REGULATION OF THE TRADE MINISTER OF INDONESIA NUMBER 41/M-DAG/PER/6/2015

ABOUT THE THIRD CHANGE OVER TRADE MINISTER REGULATION

NUMBER 46/M-DAG/PER/8/2013 ON THE TERMS OF THE IMPORT AND EXPORT OF ANIMALS AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY TRADE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Draw: a. that to further support the development and availability of animals and animal products, needs to do some changes to the provisions of Trade Minister Regulation Number 46 /M-DAG/PER/8/2013 on the Terms of Import and Export of Animals and Animal Products as has been changed the last few times with the Trade Minister Regulation Number 17/M-DAG/PER/3/2014;

b. that under consideration as intended in the letter a, need to establish a Trade Minister Regulation on the Third Amendment to the Regulation of Trade Minister Number 46 /M-DAG/PER/8/2013 on the Terms of Import and Export of Animals and Products Animals;

DECIDED:

Establishing: REGULATION OF TRADE MINISTERS ON THE THIRD CHANGE IN TRADE MINISTER REGULATION NUMBER 46/M-DAG/PER/8/2013 ABOUT THE PROVISION OF THE IMPORT AND EXPORT OF ANIMALS AND ANIMAL PRODUCTS.

Article I

Some provisions in Trade Minister Regulation No. 46 /M-DAG/PER/8/2013 as amended in recent times with Trade Minister Regulation Number 17/M-DAG/PER/3/2014 were changed as follows:

1. The provisions of Article 1 are amended so that it reads as follows: Article 1

1. Animals are animals or animals that are all over or part of their life cycle on land, water, and/or air, both nurtured or in their habitat.

2. Animal seeds, which are then called Bibit are animals that have superior properties and bequeenate and meet certain requirements for the development.

3. Animal seeds, which are later called Seed are animal reproductive materials that can be cement, sperm, ovals, budding eggs and embryos.

4. The cattle of the meat ruminants, which are called Bakalan, are adult-meat ruminants that are maintained over a period of time only to be crushed until they reach the maximum weight of the optimal age to be cut.

5. The species is a female not a seed that has a normal and healthy reproductive organ used for breeding.

6. Animal products are all materials derived from animals that are still fresh and/or have been processed or processed for the purposes of consumption, pharmacology, agriculture, and/or other uses for the fulfillment of the human needs and health.

7. Zoonosis is a disease that can be contagious from animals to humans or otherwise.

8. Export is the activities of issuing goods from the customs area.

9. Import is the activity of inserting goods into the customs area.

10. Registered importers of Animal and Animal Products, which are subsequently called IT-Animals and Animal Products, are companies that do import Animals and Animal Products for the purposes of business activities by trading or moving them to other parties.

11. A label is any description of the Image, writing, combination of the two, or other forms containing information about the product and the description of the perpetrator as well as other information in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the country. Applicable laws, which are included on the product, are put in, pasted on, or are packaging parts.

12. The logo of Tara Food is marking indicating that a safe food packaging is used for food.

13. The Recycling Code is a marking indicating that a food packaging can be recycled.

14. Packaging is the material used for luxury and or wrapping Animal Products, whether in direct contact or not.

15. Import consent is the import permit of Animals and/or Animal Products.

16. The Export Agreement is the export permit of Animal and/or Animal Products.

17. A recommendation is a statement letter issued by an authority/related technical unit of authority and is a requirement of the approval of import and export approval.

18. The State-owned Enterprises, which is subsequently abbreviated as BUMN, is an entire business entity or most of its capital is owned by the state through its direct inclusion of the country's wealth separated.

19. The Minister is the minister who organizes government affairs in the field of commerce.

20. The Director General is Director General of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce.

21. The Trade Service Unit (UPP) is the unit that organizes the licensing service in the trading sector.

22. The coordinator and Managing of the UPP is the Acting Officer appointed by the Secretary General of the Ministry of Commerce to coordinate and carry out the hosting of the licensing ministry to the UPP.

2. In between Section 12A and Section 13 of the following section, Section 12B reads as follows:

Section 12B

In terms of the animals imported into a cow as set forth in Annex I of this Minister's Rule, Import Approval Requests may be submitted at any time.

3. The provisions of Article 18 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Article 18 (1) In order to maintain food security and price stability,

The Government can assign BUMN to import Animal and Animal Products as listed below. in Appendix I of this Minister Regulation.

(2) The assignment as referred to in paragraph (1) is granted by the Minister of State-owned Enterprises based on the proposal of the Minister.

4. Between Section 18 and Section 19 of the section (two) of the section, Section 18A and Section 18B, which reads as follows:

Section 18A (1) Import of Animal and Animal Products by BUMN as

referred to in Article 18 must be Approval. Import from the Minister.

(2) The Minister delegates the publishing authority of the Import Agreement as referred to in paragraph (1) to the Coordinator and Managing Director of the UPP.

Section 18B Import of Animals and Animal Products by BUMN as referred to in Section 18 still requires a recommendation as referred to in Section 11 paragraph (1) letter b and excluded from the provisions of obtaining designation as IT-Animals and Animal Products.

Article II of the Minister ' s Regulation is beginning to apply to the date of the undrased.
