DECIDED:

STIPULATING: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS

THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE SERVICE OF THE

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IS ELECTRONICALLY.

Article 1

In Regulation of this Minister referred to:

1. Intellectual property is the right to arise for the results

2. Electronic Intellectual Property Application

Article 2

(3) The Intellectual Property Registry

as referred to in paragraph (2) is charged

in accordance with the provisions of the perinvite rule-

Article 3

(1) Application of Intellectual Property registration

(1) Application of Intellectual Property registration

Article 5

(1) Any application of Intellectual Property registration

Billing through the Intellectual Property Information System.

Article 6

(1) The Billing Code as referred to in Section 5 of the paragraph

Article 7

The applicant makes the payment via the Perception Bank or

The Perception Post that uses the SIMPONI system.

Article 8

(1) The payment on the Perception Bank or Perception Post

as referred to in Section 7 is done through:

a. cash, via a Bank Perception or Perception Post

SIMPONI Ministry of Finance; or

b. non-cash, through self-cash ungan (ATM),

internet banking (IB), and EDC.

(2) In doing the payment as referred to

on the paragraph (1), the applicant is not charged any charges.

Article 9

The applicant who has paid the plea as

referred to in Article 8 is given sign of a plea.

Article 10

In terms of the impairment of the Wealth Information System

The resulting Intellectual Property

Article 11

The Minister ' s Regulation shall come into effect on the date
