REGULATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA FINANCIAL MINISTER

ABOUT THE SERVICE OF THE PUBLIC SERVICES OF THE PUBLIC UNIVERSITY SERVICES AGENCY

SURABAYA AT THE MINISTRY OF RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY, AND HIGHER EDUCATION

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

THE DRAW: A. that under the terms of Section 9 of the Government Regulation No. 23 Year 2005 concerning the Financial Management of the General Services Agency as amended by Government Regulation No. 74 of the year 2012, the service of the agency services that apply Management. The Financial Services Agency is defined by the Minister of Finance for the proposal of the minister/leader of the agency;

b. that Surabaya State University on the Ministry of Education and Culture has been designated as the Government Instancy that applies the Pattern Financial Management Agency General Services based on the Decree of the Finance Minister Number 50 /KMK.05/2009;

c. that the Minister of Education and Culture by Letter Number: 47339 /A. A3/KU/ 2014 dated 22 April 2014 has submitted a proposal for the services of the Public Services Agency of the Surabaya State University in the Ministry of Education and Culture;

d. that the proposed tariffs on the services of the Surabaya State University General Services at the Ministry of Education and Culture, have been discussed and studied by the Assessor Team;

e. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d, need to establish the Finance Minister's Regulation on the Tarif of the Public Services Agency of Surabaya at the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education;

Given: 1. Law Number 17 Year 2003 on State Finance (Indonesian Republic of Indonesia Year 2003 Number 47, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4286);

2. Law No. 1 of 2004 on the State Treasury (Indonesian Republic Gazette 2004 No. 5, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4355);

3. Government Regulation No. 23 Year 2005 on the Financial Management of the Public Service Agency (State Gazette 2005 Number 48, Additional Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia No. 4502) as amended by Government Regulation (Pmc) Number 74 In 2012 (sheet Of State Of The Republic Of Indonesia In 2012 Number 171, Additional Gazette Of The Republic Of Indonesia Number 5340);

DECIDED:

Establishing: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ABOUT THE PUBLIC SERVICE BODY SERVICE RATES OF SURABAYA STATE UNIVERSITY ON THE MINISTRY OF RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY, AND HIGHER EDUCATION.

Article 1

Tarif Service of the Public Service Board of Surabaya at the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education is in return for service services provided by the Public Service Board of the Surabaya State University on The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education to the service users.

Article 2 of the Tarif service as referred to in Article 1, consists of:

a. Tariff on Academic Services; and b. Academic Support Services Fare.

The Academic Service rate as referred to in Article 2 of the letter, consists of:

a. Registration and Selection Rates Are New Students; b. Single Tuition Fees (UKT) Diploma Programme and

Bachelor;

c. The tariff of the Graduate Program; and d. Other Academic Fees.

Section 4 of the Academic Allowance Services as referred to in Article 2 of the letter b are: a. Language Center Rate;

b. Laboratory fare; and

c. Means of the use of the Cloud Service, as well as the use of the Cloud Service. Article 5

The Service Tarif as referred to in Article 3 of the letter a, the letter c, the letter d and Section 4 of the letter a, is listed in the Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Section 6 of the Tarif Service Certificate of Diploma and Bachelor Service as referred to in Article 3 of the letter b follows the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Research, Technology, and Higher Education that governs the cost of a single lecture and a single tuition at a public college in the environment of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education.

Article 7

The Laboratory and Tariff Use Means and Prasarana Building and Asrama as referred to in Article 4 of the letter b and the letter c are specified with the Rector Decision of the University General Services Agency Surabaya Country in the Ministry of Technology and Higher Education Research.

Article 8

The Laboratory Tarif as referred to in Article 4 of the letter b takes into account the units of cost derived from testing materials/sample testing, laboratory tools, And/or expert instructor/workforce.

Section 9

Tariffs Use Means and Prasarana, Building and Asrama as referred to in Section 4 of the c is the use in order to carry out principal tasks and functions.

section 10 (1) The Academic Service rates as referred to in Section 3

apply to students start the class of 2014/2015.

(2) The tariff of Academic Services as referred to in Article 3 for students before the 2015-2015 force is set with the Decision of Rector of the Public Services Agency of Surabaya State University on the Ministry of Technology and Education Research Height.

(3) The tariff of the Academic Service as referred to in paragraph (2) cannot be set to exceed the student rate of the 2014/2015 class.

Article 11 (1) Public Service Agency of Surabaya at the Ministry

Research, Technology, and Higher Education may provide service services in the fields of education, research, and devotion to the community based on needs from the service user's side through a cooperation contract.

(2) The services of the services in the field of research and service education to the community as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified under the contract of cooperation between the Rector of the Agency

Article 12 (1) Public Service Agency of Surabaya State University at Ministry

Research, Technology, and Higher Education can conduct Operational Cooperation (KSO) with other parties to improve service services in the fields of education, research, and devotion to the community.

(2) The KSO service Tarif with other parties as referred to in paragraph (1) specified under the contract of cooperation between the Rector Public Services Agency of Surabaya State University on the Ministry of Technology and Higher Education with other parties.

Article 13 (1) Against certain students may be given service rates until

with 0% (zero percent) of the Tarif UKT The Diploma and Bachelor program is referred to in Article 3 of the letter b.

(2) Certain students as referred to in paragraph (1) consist of:

a. Model student; b. Students of national or international achievement;

c. Students from a poor family; and/or d. Disaster victim student.

(3) The giving of service rates up to 0% (zero percent) as referred to in paragraph (1) is exercised by considering the financial condition of the Surabaya State University General Service at the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education.

(4) Further provisions on the criteria and methods of charge of service rates to certain students as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are governed by the Rector of the University General Services Agency The Kingdom of Surabaya in the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education.

Article 14

The rules of the Minister are in effect on the date of the undrased.
