EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE BENEFITS

IN THE DEFENSE MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

PRESIDENT REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

TO DRAW: a. that with the increased employee performance in the implementation of bureaucratic reforms that have been performed in the Ministry of Defence environment, performance allowances that have been granted need to be improved;

b. that based on the consideration as referred to in the letter a, it needs to establish the Presidential Regulation on Employee Performance Benefits in the Ministry of Defence Environment;

DECIDED:

SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE BENEFITS OF EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE IN THE MINISTRY ENVIRONMENT DEFENSE.

Article 1

In this Presidential Regulation referred to:

1. Civil servants, who were later abbreviated as civil servants, were eligible citizens of Indonesia, appointed as a permanent civil service officer by clerking officials to take the government office.

2. Employees in the Ministry of Defence are civil servants, soldiers of the Indonesian National Army, and other employees who are based on the decisions of the officials who are authorized to be appointed in a position or assigned to the task force and work in full force. organizations in the Ministry of Defense environment.

Section 2

To the Employees who have a position in the Ministry of Defence environment, in addition to being granted income under the provisions of the laws, are given the Performance Improvement Each month.

Section 3

(1) Performance improvements as intended in Section 2 is not provided to:

a. Employees in the Ministry of Defence environment do not have a specific position;

b. Employees in the Ministry of Defense environment are temporarily suspended or disabled;

c. Employees in the Ministry of Defence environment are suspended from the position of the organization by given the waiting money (not to be dismissed as Employees);

d. Employees in the Ministry of Defence environment are secondhand/employed on other bodies/agencies outside the Ministry of Defence environment;

e. Employees in the Ministry of Defense environment are granted leave outside of state dependents or in the free of duty to undergo a retirement preparation period; and

f. Employees on the Public Service Board which have been granted remuneration as set out in Government Regulation No. 23 of 2005 on the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency as amended by Government Regulation No. 74 of 2012.

Section 4

Section 5

(1) Performance improvement As referred to in Section 2, paid for in May 2015.

Article 7

Article 8

Article 9
