(3) Corporate requirements as referred to in Section 3 of the paragraph (3) of the d, i.e.:

BAB III

PARTNERSHIP MECHANISM

Section 5

(1) The unit of the organization of the management organization performs a partnership based on the Governing Plan and Zonasi The Region Water conservation.

Article 8

Article 9

b.the rights and obligations of each party;

f. reporting; and

g. Dispute resolution.

Article 10

The Partnership for Water Conservation Area Management Program includes:

a.monitoring of habitat and fish populations;

b.protection and rehabilitation of habitat and populasifish;

c.increasing human resources capacity;

d.increase in understanding and public awareness;

e.strengthening social economic society around the region;

f. provisioning and maintenance of the area management and means of the area;

g.increase in area supervision;

h.development, research and education;

i. improving the region ' s utilization services for tourism and sustainable fisheries;

j. the development of a continuous funding system; and/or

k.collection and development of data and information.

BAB IV

COACHING, MONITORING, AND EVALUATION

Article 11

(1) Director General and Governor-General coaching in order to conduct a partnership in the water conservation area in accordance with the authority.

(2) The coaching as referred to in paragraph (1) is conducted among others through guidance, support, socialization, and/or counseling the management of water conservation areas.

Article 12

(1) Director General and the governor are monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of the Water Conservation Area Management Program.

(2) The monitoring and evaluation results as referred to in paragraph (1) are considered in the sustainability partnership management partnership of water conservation areas.

BAB V

FURTHER provisions

Article 13

Tata the way the conservation areas of the conservation areas of the governor are governed further by the Governor's Ordinance by referring to the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 14

b. National NGO:

1. have a mutual agreement with the Ministry for the conservation area of national waters;

2. have a joint agreement with the provincial regional government for the provincial territorial waters conservation area;

3. Indonesian law enforcement; and

4. have a program related to conservation and management of fish resources.

c. LSMasing:

1. have a mutual agreement with the Government and are registered in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and

2. have a program related to conservation and management of fish r
