MINISTER RELIGION REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Mention: that in order of the management of the College of Islamic State Jurai Siwo Metro Lampung, it needs to establish the Minister of Religious Affairs on the Statute of the High School of the Islamic State. Jurai Siwo Metro Lampung;

Establits: RULES OF THE MINISTER OF RELIGION ON THE STATUTES OF THE HIGH SCHOOL ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS LAW JURAI SIWO METRO LAMPUNG.

BAB I

provisions of UMUM

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. Jurai Siwo Metro Lampung State Islamic State High School, later called High School, is the State Islamic Religious College under the Ministry of Religious Affairs.

2. The High School Statute is a High School management ordinance used as a cornerstone of regulatory and operational procedures.

3. The Chairman is an organ of the High School which leads and manages the hosting of higher education at the High School.

4. The Senate is an organ of the High School that compiles, formulae, and establishes policies, gives consideration, and conducts oversight of the Chair in the exercise of the autonomy of the academic field of academia.

5. The Internal Supervising Unit is a supervising element that exercises non-academic supervision functions for and on behalf of the College Leader.

6. The Board of Worship is a non-structural body composed of elements of government, entrepreneurs, and public figures who have a function of providing advice and consideration in nonacademic fields to the Chairman.

7. The Study Program is a unity of educational and learning activities that have a particular curriculum and learning methods in one type of academic education, and/or vocational education.

8. The next Annual Performance Plan (RKT) is a document containing the definitions of the goals and programs that have been specified in Renstra to be implemented by the Government Instancy through various annual activities as well as containing information about the performance level or target is the output and/or outcome that the organization wants to be embodied in a particular year.

9. Chairman Majors are the leaders of Jaffairs in the High School environment that are authorized and responsible for the hosting of education in each of the Jaffairs.

The High School Vision is to be an innovative Islamic College in synergy socio-eco-techno-preneurship based on the values of the istas and indomages.

Article 4

High School has a mission:

a. form a scholar who has a knowledge of self-knowledge, personality, innovative thinking, and soulless entrees

b. Supplementing the values of the common sense in the exercise of education, research, and devotion to society;

c. establish a productive and innovative academic culture in the management of resources through the study of scholarship, model learning, and research;

d. grow socio-eco-techno-preneurship of campus residents in the implementation of the College Tridharma; and

e. carrying out a professional, institutional management, institutional management system based on information technology.

Article 5

High School has a goal:

a. Preparing educated participants into a skilled workforce with insightful academic and professional skills socio-eco-techno-preneurship is imbued by the values of self-obliteration and indoneness; and

e. the black line (#000000) 17 on the ribbon, line 8 in the book of the Quran and the line 45 on both swan feathers, symbolids the day of Indonesia's independence;

f. a node on the base of a white goose feather (#FFFFFF) three books symboliing the unity of Faith, Islam and Ihsan;

g. The green base color (#339933), represents the peace and the yellow color (#FFCC33) of the curved line symbolie the glory and greatness of the soul;

h. The Lampung siger with golden yellow color (#FFCC33) shows nine surnames (Jurai Siwo); and

i. writing STAIN Jurai Siwo Metro shows the name, position and place.

(1) The High School Mars is a medium-pitched song (baritone), height

(1) High School Flag:

a. The High School flag is a four-square-length flag that is two-thirds wide of its length;

b. The green-colored High School flag (#006600) symbolides the struggle of enforcing truth and national development;

c. in the middle of the High School flag plastered the High School emblem; and

d. under the coat of arms it reads: STAIN JURAI SIWO METRO.

(2) Flag and Graduate Flag:

a. The four-square-length Jaffair and Graduate flag is two-thirds wide of its length;

b. The colors of the flag of Jaffair and Postgraduate and its meaning are:

1. The green Tarbiyah majors (#009900), symbolised the hope of the future;

2. The black Sharia and Islamic economics department (#000000), symbolised the firmness of faith and the charity of virtue;

3. The Dakwah and the Communications of the brown colour (#CC9933), symbolised solicitation to the truth; and

4. The red postgraduate (#990000), symbolised the spirit of the development of intellectual science and maturity;

c. in the midst of the flag of Jaffair and the Graduate plastered the High School emblem;

d. Under the coat of arms of the High School are the names of the respective names-each Jaffair and the Postgraduate.

Academic fashion

(1) The academic fashion of the High School consists of a toga of office and the toga of the wisudawan.

(2) The Toga title as referred to in paragraph (1) is the robe imposed by the Senate Speaker, the Senate Secretary, the Speaker, the Vice Chairman, the Chief Speaker, the Grand Master, and the Member of the Senate.

Article 11

Lecture System

Article 15

Open Senate Session

Article 19

Article 21

Article 22

Research and Engagement to Society

Article 23

(1) High School is required to organize research and devotion to the community.

MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Article 24

(1) The High School Organization consists of:

a. Chairman and Vice Chairman;

Chairman and Vice Chairman

Section 25

Article 27

(2) The Chairman as referred to in Article 26 of the paragraph (1) is authorized to and on behalf of the Minister:

a. represent the High School inside and outside the court;

b. conduct cooperation; and

c. provide an Honorary Doctorate.

Article 28

(1) In managing and organizing the High School, the Chairman is assisted by at most 3 (three) Vice Chairman.

(2) Vice Chairman as referred to the paragraph (1) is lifted and dismissed by the Chairman.

(3) The term of the Vice Chairman follows the term of the Chairman and may be reappointed for 1 (one) time term.

(1) Students develop their talents, interests, and abilities through cocurricular and extracurricular activities as part of education.

Implementation

Article 80

(1) The Chairman has the authority to conduct High School budget implementation in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

(2) The Chairperson exercised his authority in the execution of the High School budget as referred to in paragraph (1) in charge, accountable and transparent.

(3) In exercising its authority as referred to in paragraph (2) The assisted chairman of the High School's finances is mandatory and is responsible for the needs of the High School under the provisions of the laws.

(1) The implementation of the High School budget as referred to in Article 79 of the paragraph (2) includes:

a. planning receipts and cash expenses;

b. receive revenue from a variety of legitimate sources;

c. save cash and manage bank accounts; and

Section 82

(1) All receipts must be made to a High School account and all expenses must be made through a High School account.

Paragraph 4

The Accounting and Internal Control System

Section 83

(1) High School accounting system is intended to present the report High school finance is being implemented based on government accounting standards.

a. finance;

c. services; and

d. expenses.

Article 84

(1) The entire financial transaction must be supported by reliable transaction evidence and stored in a safe place.

(2) High School Commitment Officials kept the entire evidence of High School transaction in accordance with the provisions of the laws.

Article 85

(1) The High School internal control system is carried out continuously through:

a. execution of efficient and effective activities;

b. Accounting/record reliability and financial statements;

c. asset safeguards; and

d. Observance of High School policies and regulations.

(2) The internal control system as referred to in paragraph (1) is the responsibility of the Chairman.

(3) The internal control system is evaluated continuously by the Internal Supervising Unit, and it is periodically reported to the Chairman.

(4) Further provisions on the internal control system as referred to in paragraph (1) are specified by the Chairman.

Article 86

(1) High School financial statements are audited by the Internal Supervising Unit.

(2) If It is necessary, the Director General can request a special examination.

Paragraph 5

Accountable

Article 87

(1) In the framework of the management of the High School each year the Chairman must deliver an annual report to the Director General consisting of:

a. The financial statements that are already audited by the Internal Oversight Unit; and

b. the performance of academic and nonacademic activities.

(2) The financial statements as referred to the paragraph (1) of the letter a consist of:

a. budget realization report;

b. activity report/operational report;

c. balance sheet;

d. cash flow report; and

e. account of the financial statements.

(4) The financial statements as referred to in paragraph (1) of the letters a dilampiri with the financial statements of the executor element.

(5) High School financial statements are compiled based on the applicable accounting standards general.

The Second Section

Revenue

Article 88

(1) The government provides funding for the hosting of higher education by the High School allocated in APBN/APBD.

(2) In addition to funds allocated in APBN/APBD as referred to in paragraph (1), High School income may also be derived from masyarkat.

(3) High School Revenue from the public as referred to in paragraph (2) is state acceptance of non-tax.

Article 89

The budget Alocation for the college tridharma program is set by the Director General pursuant to RKA submitted by the Chairman under the provisions of the laws.

Third Part

Exposition of Goods/Services

Section 90

(1) The absence of services is performed on the principles of efficiency, economic, transparent, and accountable.

(2) The absence of the services as referred to in paragraph (1) that sourced from APBN refers to the rules of the invite-invitation regulations.

Wealth

Paragould 1

General

Article 91

(1) High School richness management is exercised to achieve high school objectives

(2) Management of wealth High School as referred to in paragraph (1) is reasonably managed, orderly, effective, efficient, accountable, transparent, and abiited by the provisions of the rules of law-invitation.

(3) High School richness management as referred to in the verse (1) is executed by meeting the principles of good internal control.

Article 92

(1) The High School Wealth consists of:

a. non-mobile objects, except the land sourced from APBN and/or APBD and derived from other legitimate acquisitions in accordance with the provisions of the laws of the laws;

b. motion objects; and

c. intellectual property that is proven to be legal property as belonging to the High School.

(2) Intellectual Property as referred to paragraph (1) the letter c consists of patents, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights, either All of the High School.

Section 93

Land and Building

BAB XI

MEANS AND PRASARANA

Article 95

(1) Sarana and the prasarana held by the High School aim to support the staging of the college tridharma.

(2) Sarana and infrastructure for the host of the college tridharma can be obtained from the government, the community, and the other party.

(3) Sarana and the prasarana as referred to in verse (2) are the property of the state.

(4) High School may conduct cooperation with other parties for convening and/or utilizing the means and other amenities for the benefit of the college tridharma.

Article 96

Further provisions concerning the management of the utilization and sanctions of the destruction and/or eliminating the means and infrastructure of High School are set by the Chairman with

COOPERATION

Article 97

(1) Cooperation is conducted to improve the process and quality of the results of education, research and devotion to the community.

(2) Cooperation with Other parties are done on the basis of mutual benefit.

(3) Jaffair, Postgraduate, Centre, and other work units can conduct cooperation in academic and/nonacademic fields with various parties both in and abroad.

(4) The cooperation of academic and nonacademic fields refers to the regulatory provisions

Section 98

At the time the Regulation of the Minister is in effect, all laws regarding the implementation and management of the High School are declared to remain In effect, as long as it is not contrary to the provisions of this

provisions CLOSING

Article 99

(1) The change of the Statute can only be done by the Minister under the Chairman's proposal after obtaining the Senate approval.

(2) At the time of Regulation The Minister of Religious Affairs Number 58 of 2008 on the Statute of the High School of Islamic State Jurai Siwo Metro was revoked and declared not to be valid.

Article 100

The rules of this Minister begin to apply on the date Uninvited.
