DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATORY MINISTER RULES ON

IMPLEMENTATION OF INTEGRATED SERVICES ONE DOOR OF A RELATIONSHIP FIELD IN THE COORDINATION BODY OF CAPITAL PLANTING.

Article 1 In this Ministerial Regulation is referred to:

1. Liaison officials are Ministry of Transportation officials who are designated as liaisons to assist the administration process of granting effort and/or recommendations set out in the licensing settlement in the field of relationships.

2. The Minister is Minister of Transportation. Section 2

(1) The Minister delegates the administration of the process of administration of a business permit in the field of relations to the Head of the Investment Coordination Board.

Article 3

(1) In terms of issuance of the license efforts as referred to in Section 2 require technical and/or operational permission, the Chief of the Capital Planting Coordination Agency may request technical consideration to the Minister via Acting Officer.

(2) Liating Officer as referred to in paragraph (1) in carrying out coordinating tasks with the Directorate Related General.

(3) The appointment of the liaison officer as referred to in paragraph (1) is specified with the Minister's decision.

Article 4

In order to carry out the provisions as referred to in Section 2 and Section 3, Chief The Coordinating Agency for Capital cultivation and Acting Officer guidelines on:

a. List of Closed Business and Open Business Fields with requirements in the field of capital planting; and

b. The technical laws and regulations specified by the Minister.

Section 5

A business permit in the field of connection as referred to in Section 2 of the paragraph (3) that has been published before the Ordinance This minister is declared to remain in effect until the expiration.

Section 6
