Article 3

Selections

Paragraf 1

General

Article 34

Article 51

Paragraf 2

(2) The Principle Permit charge as referred to in paragraph (1)

in accordance with the provisions of the Government Regulation on

BAB XI

BROADCASTING HOSTING

Article 62

(1) The institution of the Broadcasting Service is required to deliver a report

annual operating performance of the broadcast

to the Minister at least 30 June of the year

next.

(2) Reports as referred to in paragraph (1) the most

2) the overall percentage of broadcast events and

daily broadcast events patterns and weekly;

e. development of the means and infrastructure consisting of:

1) a list inventory of the means and infrastructure that

is used, including studio equipment and

transmitters, numbers and types of studio; and

2) the location map of the broadcasting station, the layout image

transmitter station and station location map

transmitter, as well as the range region map image

broadcast and its broadcast service area;

f. The fulfillment of the hosting commitments

in accordance with the proposed business plan/proposals

at the time of the IPP application and extension; and

g. Legal compliance with intellectual property and

fulfillment of copyright royalty payment obligations

and related rights in accordance with regulatory provisions

laws.

(3) The report as referred to in paragraph (2) letter a

number 2) and number 3) does not apply to the LPP and LPK.

(4) Reports as referred to in paragraph (1) may

be delivered electronically.

SUPERVISION, CONTROL, MONITORING, AND

EVALUATION

(1) DELIVERY OF CORRESPONDENCE, LICENSING DOCUMENTS

a. notification of the completeness of the requirements
