DECIDED:

ESTABLISH: THE NATIONAL SAR ' S CHIEF REGULATION OF THE INSPECTOR SEARCH AND RESCUE IN THE NATIONAL SAR AIR PLANE CRASH.

Article 1

In this Chief Regulation referred to:

Section 2

(1) The Head of the Agency has an authority establish, lift and dismiss the Inspector.

(2) The Inspector as referred to the paragraph (1) is appointed and

set by the Head of the Board based on the proposal of the candidate of the Acting Eselon II and the Head of the SAR Office through the Deputy Field Operation SAR.

Article 3

(1) The proposed Inspector candidate as referred to in Article 2 of the paragraph (2), at least 2 (two) persons.

(2) In terms of the Chief of the SAR Office does not propose an Inspector candidate

as referred to in verse (1), the directorate that handles the field of search and rescue operations can propose an Inspector candidate to be placed in the SAR Office concerned.

(3) The Inspector placed on the SAR Office as referred to in paragraph (2) it is a task of assistance.

Article 4

(1) After receiving the proposal as referred to in Article 3, the Head of the Agency assigns to the Team to conduct verification of the fulfillment of the criteria/requirements as Inspector.

(2) The team referred to in paragraph (1) consists of a working unit that drudled:

a. Employee (s);

Article 5

(1) The prospective Inspector will be proposed by Acting Eselon II and the Head of UPT must meet the least requirements:

a. have Search and Assistance Competencies that have been

specified;

b. Minimum employee of the rank III/a, minimal purnafiliate ever carrying out a search and rescue operation 2 (two) times;

c. healthy physical and spiritual proof as a doctor's letter;

d. have experience in Search and Help fields

for 5 (five) years;

e. have followed and graduated the technical dilat of the Search and Help Mission Coordinators (SMC) and/or the same type that is given as evidenced by the terminated punctuation letter; and

f. serve at least 3%

month.

(2) Competencies as in the intent of paragraph (1) letter a, i.e.

regarding the knowledge of the Search and Help system.

Section 6

(1) The candidate for the Inspector has been proposed and meets the requirements

is required to follow and pass the Inspector's Diklat organized by the National Search and Rescue Agency.

(2) Curriculum and syllabus used to carry out the Inspector's Diklat as referred to in paragraph (1) is governed by the Rule of the Head of the Agency.

(3) The National Search and Rescue Agency performs continuous coaching

Inspector.

Article 7

(1) The Inspector Candidate as referred to in Article 6 of the paragraph that has followed and passed the Inspector's Diklat to be Inspector.

(2) The order of the Inspector is set with the Decision

Head of the National SAR Agency.

(3) The Redemption as Inspector is valid for 3 (three) years and may be proposed to be reappointed in the next period.

Article 8

Inspector in charge of carrying out:

A. Search and rescue surveillance included:

1. ensuring communication equipment is in laic condition;

2. ensuring against communication standby officers; and

3. ensuring the implementation of communication procedures in accordance with established guidelines and technical instructions.

b. The supervision of the Search and Help Operations includes:

1. ensuring the implementation of the Search Operations procedure and

Help in accordance with the specified technical guidelines and guidelines;

2. ensuring the competency owned by the Search and Rescue Officer who carries out the Search and Help Operation;

3. ensuring the readiness of equipment, means and amenities for which

is used in Search and Help Operations;

4. ensuring request procedures and return of Search Potency and Help.

d. Drafting of the supervising task execution report to the Head of the Agency through the Deputy Field Operations SAR.

e. Evaluation of the Search and Assistance Supervision.

Article 9

The Inspector as referred to in Section 2 is authorized to:

a. carry out the activities of the Search and Search audit activities

Help;

b. Carry out the Search and Help inspection;

c. perform the Search and Help's revivation;

d. Implement the Search and Help evaluation;

e. carrying out the Search and Help monitoring;

f. provide advice and input to your Search and Help;

g. Provides a search for the Search and

Help.

Article 10

In case the Inspector carries out his duties as referred to in Article 8 required to obtain a duty warrant from the Deputy Field Office of SAR or other appointed officials.

Article 11

(1) In the event of the Inspector who did not perform the task will be provided administrative sanction:

a. written notice in accordance with the rules of the invite-invitation;

b. suspension as Inspector; and

c. revocation as Inspector.

(2) Warning as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter a given by the Head of the Agency is accompanied by a warning reason and when it is possible accompanied by a expected remediation steps or other conditions that must be met with the relevant Inspector, as well as the term of fulfillment for 30 (thirty) days.

(3) In terms of the term as referred to in paragraph (2) in question unable to fulfill requirement, the Head of the Agency may drop the sanction of a suspension as an Inspector for 30 (thirty) days.

(4) Suspension as referred to in paragraph (3) is accompanied by an expected correcting step or another requirement that should

be met with the Inspector in question.

(5) The inspector who is suspended is not able to carry out the duties and functions of supervising.

(6) In that case the reprieve is unable to perform the fulfillment of the requirement, the Head of the Agency drops the sanction of the revocation as Inspector.

(7) Inspector who purposely performs error executing the task and function given the revocation of the revocation as Inspector, without going through the warning process.

Article 12

(1) Administrative sanctions provided by the Head of the Agency as

referred to in Article 11 based on the proposed Deputy Field Operations

SAR.

(2) Deputy Field Operations SAR as referred to in paragraph (1)

carry out the supervision of the Inspector.

Section 13

The technical coaching of the Inspector is conducted a work unit in the field of operation and exercise

Article 14

The Principal Secretary is carrying out the supervision of this regulation.

Article 15

This Chief Regulation is starting to apply at the date of the promulcity.
