ABOUT

IMPOSITION OF THE DUTIES OF THE SECURITY MEASURES AGAINST

IMPORT OF PRODUCT STEEL WIRE ROD

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD YANG MAHA ESA

MINISTER OF FINANCE OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that under the terms of Article 70 of the Government Regulation No. 34 of the Year 2011 on Antidumping, the Act of Imbalan, and the Act of Trade Security, against imported goods, in addition to the duties of the customs duties may be subject to the Act of Security. The security of the security measures;

b.that based on the final results of the Indonesian Trade Security Committee's investigation of serious damage experienced by the industry in the country due to a spike in the number of imports product steel wire rod;

c. that as the result of the investigation is referred to, The Indonesian Trade Security Committee has delivered a recommendation of the Trade Security Act to the Minister

d.that in order to follow up the results of the investigation on the letter c Minister of Commerce through letter Number 497 /M-DAG/SD/6/2015 dated the decision and proposal of the assignment of the Customs Enforcement Act on the import of a product steel wire rod with Harmonized System (HS) 7213.91.10.00 7213.91.20.00 7213,91,90.00 7213.99.10.00 7213.99.90.00 and 7227.90.00.00;

e. that based on the terms of the letter a, the letter b, the letter c, and the letter d, and in order to carry out the provisions of Article 23D paragraph (2) Act Number 10 of 1995 on Kepabeanan as amended by the Act No. 17 of 2006, required to establish the Minister of Finance Regulation on the introduction of Security Measures against Imports of Product Steel Wire Rod;

DECIDED:

Establishing: REGULATION OF THE FINANCE MINISTER ON THE IMPOSITION OF THE SECURITY MEASURES ON THE IMPORT OF PRODUCTS STEEL WIRE ROD.

Article 1

(1) Against the import of the steel wire rod product, is subject to the Maintenance Act of Security.

(2) The import product of steel wire rod referred to the verse (1) is the product with the tariff post and the specification as the Following:

Section 2

The Custod/Act of Security as referred to in Section 1 is imposed for 3 (three) years with the following terms:

1 Year First, with Period 1 (one) year from the effective date of this Minister Rule.

Section 3

Bea entered Action Safeguards as referred to in Article 1 are imposed against the importation of all countries, except against the steel wire rod products derived from countries as set forth in the Attachment that are an inseparable part of this Minister Rule.

Article 4

(1) The introduction of the Customs Act of Safety as referred to in Article 1 is:

a. additional common import duties (Most Favoured Nation); or

b. additional import duties based on the applicable international goods trade agreement schemes, in terms of import done from countries included in the international goods trade agreement scheme and meet the provisions in international goods trade agreement schemes.

(2) In terms of provisions in the scheme of international goods trade agreements are not met, the imposition of the Customs Action on the importation of the countries that are included in the goods trade agreement scheme The international version of the letter b is theMost Favoured Nation (b).
