DECIDED: Establishing: REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE ABOUT THE TARIFF
THE SERVICES OF THE GENERAL SERVICES GOVERNING BODY OF THE PALM OIL ANCOCONUT PLANT ON THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE.
Article 1 of the Tarif Service General Services Board of the Governing Body of the Oil Palm Estate Fund on the Ministry of Finance is in exchange for services services provided by the General Services Board of the Cultivation Agency of the Palm Oil Plant in the Ministry of Finance.
Article 2 of the Tarif service as referred to in Article 1, consists of:
a. Tariff on the Export of Oil Palm, Crude Palm Oil (CPO), and/or its derivative products; and
b. The Cost Of The Palm Oil Plantation. Section 3
(1) Tariffs of Plantation Funds of Coconut Palm, CPO, and/or TurunannyaProducts as referred to in Article 2 of the letter a listed in an Attachment that is an inseparable part of the Regulation of this Minister.
(2) The rate of the Cultivation levy on the Export of Palm Oil, CPO, and/or its derivative products as referred to in paragraph (1), are subject to: a. The perpetrators of the Palm Oil Plantation which carried out the export
of the palm oil plantations, CPO, and/or its derivative products;
b. Industrial Enterprises Are Based On Palm Oil Plantation Products;
c. Top exporter of palm oil plantations and/or its derivative products.
(3) TarifPlevy of Plantation over the Export of Palm Oil, CPO, and/or its derivative products as referred to in paragraph (1) imposed upon the perpetrator of the venture and The exporter, as referred to in the paragraph (2) is paid in Rupiah currency with the value of the rate that applies at the time of payment.
(4) The value of the kurs as referred to in paragraph (3) refers to the value of the kurs set by the Minister of Finance based on the Finance Minister ' s Decision regarding the value of the kurs as the basis of the Bea

Ensign Additional Income Tax and Sales Tax services for the Goods and Income Tax.
(5) Further provisions on the Cost Management of the Funds Levy Required Plantations on the Export of Coconut Palm, CPO, and/or Turunannyaproducts as referred to in paragraph (1) are governed by the Decision of the Head of the Public Service Manager of the Oil Palm Estate Fund of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 4 (1) Tarif "Iuran perpetrators of palm oil plantations" as
referred to in Article 2 of the letter Based on an agreement between the Head of the General Services Board of the LapaSawit Plantation of the Ministry of Keuanganwith the perpetrator of the palm oil plantation venture by considering other aspects of continuity and development service and fairness and the principle of justice and propriety.
(2) The tariff of the perpetrators of the palm oil plantations as referred to in verse (1) is only applied to the palm oil plantation company and is not subject to the Coconut Palm's plantations.
(3) More Terms on the Perversion of the Attempted Test of the Program Palm oil plantations as referred to in verse (1) are governed by the Decree of the Head of the General Services Board of the Oil Palm Estate Fund of the Ministry of Finance.
Article 5 (1) of the Public Services Agency Governing Body Fund Coconut
Sawit on the Ministry of Finance may provide service services to the public based on the needs of service users among other services for human resource development, research and development in coconut plantation Palm.
(2) The service of the services as referred to in paragraph (1) is specified in a cooperation contract between the Chief of the General Services Board of the Oil Palm Plantation AnKelapa Fund on the Ministry of Finance with the service user side.
