Article 7
(1) Personnel Research as referred to in Article 5
letter b is performed for:
a. education selection;
b. mutation of the position;
c. increase in rank;
d. Awards and penalties (reward and
punishment); or
e. special assignment or any other assignment.
(2) The Personnel Research as referred to in paragraph (1)
is executed through:
a. file and/or document research;
b. investigation;
c. interrogation; and
d. interview.
(3) Personnel Research as referred to in paragraph (1)
published SKHP.
(4) Further provisions regarding Personnel Research
are set up with the Regulations of the Head of the Professed Division and
Polri Security.
Section 8
The authorized officer publishes SKHP:
a. Head of the Paminal Bureau of the Division of the Professions and Security of Polri
for:
1. Members of the Polri who rank the Major Police Commissioner
to the top and the Civil Servlet of the group IV;
2. Civil servants on Polri who will:
a) get an award; or
b) carry out a special assignment or
another assignment.
b. Head of the Research Section of the Paminal Bureau Personnel Division
Professions and Polri Guard for:
1. Members of the Polri who rank the Police Inspector Two
up to Ajun Police Major Commissioner and
Civil civil servants of the class III, at the rate
Polri Headquarters; and

2. Police officers rank the Police Commissioner and
Ajun Major Police Commissioner, at the Police level

c. Head of the Research Section Subsection of the Research Section

to the bottom and Civil Servant group II to

conduct disciplinary violations, code of conduct and/or
