STATUTE OF HIGH SCHOOL PROTESTANT CHRISTIAN RELIGIOUS STATE TARUTUNG

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE RELIGIOUS MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC INDONESIA,

SET: THE RULE OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ON THE STATUTES OF THE HIGH SCHOOL OF THE PROTESTANT CHRISTIAN RELIGION OF THE TARUTUNG STATE.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. The Tarutung State Protestant High School, which is later called the High School, is the National College of Religious Christianity under the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

2. The High School Statute is a High School management ordinance used as a cornerstone of regulatory and operational procedures.

3. The Chairman is an organ of the High School which leads and manages the hosting of higher education at the High School.

4. The Senate is an organ of the High School that compiles, formulae, and establishes policies, gives consideration, and conducts oversight of the Chair in the exercise of the autonomy of the academic field of academia.

5. The Internal Supervising Unit is a supervising element that exercises non-academic supervision functions for and on behalf of the College Leader.

6. The Board of truss is a non-structural body composed of elements of government, employers, and public figures who have a function of providing advice and consideration in the field of nonacademic to the Chairman.

7. The Study Program is a unity of educational and learning activities that have a particular curriculum and learning methods in one type of academic education, profession education, and/or vocational education.

8. Chairman Majors are the leaders of Jaffairs in the High School environment that are authorized and responsible for the hosting of education in each of the Jaffairs.

9. The Director is the Graduate Officer at the High School.

12. Lecturers are professional educators and scientists with the primary task of transforming, developing, and disseminating science and technology through education, research, and devotion to the community.

13. The Annual Performance Plan (RKT) is a document that contains the definitions of the goals and programs that have been established in the Strategic Plan (Renstra) to be implemented by the Government Instancy through various activities yearly and contain information about the level or target performance of the output and/or outcome that an organization wants to be realized in a particular year.

14. Students are educated participants in higher education.

15. Alumni are graduates of academic programs and professions at the High School.

16. The sivity of academics is a unit consisting of lecturers and students.

17. The power of education is a devoted member of the society and is appointed with the main task of supporting the host of higher education.

(1) The public religious college in this statute is named the Protestant High School of the Protestant State (STAKPN) Tarutung.

(2) The Protestant High School of the Protestant Tarutung State is based on the foundation of the Islamic State. in North Tapanuli County, North Sumatra Province.

(3) High School stands on May 29, 1999, a change in the form of the Protestant Academy of Religious Education (APGAKPN) which was established on 27 February 1993.

a. The same black-sided (grated code #11111) represents loyalty to the state of Pancasila, with a yellow base color background (code gradients #FFFF00) representing glory;

b. The cross is located above the confluation of the rice and cotton stalk, the purple color (the code gradients #880088) represents humility;

c. the rice stalk and the circular cotton, the green color (the code-gration #004400) and the yellow (code gration #EEEE00) Symbolizing hope and forgetteness and grandeur of the ideals of freedom;

d. The Bible is located in the center of the emblem, where the letter A and O is white (the grate of code #FFFFFF) symbolises the sanctity;

e. The eight lines of writing in the Bible are black (the pardon code #111111) denotes the firmness;

f. writing STAKPN in ribbons under the rice stalk and blue cotton (grated code #000099), symbolie intelligent and cooperative; and

g. Tarutung's writing is located below the black STAKPN (the code gradations #11111) denotes the firmness and position.

Article 8

(1) The High School Mars is the song that expressing grandeur, spirit and constancy, the soul of Pancasila, as well as reflecting the ideals of the High School of the future with the help of God.

(2) Hymne High School is a song expressing praise and pleas to God The Almighty for the achievement of the hopes of the Church, the community and the prosperous nation.

Flags

Article 9

(1) Flag High School Flag:

a. form four rectangles, which is two-thirds wide of its length;

b. The green base (cated code #004400), symbolizing hope and forgetteness, and the grandeur of the ideals of freedom;

c. in the middle there is a High School emblem, which is an eighth of the size of the flag; and

d. Under the coat of arms is STAKPN TARUTUNG.

(2) Flag and Graduate Flag:

a. The four-square-length and Graduate School flag is two-thirds wide of its length;

b. The colors of the flag of Jaffair and Postgraduate and its meaning are:

1. The green Christian Religious Education Department (grated code #00EE00), symbolised growth and success;

2. The purple Christian Theology Department (grated code #880088), symbolised modesty;

3. The White Pastoral Counseling department (grated code #FFFFFF), symbolits chastity;

4. The Yellow Church Music Education Department (grated code #EEEE00), symbolised grandeur and ideals;

5. The red-colored postgraduate (cached code #660000), symbolised the struggle to achieve the goal.

Fifth Section

Academic fashion

(1) High School academic fashion consists of a toga of office and toga wisudawan.

(2) Toga as referred to by paragraph (1) is The robes worn by the Senate Speaker, the Senate Secretary, the Speaker, the Vice Chairman, the Speaker, the Master, and the Senate.

Academic Freedom and Scientific Autonomy

Article 11

Paragraph 2

Student acceptance

Article 12

(1) Students are comprised of citizens of the Republic of Indonesia as well as foreign nationals who meet the requirements.

(2) Further provisions regarding acceptance requirements students as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified by the Chairman.

Article 13

The High School guarantees a student acceptance system for all educational, transparent, accountable, and all educational systems.

Article 14

(1) High School conducts a new student's admission of diplomas and scholars through a local acceptance pattern.

(2) High School conducts new student admissions. The Graduate School is independent.

(3) Reception of the new student-level Graduate School can be performed more than one time in 1 (one) academic year.

The Lecture System

Article 15

Article 19

(1) The Senate Session is composed of the Open Senate Session and the Closed Senate Session.

Paragould 8

Title, Ijazah, and Awards

Article 20

(1) High School grants academic degrees and professions to graduates in accordance with the courses of study which are included under the provisions of the laws.

(3) The title of the profession referred to in paragraph (1) is listed in the certificate of the profession.

(4) Further provisions regarding titles and certificates The profession is governed in the Ordinance of the Minister.

Article 21

(1) High School grants diplomas to the graduates under the provisions of the laws.

(2) In addition to the diplomas as referred to in paragraph (1), High School may issue a diploma companion letter.

(3) Further provisions on the diploma and certificate of companion certificate are set in Regulation. Minister.

Article 22

(1) High School may reward Lecturer, Student, education and other party, both institutions and individuals, who are credited with or accomplishment in the activities of the school's tridharma. high.

Research and Engagement to Society

Article 23

(1) High School is required to host research and devotion to the community.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Article 24

(1) The High School Organization consists of:

Chairman and Vice Chairman

Section 25

Article 26

Article 27

(1) The Chairman as referred to in Article 26 of the verse has the task and obligations as follows:

a. setting up a High School strategic plan;

b. carry out the Higher Education of the field of organizational management, academic, student-student, human resources, infrastructure and financial means in accordance with the provisions of the laws of law;

c. manage education, research and devotion to the community;

d. Raise and dismiss officials under the Chairperson, the Chief of JBUSINESS, and the leadership of other units that are under it according to the rules of the laws of the law;

e. lift and dismiss employees of the Government Employees with the Working Agreement (P3K) in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the law;

Article 28

(1) In managing and organizing the High School, the Chairman is assisted by at most 3 (three) Vice Chairman.

(3) The Vice Chair term is following the Chair ' s term and can be reappointed for 1 (one) time term.

(4) The Vice Chair may be re-elected for a later term with the provision of no more than 2 (two) times consecutive terms.

(5) The assignment of the task and the authority of each Vice Chairman is composed of fields:

a. Academic and Institute Development;

b. General administration, Planning, and Finance; and

c. Student and Co-operation.

Paragraph 1

Requirements for Vice Chairman and Deputy Chairman

Section 29

Terms of Vice Chairman Requirements:

a. PNS status;

b. Christian, faith, and moral religion;

c. at age 60 (sixty) years at the end of the term of the incumbent chairman;

d. Doctoral program graduates (S3) have the lowest functional office of Lektor or a graduate of the Magister (S2) program that has the functional office of Lektor Head;

e. I once held an additional position as Vice Chairman/Chairman/Director/Director/Head of the Center;

f. submitted a healthy caption letter from the government doctor;

g. not being subject to moderate or severe level of disciplinary punishment in accordance with the provisions of the laws of law;

h. is not being criminalised based on a court ruling that has a fixed legal force;

i. nominated for or nominated to be the Vice Chairman in writing; and

j. submitted a statement of willingness to cooperate with the Chairman.

Article 30

(1) The Vice Chair of the Vice Chairman is exercised as follows:

(1) Alumni is a graduate of the academic program and profession.

Section 84

(1) All receipts must be made to a High School account and all expenses must be made through a High School account.

The Accounting and Internal Control System

Article 85

(1) High School accounting system is intended to present the report High school finance is based on government accounting standards.

Article 86

(2) The internal control system as referred to in paragraph (1) is the Chairman's responsibility.

(3) The internal control system is evaluated continuously by the Internal Supervising Unit, and periodically reported to the Chairman.

(4) Further provisions on the internal control system as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified by the Chairman.

Article 88

(1) High School financial statements are audited by the Supervising Unit Internal.

(2) If required, the Director General can ask for it special examination.

Paragraph 5

Article 89

(1) In the framework of the management of the High School each year the Chairman must deliver an annual report to the Director General and the Senate which consists of:

a. the audited financial statements by the Internal Supervising Unit; and

b. the performance of academic and nonacademic activities.

(2) The financial statements as referred to the paragraph (1) of the letter a consist of:

a. budget realization report;

b. activity report/operational report;

c. balance sheet;

d. cash flow report; and

e. account of the financial statements.

Second Section

Revenue

Article 90

(1) The government provides funds for the hosting of higher education by the High School allocated in APBN/APBD.

(2) In addition to funds allocated in APBN/APBD as referred to in paragraph (1), Timggi School revenues can also be derived from masyarkat.

(3) Timggi School Revenue from the public as referred to in paragraph (2) is non-tax revenue.

Article 91

The budget Alocation for the college tridharma program is set by the Director General pursuant to RKA submitted by the Chairman under the provisions of the laws.

Third Part

Exposition of Goods/Services

Section 92

(1) The absence of services is performed on the principles of efficiency, economical, accountable and transparent.

(2) The absence of the services as referred to in paragraph (1) Which the source of funds came from APBN refers to the provisions of the laws of the negotiations.

Article 94

(1) The High School Wealth consists of:

a. non-mobile objects, except the land sourced from APBN and/or APBD and derived from other legitimate acquisitions in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the laws;

c. intellectual property that is proven to be legal property as belonging to the High School.

Section 98

Conditions more further concerning the management of the utilization and sanctions of the destruction and/or eliminating the High School means and infrastructure of the High School specified by the Chairman with regard to the provisions of the laws.

BAB XII

COOPERATION

Article 99

(1) The cooperation is done to improve the process and quality of the results of education, research and devotion to the community.

(2) Cooperation with other parties is done on the basis of mutually beneficial.

(3) JBUSINESS, Graduate, Centre, and other work units can perform cooperation in academic and/or non-academic fields with various good and foreign parties.

(4) Academic-academic work and/or nonacademic refers to the provisions of the laws

TRANSITION provisions

Article 100

At the time the Ministerial Regulation is in effect, all laws concerning the holding and management of the High School are declared to remain in effect as long as not contradictory. with provisions in this Minister Rule.

BAB XIV

CLOSING provisions

Article 101

(1) The amendment of the Statute can only be done by the Minister under the Chairman's proposal after obtaining the Senate approval.

(2) By the time the Minister ' s Ordinance came into effect, the Decree of the Minister of Religious Affairs No. 186 about the Statute of the High School of the Protestant Christian Religion Tarutung was revoked and declared not to be valid.
