SET: RULES OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ABOUT THE SCHOOL STATUTE

(1) Flag High School Flag:

Article 20

Article 21

(1) High School provides an academic degree to

graduates in accordance with the Study Program that it is in

under the terms of the laws.

(3) Further provisions of the academic title are set

in the Minister Rule.

Section 22

(1) High School provide a diploma to a graduate in accordance

the provisions of the laws.

(2) In addition to the diploma as referred to in paragraph (1),

High School issued a letter caption

(3) Further provisions regarding diplomas and letters

The certificate of the certificate is set in Regulation

Minister.

Article 23

(1) High School may reward

Research and Engagement to the Society

Article 24

(1) High School is required to host research and

devotion to the community.

(2) The performance of research and devotion to the

society as referred to in paragraph (1)

BAB IV

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Part Kesatu

General

Article 25

(1) The High School Organization consists of:

a. Chairman and Vice Chairman;

b. Senate;

c. Internal Supervising Unit; and

d. The Board of truss.

(2) The High School Organization as referred to in

paragraph (1) performs the duties and functions in accordance with

the authority of each.

(3) The relation between High School organizations is based on

the spirit of the collegiality of one against the other.

(4) The duties and functions as referred to in paragraph (2)

are set in its own rules in the Ministerial Ordinance.

Second Section

Chairman and Vice Chairman

Article 26

The Speaker as referred to in Article 25 of the paragraph (1) letter a

is the leader in organizing the School

Article 27

(1) The Chairman as referred to in Article 26

is responsible to the Minister.

(2) The Chairman as referred to in paragraph (1) is appointed and

dismissed by the Minister.

(3) More provisions further regarding the appointment and

the dismissal of the Chair is set in its own Rules

Article 28

(1) The Chairman as referred to in Article 27 of paragraph (1)

has the following duties and obligations as follows:

a. prepare the High School Development Plan;

b. exercise the degree of college autonomy

organizational management, academic, student-student management,

human resources, infrastructure and

finance in accordance with regulatory provisions

legislation;

c. manage education, research, and devotion

to the community;

d. lift and dismiss officials below

Chairperson, Jaffairs leader, and other unit leaders

that are under it as per the provisions

e. raise and dismiss employees who

Article 29

(1) In managing and organizing the High School,

and may be reappointed for 1 (one) time

(4) The Vice Chair may be re-elected for a term

(two) times consecutive terms.

(5) The assignment of each task and authority

Paragraf 1

General

(1) High School financial management is managed

Paragraph 2

Planning and budgeted

Article 77

The High School budget period is starting from 1

January to December 31.

Article 78

(1) The RKA is submitted by the Chairman to the Director General

in accordance with the provisions of the perinvite rule-

the invitation.

(2) In terms of the Director General giving consideration

that resulted in a change and/or

improvement in RKA, then the Chairman must provide it

in time as soon as possible since consideration

(3) The RKA as referred to in paragraph (1) that has

approved and authorized the Director General is

Article 79

Paragraph 3

Execution

Article 80

(1) The Chairman has the authority implementation of the budget

Paragraph 4

The system Accounting and Internal Control Systems

Section 83

(1) The High School accounting system is intended to

present the High School financial statements

executed under accounting standards

The government.

(2) High School accounting system as referred to

on paragraph (1) includes accounting system:

a. finance;

b. items;

c. services; and

d. expenses.

Article 84

(1) The entire financial transaction must be supported by the evidence

a reliable transaction and stored in a place that

is safe.

(2) High School Committer Officer saves

all High School transaction evidence in accordance with

the provisions of the laws.

Article 85

(1) High School internal control system is carried out

continuously through:

a. execution of efficient and effective activities;

b. Bookkeeping reliability/records and reports

finance;

c. asset safeguards; and

d. Obedience to School policies

(2) Internal control system as intended

in paragraph (1) is the Chairman's responsibility.

(3) Internal control systems are evaluated continuously

by the Internal Supervising Unit, and periodically

report to the Chairman.

(4) Further provisions regarding the control system

internal as referred to in paragraph (1) are set

by the Chairman.

Section 86

(1) The Report High School finance audited by Unit

The Second Section

Revenue

Article 88

(1) The Government provides funds for hosting

higher education by the allocated High School

in APBN.

(2) In addition to funds allocated in APBN as

referred to paragraph (1), High School earnings as well

may be from the community.

(3) High School Revenue from the community as

referred to on paragraph (2) represents the country's acceptance

not tax.

Article 89

The budget Alocation for the College Tridharma program

is set by the Director General in accordance with the RKA

submitted by the Chairman under the rules of the rules

legislation.

Third Part

Procurement of Goods/Services

Article 90

(1) The absence of services is carried out on principle

efficiency, economical, transparent and accountable.

(2) The Absence Of Services as referred to

the paragraph (1) which is sourced from APBN refers to

the provisions of the laws.

Fourth Quarter

Wealth

Paragraf 1

General

Article 91

(1) High School wealth management is implemented

to achieve the High School objectives.

(2) High School richness management as

referred to paragraph (1) is reasonably managed, orderly,

effective, efficient, transparent, accountable, and abide in

the provisions of the laws.

(3) High School richness management as

referred to paragraph (1) is executed by meeting

good internal control principles.

Article 92

(1) The High School Wealth consists of up:

a. non-mobile objects, except for the source-sourced land

of the APBN and derived from the other acquisition that

is valid in accordance with the provisions of the perinvite rule-

invitation;

b. motion objects; and

c. intellectual property which is proven to be valid

High School.

(2) Intellectual Property as referred to in paragraph

(1) the letter c consists of patents, copyrights, and rights

wealth other intellectual, both owned and

in part by the High School.

Article 93

All the High School peculaities referred to

in Section 92 verses (1) the letters a and b letters, are

wealth country whose management is appropriate to

the provisions of the laws.

Paragraf 2

Land and Buildings

Article 94

(1) Land and Buildings are part of the wealth

High School which is the property of the state.

(2) The provisions regarding the management and the company ' s enterprise

the property of the state as referred to in paragraph (1)

refers to the provisions of the perinvite rule-

the invitation.

BAB XI

MEANS AND PRASARANA

Article 95

(1) Sarana and the prasarana held by the High School

aims to improve the hosting of Tridharma

College.

(2) The means and infrastructure for the hosting of Tridharma

The college can be obtained from the government,

the community, and the other party.

(3) Sarana and the prasarana as referred to in the paragraph

(2) become the property of the state.

(4) High School can do cooperation with

other parties to hold and/or leverage

other means and amenities for the benefit

The College Tridharma.

Section 96

Further provisions concerning the management, utilization,

and sanctions of the destruction and/or remove the means and

the High School infrastructure is set by the Chairman with

pay attention to the applicable provisions.

BAB XII

COOPERATION

Article 97

(1) The cooperation is done to improve the process and

the quality of the results of education, research, and devotion

to the public.

(2) Cooperation with other parties is done on the basis

mutually beneficial.

(3) Jaffair, center, and other work units may perform

equal cooperation in academic and/nonacademic fields

with various good parties in overseas maupunabroad.

(4) Cooperation with other parties is carried out upon approval

Chairman.

(5) Non-academic and non-academic field cooperation refers

to the provisions of the laws

BAB XIII

TRANSITIONAL provisions

Article 98

(1) At the time the Regulation of the Minister is beginning apply, all of

the laws of hosting

and the High School management are declared to remain

as long as not contradictory to the provisions

in this Minister's Regulation.

(2) The budget load as a result of the organization ' s development

and the outside workspace organization and governance, financed

by the High School.

BAB XIV

PROVISIONS

Article 99

Statute changes can only be done by the Minister

based on the Chairman's proposal after get approval

Article 100

The Regulation of the Minister goes into effect on the date
