The provisions of Appendix A in Section 7 of the paragraph (4), Appendix B in Article 24 of the paragraph (4), Appendix B in Article 25 of the paragraph (3), Appendix C. 1 in Article 18 of the paragraph (2) are amended, so that Attachment A, Appendix B and Annex C. 1 reads as listed in the Appendix A, Appendix B, and Appendix C. 1 of the Regulation of this Minister.

PROVISIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

EXECUTOR OF DECON/TP

Duty and Responsibility

1. Head of the SKPD Head

a. Task:

1) Conduct general supervising of the implementation of the SKPD Chief tasks, especially the execution of the established work plan and is poured in the Dekon Dekon (TP) List of Staffing.

2) Provide a briefing and directions to the SKPD Chief Direct Atasan for the agility of the SKPD task execution.

3) Reports the results of the implementation of the program that are under its coordinates to the Minister in order to achieve the objectives of the Strategic Plan and the Work Plan of the Ministry of Public Works (Renstra/Renja Ministry).

4) Deliying a joint financial and performance report based on the report received from SKPD-Dekon to the Minister of cq. Secretary General of the Ministry with busan to the Official Eselon I as well as to the President through the Minister of Finance.

5) Delivey a joint financial and performance report based on the report received from SKPD-TP to the Minister Cq. Secretary General of the Ministry with busan to the Acting Eselon I is related as well as to the President through the Finance Minister.

b. Responsibility:

1) It is responsible for the success of the program under its coordinates and guarantees the outcome of (outcome) that has been set in the DIPA Dekon/TP.

2. Chief Direct Officer SKPD Dekon/TP

a. Task:

1) Organizing technical and administrative coaching on SKPD Dekon/TP that is under its coordinates.

2) Conduct supervision over the implementation of the DIPA Dekon/TP hosted by the Head of SKPD Dekon/TP.

3) Conduct monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of financial administration and the advancement of execution of activities and output of SKPD Dekon/TP.

4) periodically conduct general and technical inspections to SKPD Dekon/TP.

5) Provide guidance and direction and facilitation to address the problem of principles that may arise on SKPD Dekon/TP.

6) Reports the results of the implementation of the program which are under its coordinates to the Atasan Head of the SKPD Dekon/TP by busan to the Eselon-I officials related in the Ministry environment in order to achieve the objectives of Renstra and Renja Ministry. 2) Preparing for the number of SPP-UP Submissions, SPP-TUP, SPP-GUP as well as other supporting documents.

a. Task:

6. INSTITUTIONAL
