the Study Program which has a particular curriculum and learning methods in one type of academic education.

(2) Academic education as referred to in paragraph (1) includes the Bachelor, Magister, and Doctoral programs on academic education.

Section 77

(1) Requests for the Study Program hosting the Study as referred to in Article 76 verse is performed through the following stages:

a. The Dean or the Director formed a team to review the possibility of opening the Study Program based on the requirements of the Director General's requirements;

b. The results of the study team formation of the new Study Program are academic texts about the proposed opening of a new Study Program submitted to the Dean;

c. The Dean or Director submitted the proposed opening of the Study Program to the Rector;

d. The rector applied for a permit to the Director General after it got the Senate approval; and

e. The permission to host the Study Program is established by the Director General in the name of the Minister.

(2) The program of the Study that has been given the permission to be closed by the Rector after receiving the Senate's consideration for the next reported to Director General.

Article 78

Article 85

(1) The entire financial transaction must be supported by reliable transaction evidence and stored in a safe place.

(1) In the framework of the management of the Institute each year Rector must deliver an annual report to the Director General consisting of from:

a. The financial statements that are already audited by the Internal Oversight Unit; and

b. the performance of academic and nonacademic activities.

BAB XIII

TRANSITIONAL provisions

Section 106

At the time the Regulation of the Minister came into effect, all laws regarding the implementation and management of the Institute are declared still stay in force as long as it does not contradicts the provisions of this Minister's Regulation.

BAB XIV

PROVISIONS

Article 107

(1) The change of the Statute can only be done by the Minister based on the Rector's proposal after obtain the Senate approval.

(2) At the time the Regulation of the Minister goes into effect, The Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs of Number 67 of 2008 on the Statute of the High School of Islamic Religious Affairs Datokarama Palu was revoked and declared not to be valid.
