ORGANIZATION AND TATA WORK

THE PUBLIC ISLAMIC RELIGIOUS HIGH SCHOOL MAJENE

WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

THE RELIGIOUS MINISTER OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

DRAWS: A. that as a follow-up to the provisions of Article 4 of the Regulation

Minister of Religious Numbers 38 Year 2016 on the Establishment

Majene State Islamic Religious High School, it is necessary

arrangements regarding organization and work;

b. that based on consideration as

referred to in the letter a, needs to establish the Regulation

Minister of Religious Affairs about the Organization and the Workforce

DECIDED:

SET: THE RULE OF RELIGIOUS MINISTER ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION AND

THE HIGH SCHOOL GOVERNANCE OF THE ISLAMIC STATE OF ISLAM

MAJENE.

BAB I

POSITION, DUTIES, AND FUNCTIONS

Article 1

(1) The Majene State Islamic Religious High School

next is called STAIN Majene is the school

high organized by The Ministry of Religious Affairs,

is below and is responsible to the Minister

Religion and functionally scouted by the Director

General of Islamic Education.

(2) STAIN Majene as referred to by paragraph (1)

led by a Chairman.

Article 2

STAIN Majene has a hosting assignment

academic education and able to host

vocational education in one science family

and/or Islamic religious technology and if it meets

the condition can host a profession education.

Article 3

In carrying out the task as referred to in

Article 2, STAIN Majene organizes functions:

a. perumusan and setting vision, mission, policy, and

program planning;

b. the staging and implementation of the school ' s tridharma

high;

c. implementation of the academic sivity coaching; and

d. implementation of administration, evaluation, and reporting.

BAB II

ORGANIZATION

Article 4

STAIN Majene organization consists of the maintainer's organs, organs

considerations, and supervising organs.

Article 5

Organ maintainer STAIN Majene consists of:

a. Chairman and Vice Chairman;

b. Majors;

c. General, Academic, and Financial Administration sections;

d. Center; and

e. Technical Managing Unit.

Chairman and Vice Chairman

Section 6

The Chairman as referred to in Section 5 of the letter a

has the lead and managing job of

Article 7

(1) In carrying out the task as intended

in Article 6 The Chairman is assisted by 3 (three) persons of the Vice

Chairman.

planning, and finance; and

c. Vice Chair of Student Affairs and Work

Section 8

(1) The business as referred to in Article 5 of the letter b

is the academic unit of STAIN

Majene who is located and is responsible to

Chairman.

(2) The affairs as referred to in paragraph (1) are led

by a Chief JBUSINESS.

Article 9

Jaffair as referred to in Article 8 has

the task of hosting a study program in 1 (one) discipline

Islamic religious science.

The affair on STAIN Majene as referred to in

Article 8 Majene consists of:

a. Tarbiyah and Leisure;

b. Sharia and the Islamic Business Economy; and

c. Ushuluddin, Adab, and Dakwah.

Article 11

Organ Jaffair consists of:

a. Chair of the Department;

b. Secretary of the Department;

c. Chair of the Study Program;

d. Program Secretary of the Study; and

e. Laboratory/Bengkel/Studio.

Article 12

Chairperson of the Department as referred to in Article 11 of the letter

a has the lead and coordinating task

the execution of the task of the majors.

Section 13

Secretary of the affairs as referred to in Section 11

the letter b has the task of assisting the Chairman of the Department in

the area of holding, evaluation, and reporting field.

Article 14

Chair of the Study Program as referred to in Section 11

General, Academic, and Financial Administration sections

Article 17

(1) General, Academic, and Financial Administration Parts

as referred to in Section 5 hurul c which

further called the AUAK Section, is the element

(2) The AUAK Section as referred to in paragraph (1)

is headed by the Head.

Article 18

The AUAK Section has the task of carrying out the administration

general, financial, planning, organization, layout,

staffing, legislation, academic administration,

scholarship, alumni, and cooperation.

Article 19

In carrying out the duties as contemplaed in

Article 17, the AUAK Section organizes functions:

a. the drafting and execution of the program plan and

budget;

b. the implementation of the public administration that includes

agility, sanity, property management

country, public relations, public relations,

documentation, and publication;

c. implementation of organizing and organizing of organizations and nomencing Done,

staffing, legal advocacy and legislation;

d. implementation of the treasury, verification, accounting,

the management and accounting information system of goods

Article 20

The AUAK Section as referred to in Article 17 of the paragraph (1)

consists of:

a. Subsections of General Administration and Finance;

b. Academic Subsections and Student Affairs; and

c. Functional Position Group.

Article 21

(1) Subpart of the General Administration and Finance

as referred to in Article 20 of the letter a

has the task of drafting and

the execution of the program plan and budget,

general administration, organizational structuring and tata

as such, employment, legislation, advocacy

law, treasury, verification, accounting, system

management information and goods accounting information

Section 24, P3M organizes functions:

a. implementation of the plan, budget, and

evaluation of the program, as well as reporting;

b. conduct of research;

c. implementation of devotion to the community;

d. implementation of publishing and publication; and

e. execution of administration.

Article 26

P3M as referred to in Section 24 is made up:

a. Header;

b. Secretary; and

c. Functional Position Group.

Article 27

Head as referred to in Article 26 of the letter a

has the task of leading and managing activities

The Secretary as referred to in Article 26 of the letter b

administration, financial, composure, evaluation, and reporting.

Article 29

The Mutu warranty center as referred to in Article

23 letter b that is next called P2M have a task

Article 30

In exercised duties as intended in

Article 29, P2M organizes functions:

a. implementation of planning, budgeting, evaluation

programs, as well as reporting;

b. execution of academic quality development programs;

c. implementation of audits, monitoring, and quality assessment

d. execution of administration.

Article 31

P2M as referred to in Article 29 consists of:

a. Header;

b. Secretary; and

c. Functional Position Group.

Article 32

Head as referred to in Article 31 of the letter a

Technical Managing Unit

Section 34

Technical Managing Unit as referred to in Article 5

Article 35

UPT as referred to in Article 34 consists of:

A. Library Unit;

b. Information Technology Unit and Data Base; and

c. Language Development Unit.

Article 36

(1) The Library Unit as referred to in Article

to the Chairman via the Vice Chair of Academic Fields and

Institutional.

(2) The Library Unit is led by the Head.

(3) The Library Unit as referred to in Article

(1) has the task of carrying out the service and

the development of the library and cooperation, evaluation,

and Drafting the report.

Section 37

(1) Information Technology Unit and Data Base

as referred to in Section 35 of the letter b is in

bottom and is responsible to the Chairman through

Vice Chairman of the Field General Administration, Planning,

and Finance.

(2) Information Technology and Data Base units led

by Head.

(3) Information Technology Unit and Data Base

as referred to in Article (1) have

the task the management and development of the information system

and the database.

Article 38

(1) Language Development Unit referred to

in Article 35 of the letter c is below and

is responsible to the Chairman through Vice Chairman

Academic and Institutional Fields.

(2) The Language Development Unit is led by Head.

(3) The Language Development Unit as intended

in Section (1) has the task of carrying out

coaching and language development.

Organ Perscales

Section 39

The organ of consideration as referred to in Article 4

consists of:

a. Senate; and

b. The Board of Worship

Article 40

(1) The Senate as referred to in Article 39 of the letter a

is the subject of a policy compiler running

academic policy.

(2) Further provisions regarding the Senate as referred to

in paragraph (1) are set in the stuta.

Article 41

(1) The Board of Antula as referred to in Article

Article 42

bottom and responsible to the Chairman.

(2) The head as referred to in paragraph (1) has

the lead, co-ordinating, and executing

task under the Chairman's discretion.

BAB III

FUNCTIONAL POSITION GROUP

Article 45

Functional office group in environment STAIN Majene

has the task of carrying out activities in accordance with the task

each functional position under the rules

(1) The functional position group consists of Lecturer, Researcher,

Librarian, Laboran, and other functional positions

the needs and workload.

Article 47

(1) Tata workouts on the STAIN Majene organization unit

are applied based on the coordination principle, integration,

and synchronization.

(2) More provisions further regarding the work layout as

Article 48

Chairman, Vice Chairman, Chairman Of The Majors, Secretary Of The Study,

Chairperson of the Study Program, Research Program Secretary, Head of the Center,

Central Secretary, Unit Head, and Head of the Supervising Unit

TRANSITIONAL provisions

Article 50
