BAB III
UNIT OF GRATIFICATION CONTROL
Article 4
(1) Defence Minister forms UPG in the environment
Ministry of Defence.
(2) UPG as referred to in paragraph (1) standing
in the General Inspectorate of Kemhan.

Article 5
(1) The UPG organization consists of:
a. In-Charge;
b. Controller;
c. Chairman;
d. Secretary; and
e. Member.
(2) The charge is referred to in paragraph (1)
the letter a is held by the Minister of Defense.
(3) The controller as referred to in paragraph (1) the letter b
is held by Inspector General Kemhan.
(4) The chairman as referred to in verse (1) letter c
is held by the Inspector General of the Inspectorate General
Kemhan.
(5) The Secretary as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letter d
is held by the Chief of Data and Information
Secretariat of the Inspectorate General of Kemhan.
(6) Members as referred to in paragraph (1) letter e
consists of with the Structural Officer, and Functional Officer in
the Kemhan environment.
(7) The UPG Organization Act as referred to
paragraph (1) is set with the Minister ' s Decision
Defense.
Article 6
(1) The Minister is responsible for
the execution of UPG duties.
(2) The controller as referred to in Section 5 of the paragraph (1)
letter b is responsible to the Responsible Handler.
(3) The Chairman as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (1)
letter c is responsible to the Controller.
(4) The Secretary as referred to in Article 5 of the paragraph (1)
letter d is responsible to the Chairman.
(5) Members as referred to in Section 5 of the paragraph (1)
letter e is responsible to the Chairman.

BAB IV
DUTY AND RESPONSIBILITY
Section 7
UPG as referred to in Section 5 has the task
and responsibility:
a. received the Gratification Report from the Kemhan Employee who
has been equipped with a related document;
b. review the Gratification report and provide
a recommendation of whether the report is processed by UPG
or the Corruption Eradication Commission;
c. facilitating reporting on gift receipts
or cinderamata and/or entertainment from party to third
or the Kemhan Employee, related to the wedding event,
khitanan, birth;
d. forwarded the Gratification report that was
the authority of the Corruption Eradication Commission for
obtained the status of acceptance or
granting of Gratification deemed bribe by the Commission
Corruption Eradication;
E. followed up on the Eradication Commission Recommendation
Corruption over the designation of Gratification status;
f. conduct coordination and consultation to the Commission
Corruption Eradication in processing of the report
The Gratification reception of the Kemhan Employee;
g. delivered a report of recapitulation handling and
follow-up of the Gratification receipt reporting;
h. carrying out monitoring and evaluation of effectiveness
Gratification control with the Eradication Commission
Corruption;
i. providing information and related data on the development
The Gratification Control System as management
tools for the leadership; and
j. Socializing and publishing
hosting Gratification.

BAB V
TATA CARA REPORTING GRATIFICATION
Article 8
(1) Kemhan Employee reports Gratification to the Commission
Corruption Eradication through UPG.
(2) The report as referred to in paragraph (1)
is delivered in writing by loading:
a. name and full address of the Receiver and the Cast
Gratification;
b.
Country;
c. and Gratification time and time of acceptance of the Gratification;
d. The description of the Gratification type is accepted;
e. value or value of the Gratification value received;
and
f. The chronological event of the Gratification event.
(3) Reports as referred to in paragraph (1)
delivered in the most prolonged period of 30 (three
twenty) weekdays begin the Gratification date
received.
Article 9
(1) The report as referred to in Section 8 must
be noted and performed early.
(2) The initial Reviu as referred to in paragraph (1)
includes:
a. reviu for the completion of the report; and
b. reviu for the Gratification report.
(3) In terms of required, UPG may request the caption
to the party regarding the completeness of the report.
Article 10
(1) The result of the revivency as referred to in Article 9
compiled in the form of the recapitulation of the Gratification report.
(2) The Recapitulation as referred to in paragraph (1) most
contains little of:

a. name and full address of the Receiver and the Cast
Gratification;
b. a Kemhan employee's office or organizer
Country;
c. and Gratification's acceptance time;
d. description of type, value and/or valuation of values
Gratification; and
e. a generic explanation.
Article 11
The Recapitulation of the Gratification report as referred to
in Article 10 of the paragraph (1) is delivered to the Commission
The periodic eradication of Corruption every 3 (three) months.
Article 12
UPG convees the result of the establishment of the entitlement status
Gratification of the Corruption Eradication Commission on
first opportunity to Report.
Article 13
The surrender of the Gratification submission the money-shaped
and/or goods via UPG or directly to
Commission Corruption eradication, carried out after
obtain the designation of Gratification status by
Chairman of the Corruption Eradication Commission.
BAB VI
FINANCING

Financing the impage, birth, aqiqah, baptism, khitanan,
cut of the teeth, and other customary/religious ceremonies;
c. Related gifts with disaster or disaster
experienced by the Kemhan Employee/Organizer
Country or father/ibu/mertua/is/istri/child
of the State Organizer/Organizing Officer;
d. The State Organizer in order to be split up,
retirement, promotion of office, and birthday
not in the form of money;
e. direct gift/undrawn, prize draw,
discount/rabat, voucher, point rewards, souvenirs, or
other prizes in common;
f. a common dish or serving dish;
g. Academic or non-academic achievements followed
by using their own expenses such as
championships, races or competitions;
h. an advantage or interest of a fund placement,
investment or private equity ownership that
is common; and
