1. The provisions of paragraph (4) and paragraph (5) of Section 13 are amended so that

reads as follows:

Section 13

(1) Verify the program plan data as referred to

in Article 11 of the letter b performed by the social services

and/or integrated services unit 1 (one) door.

2, The provisions of paragraph (1) Section 23 are amended so that it reads

as follows:

Article 23

(1) The UGB organizers submit a report on

hosting to the Minister of Social Affairs through the official

Eselon II who is running the UGB hosting affair

by uploading:

a. Notarized Event News deed about lottery winners

free of gifts;

b. list of winners names;

c. copies of the Final Tax Deposits Receipts indicated

The State Acceptance Transaction Number or the letter

a statement that has been taxed and willing

was audited;

d. The recipient's proof of the prize is attached to a copy of

The Citizen ID card/identity from the winner;

and

e. documentation of execution of the winning determination

withdrawal and gift submission to the winner.

(2) In case there is an uncharred gift or a prize not

taken the winner, the UGB organizer must fill
