ABOUT

THE IMPORT DUTIES OF THE SECURITY MEASURES AGAINST

IMPORT OF PRODUCTS COATED PAPER AND PAPER BOARD

WITH GRACE GOD ALMIGHTY

THE FINANCE MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that under the terms of Article 70 of the Government Regulation No. 34 of the Year 2011 on Antidumping, the Act of Imbalan, and the Act of Trade Security, against imported goods, in addition to the duties of the customs duties may be subject to the Act of Security. DECIDED:

Set: THE FINANCIAL MINISTER ' S REGULATION ON THE IMPOSITION OF CUSTOMS DUTIES OF SAFEGUARDS AGAINST THE IMPORT OF PRODUCTS COATED PAPER AND PAPER BOARD.

Article 1

Against the import of coated paper and paper boards of paper and cardboard paper, coated one or both sides with kaolin (Chinese clay) or other inorganic substances, with or without a coating material, and without coatings other, not dyed, undecorated or unprinted surfaces of the type used for writing, printing, or other graphic purposes, or printed, of the type used for the apparatus that records itself, does not include paper thermo-sensitive, in rolls or sheet of four rectangles (including square longitudes) of various sizes, in unfolded states, with gramlees of 80 (eighty) gsm up to 400 (four hundred) gsm, do not contain fibers obtained through mechanical or mechanical processes, or contain such fibers not more than 10% (ten per hundred) according to the overall weight of its content, excluding the cast coated paper, which includes the Harmonized System (HS) ex.4810.13.11.00, ex.4810.13.19.00, ex.4810.13.91.90,

Section 2

The Customs Action Act as referred to in Section 1 is imposed for 3 (three) years with the following terms:

Article 3

The Customs Enforcement Act as referred to in Article 1 is imposed against the importation of all countries, except for the products of coated paper and paper boards originating in the countries as set forth in the Attachment is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.

Article 4

(1) The Duties of the Security Act as referred to in Article 1 are:

a. Additional common import duties (Most Favoured Nation); or

b. Additional import duties based on the applicable international goods trade agreement schemes, in terms of imports carried out from countries included in the scheme of international goods trade agreements referred to and meet provisions in international goods trade agreement schemes.

(2) In terms of provisions in the scheme of international goods trade agreements are not met, the imposition of the Customs Act

The importation of importation of countries included in international goods trade agreement schemes as referred to in paragraph (1) letter b is the most Favoured Nation in addition to the (1) letter of the United States.

Section 5

Against the import of coated paper products and paper boards derived from countries excluded from the imposition of the Customs Act as referred to in Article 3 and countries that have cooperation trade with Indonesia as referred to in Article 4 of the paragraph (1) letter b, the importer is required to submit a Certificate of Origin document.

Section 6

Conditions on the imposition of the Customs Enforcement tariff as referred to in Section 2 is fully applicable to the import of goods that import customs notice documents mean got the registration number from the Office Customs port admission since the effective date of this Minister Regulation.

Article 7

(1) The Regulation of the Minister is valid for 3 (three) years from the effective date of the Regulation of this Minister.

(2) The Regulation of the Minister is beginning Seven (seven) days after the date of the date of the date.
