HOUSING FINANCING LIQUIDITY FACILITY IN ORDER OF HOME ACQUISITION THROUGH PROPERTY CREDIT/FINANCING

PROSPEROUS HOMES FOR LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES

AND THE HOUSING OF THE PEOPLE

THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: a. that in order to increase the reach of low-income communities to acquire a home, there needs to be a home sale price adjustment;

b. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, the need to establish the General Works and Housing Minister Regulation on the Second Amendment of the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and the People's Housing Number 20 /PRT/M/2014 about Housing Financing Liquidity Facility

In Order To Get Home Through The Credit/financing Landhouse For The Low-Income Community;

Given: 1. Regulation Of Finance Minister Number 36 /PMK.03/ 2007 on Simple House Limitation, Modest Houses, Simple Flats, Boro Cottages, Student Dormitory And Student Dormitory, As Well As Other Housing, Which For The Attackers Were Released From The Introduction Of Taxes. 3. The rules of the Minister of Public Works and People's Housing Number 15 /PRT/M/2015 on the Organization and the Working Governance of the Ministry of Public Works (News of the Republic of Indonesia 2015 Number 881);

DECIDED:

Establish: MINISTER REGULATION PUBLIC WORKS AND PEOPLE ' S HOUSING ABOUT THE SECOND CHANGE TO THE REGULATION OF PUBLIC WORKS MINISTER AND PUBLIC HOUSING NUMBER 20 /PRT/M/2014 ABOUT LIQUIDITY FACILITIES HOUSING FINANCING IN ORDER OF HOME ACQUISITION THROUGH FINANCING OWNERSHIP. A PROSPEROUS HOME FOR LOW-INCOME COMMUNITIES.

Article I

Some provisions in the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and People's Housing Number 20 /PRT/M/2014 on Housing Liquidity Housing Facilities In RangkaPeracquisition Home Through Credit/Financing Possession Of The Prosperous Home For low-income people as amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works and People's Housing Number 20 /PRT/M/2015

(Republic of the Republic of Indonesia News 2015 Number 598), was changed as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 11 of the paragraph (2) are amended, so that Article 11 has the following:

Section 11

(1) The price of the prosperous house of the tread purchased through the Prosperous Paths are grouped by region.

(2) The grouping of the sites of the site is divided into the table.

(2) Grouping The limit on the price of a prosperous home based on the region as referred to in paragraph (1) is specified by the Minister's Decision.

(3) Grouping of the price limits of the tread household as referred to in paragraph (2) does not include Taxes. Value Added (PPN).

(4) The provisions of the sale of the sale of the welfare house are exempt from the imposition of the Value Added Tax (PPN) in accordance with the provisions of the Ministerial Regulation which organizes government affairs in finance.

(5) KPR Prosper Paths be provided to the target group as referred to in Section 6 of the paragraph (1) provided with the provisions:

a. KPR values most as much as the selling price of a prosperous home as referred to in paragraph (2) minus the value of the advance set by the executor's bank;

b. KPR interest rates are 5% (five perhundred) per year;

c. The interest rates as referred to in the letter b already include life insurance premiums, fire insurance, and credit insurance;

d. interest rates as intended on the letter b are fixed during the term of the credit (fixed rate mortgage) with an annual interest rate calculation method (annuity) or effective interest in accordance with the terms applicable to the managing bank; and

e. The term of the KPR is agreed upon by the acting bank and the KPR Welfare target group which is adjusted to the ability to pay for the action by the KPR target group Prosperous or at most 20 (twenty) years.

2. The provisions of Article 13paragraph (2) are amended, so that Article 13 reads as follows:

Article 13

(2) The grouping of the limits of the price of a prosperous home by region as referred to in verse (1) is defined by the Decree of the Minister.

(3) The grouping of the price limits of the tread's household as referred to in paragraph (2) is not included. Value Added Tax (PPN).

(4) The provisions of the sale of the sale prices of prosperous paths exempt from the imposition of Value Added Tax (PPN) in accordance to the provisions of the Ordinance of the Minister which organizes government affairs in finance.

(5) KPR Prosperous Sharia Paths be provided to the target group as referred to in Section 6 of the paragraph (1) provided with the provisions:

a. the most financing value of the sale price of a fixed home site as referred to in paragraph (2) is reduced by the value of the advance specified by the managing bank;

b. marjin or rent financing is at least 5% (five perhundred) per year;

c. marjin or financing rent as referred to in the letter b already includes life insurance premiums, fire insurance, and credit insurance;

d. marjin or rent financing as intended on the letter b is fixed during the term of the financing (fixed rate mortgage) with an installment value equivalent to the annual interest rate method (annuity) or the interest effective accordingly. with the terms applicable to the managing bank; and

e. The term of financing is agreed upon by the acting bank and the target group KPR Welfare ASharia Palm is tailored to the ability to pay installments by the KPR target group Prosperous or at most 20 (two

e. The term of the KPR is agreed by the managing bank and the KPR Welfare target group which is adjusted to the installment of the benefit of the KPR group Prosperous or at most 20 (twenty) years.

(6) the income MBR non-permanent employment in the informal sector as referred to in Section 8 paragraph (3) may conduct funds for the payment of the KPR Welfare instalment to the acting bank daily or weekly or in accordance with the terms of the IBM International Terms of Service. applies at the executor bank.

4. The provisions of Article 16paragraph (2) are amended, so that Article 16 is the following:

Article 16

a. the most financing value of the sale of a prosperous household unit is subject to the paragraph (1) minus the value of the advance specified by the managing bank;

b. margin or rent the highest financing equivalent of 5% (five perhundred) per year;

c. marjin or rent as referred to in the letter b already includes life insurance premiums, fire insurance and credit insurance;

d. The margin or lease as referred to in the letter b is fixed during the term of the financing (fixed rate

mortgage) with an installment value equivalent to the annual interest rate calculation method (annuity) or effective interest in accordance with the terms applicable to the executor bank; and

e. The term of the financing is agreed upon by the acting bank and the target group KPR Prosperous Syariah Susunyang is adjusted to the pay of installments by the KPR target group Prosperous or at most 20 (twenty) years.
