SET: THE RULE OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ON THE STATUTES

THE ISLAMIC UNIVERSITY OF RADEN FATAH PALEMBANG.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. The University of Islamic State Raden Fatah Palembang which

later called the University is the College

Article 5

The university has a purpose:

a. provide greater education access to

Article 29

Section 31

(1) The Vice Rector's force is exercised as

following:

a. selection of Vice Rector candidates done by the committee

election set up by the Rector;

b. Deputy Rector candidates meet the requirements

as referred to in Article 30;

c. The selection committee selection of all candidates for Vice

Rector already listed; and

d. the selection committee submitted the Vice Rector candidate

who is eligible to the Rector for

(2) The Vice Rector's Appointor as referred to

paragraph (1) is performed by the selected Rector the slowest 2

Article 33

The Vice Rector is dismissed from his post because:

Article 35

(1) The Senate as referred to in Section 25 of the paragraph (1)

(3) The Senate membership of the Vice Dosen is not the Professor

Article 28

a. prepare the University Development Plan;

the responsibility of performing its program in writing

to the Rector.

Paragraph 2

Director and Deputy Director

Article 47

(1) The Director and Deputy Director are appointed and dismissed

by Rector.

(2) The tenure of the Director and Deputy Director follows

Rector's term and may be reappointed with

the provisions should not be more than 2 (two) times the term

in a row.

Section 48

The candidate requirements of the Director:

a. PNS status;

b. religious and noble Islam;

c. at the age of 60 (sixty) years;

d. Doctoral program graduate (S3);

e. have the functional office of Professor;

f. submitted a healthy caption letter from the doctor

government;

h. is not being penalised based on the court ruling

Section 49

The Terms of the Vice Director candidate are:

a. PNS status;

b. religious and noble Islam;

c. at the age of 60 (sixty) years;

d. Doctoral program graduate (S3);

e. has a functional Lektor head office;

f. submitted a healthy caption letter from the doctor

government;

g. not undergoing moderate level disciplinary punishment

in accordance with the provisions of the perinvite rule-

invitation;

h. is not being penalised based on the court ruling

that has a fixed legal force;

i. nominated for or nominated to be the Vice

Director in writing; and

j. creating a statement letter may work with

Director.

Paragraph 3

Chairman and Secretary of the Affairs

Section 50

(1) The Chairman and Secretary of the Department are appointed and

dismissed by the Rector.

(2) The Speaker and Secretary of Jaffairs

as intended on paragraph (1) proposed by

the Dean's term and may be reappointed with

The Chair and Secretary of the Study Program

Article 52

(1) The Chair and Program Secretary of the Study is lifted and

dismissed by the Rector on the Dean/Director's proposal.

(2) The tenure of the Chair and the Study Program Secretary

following the tenure of the Dean/Director.

(3) The Chair and Program Secretary of the Study can be lifted

(4) Terms on the requirements, appointment, and

termination of the Study Program Secretary are specified by

Rector.

Section 53

Terms of Study Program Chairman Requirements:

a. PNS status;

b. religious and noble Islam;

c. at the age of 60 (sixty)) years;

d. The chair of the study program is set at the most

low-program Magister (S2) programs for the strata one program,

and the lowest Doctorate (S3) for the two strata program

and strata three;

e. has the lowest functional office of Lektor;

f. submitted a healthy caption letter from the doctor

government;

g. not undergoing moderate level disciplinary punishment

in accordance with the provisions of the perinvite rule-

invitation;

h. is not being penalised based on the court ruling

that has a fixed legal force;

i. is set in education in accordance with the program

associated study; and

j. nominated or nominated to be Chairman

Program Studies in writing.

Paragraph 5

Chairperson and Secretary of the Institute

Section 54

(1) The Chairman and Secretary of the Institution was appointed and

dismissed by the Rector.

(2) The tenure of the Chairman and the Secretary of the Institution following

Rector's term.

(3) The Chairman and the Secretary of the Institution can be reappointed

with the provision of no more than 2 (two) times

consecutive terms.

(4) The terms of the requirements, appointment, and

removal of the Secretary of the Institution are set by

Rector.

Section 55

Requirements for the Chairman of the Board:

a. PNS status;

b. religious and noble Islam;

c. at the age of 60 (sixty) years;

d. most low graduate program Magister (S2);

e. has the lowest functional office of Lektor;

f. submitted a healthy caption letter from the doctor

government;

g. not undergoing moderate level disciplinary punishment

in accordance with the provisions of the perinvite rule-

invitation;

h. is not being penalised based on the court ruling

that has a fixed legal force;

i. have academic insight, commitment on quality,

effective managerial skills, and integrity

personal; and

j. nominated or nominated to be Chairman

Paragraph 6

Head of the Centre

Article 56

(1) The Central Chief is appointed and dismissed by the Rector.

(2) The Head of the Head of the Center following the term

Rector.

(3) The head of the Centre may be reappointed with the provision

Section 57

for curricular, cocurricular, and

extracurricular activities;

c. forming a student organization and

gaining the support of the means and infrastructure as well as

funds for Support the organization's activities

and

d. obtain a scholarship and cost help

education in accordance with the requirements that

(2) Students have an obligation:

a. maintain educational norms to guarantee

staging process and educational success;

b. maintain ethics and comply with the order that

set the University;

c. co-bear the costs of hosting the education,

except those exempt from such obligations

in accordance with the University provisions; and

d. Account for the use of the funds

allocated to support the activities

(3) Further provisions of the rights and obligations

Students as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph

(2) are set by Rector.

Article 69

(1) Students develop talent, interest, and

capabilities herself through the cocurricular activities and

extracurriculars as part of education.

(2) The cocurricular activities as referred to in paragraph

(1) are done programed to enrich

graduate competence University.

(3) extracurricular activities as referred to

paragraph (1) may be followed by Students as a support

University graduate competence.

(4) The use of cocurricular and extracurricular activities as

referred to in paragraph (1) can be implemented through

(5) University student scholarship organization as

referred to paragraph (4) is obligated to host

organization and perform its function accordingly. with

values, objectives, asas, and University principles.

(6) The university provides means and infrastructure as well as

funds to support the organization's activities

(7) Further provisions on cocurricular activities

and extracurriculars as well as student organizations

as referred to in paragraph (1) and paragraph (4)

are set by the Rector.

Section Eleventh

Alumni

Article 70

(1) Alumni may form an Alumni organization in

efforts to support the University's objectives.

(2) The Alumni Organization may be set up at the rate

University, Faculty, Department, and Postgraduate.

(3) Alumni organization work relationships as

referred to the paragraph (2) and other provisions that

concerning the Alumni organization are composed solely by

Alumni in an Alumni Consultion.

(4) University-level Alumni Affairs is passed by

Rector, Faculty level by the Dean, level Majors

by the Chairman, or all levels may be passed by

Rector in accordance with the provisions generated by

Alumni Alumni.

for the achievement of the almamater goals, and for

almamater; and

e. maintaining and upholding the good name

almamater.

(8) The Alumni Organization as referred to in paragraph (2)

is subject to the University provisions.

(9) Further provisions regarding the Alumni organization

as referred to in paragraph (2) are set by

Rector.

Part Twelfth

Honorary Council

Article 71

(1) Rector can form DK.

(2) DK as referred to in paragraph (1) compiles and

supervise the execution of the campus code of conduct.

(3) The membership of DK is at most 7 (seven) persons who

consists of:

a. associate professor;

b. representative of the lecturer of science; and

c. representative of the education workforce.

(4) Further provisions on DK as

referred to the paragraph (1) are set by the Rector.

INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM

General

Article 72

(1) The university conducts educational quality assurance
