Article 6 (1) The recipient of the channel pension of Retired PNS, member of the TNI, member

POLRI/Officials of the State who died given a thirteenth month pension of the accepted channel pension received on June 2015.

Article 7 (1) PNS, members of the TNI, members of the POLRI, State Officials, and Recipients

CHAPTER III OF THE THIRTEENTH MONTH SALARY PAYMENT FOR

CIVIL SERVANTS WORKING ON THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT, MEMBERS OF THE INirteenth month as

referred to in Article 2 is as big as the income in June 2015.

(2) Earnings as referred to in paragraph (1) for: a. PNS, TNI members, members of the POLRI, and State Officials include

principal salary, family allowance, general support/allowance, and performance allowance;

b. Pension recipients include principal retirees, family allowances, and income additional allowances; and

c. The recipient of the allowance is only receiving the allowance in accordance with the provisions of the laws

(3) the position of the title as referred to in paragraph (2) of the letter includes: a. Structural support; b. functional office allowance; and c. the allowance is equed with the allowance of the term.

CHAPTER V PAYMENT PENSION/THIRD MONTH ALLOWANCE

Article 17 (1) The third month pension payment/allowance of the Budget Year

2015 by PT Taspen (Persero) and PT Asabri (Persero) were executed on July 2015.
