SET: THE REGULATION OF THE MINISTER OF RESEARCH, TECHNOLOGY, AND
HIGHER EDUCATION ON THE STATUTES OF POLITEKNIK
THE MARITIME INDONESIAN STATE.
BAB I
provisions of UMUM
Article 1
In this Ministerial Ordinance referred to:
1. The next Maritime Polytechnic of Indonesia
called Polimarin is a public college that
organizes a vocational education program in
a number of specialized knowledge in the field of indignation.
2. The next statute of Polimarin is called Statuta
is the basic rules of management used
as the cornerstone of the drafting of regulations and procedures
operational at Polimarin.
3. Vocational education is education that prepares

Article 2
(1) Polymarin is a public college in the
environment of the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Education
High located in Semarang, Central Java.
(2) Polimarin was established under the Minister's Regulations
Education and Culture Number 62 of the Year 2012

Emblem, Flag, Himne, and Mars
Article 3
(1) Polimarin has a coat of arms the shape of a ship consisting
over a blue, coloured deck
blue, and the hull of a blue vessel in it
there are 3 (three) related rings, 1
(one) the colored ring fruit blue and white and 2 (two)
the ring fruit is blue and yellow, and on the
top The ring contains a white POLIMARIN script.
(2) The emblem as referred to in paragraph (1) has
meaning:
a. the shape of the ship represents the maritime world;
b. The ring form represents the ship's journey from
one place to another;
c. 3 (three) related ring fruit
symbolised the College Tridharma;
d. Blue color represents nature and sea;
e. yellow color represents prosperity and
glory; and
f. White color represents chastity.
(3) The color of the emblem as referred to in paragraph (1)

(1) Polimarin has a 4 (four) square-shaped flag
length with size length compared to 3: 2

Academic fashion and Busana Almamater
Article 8
(1) Polimarin has academic and fashion clothing
almamater.
(2) Academic Fashion as referred to in verse (1)
consists of a lecturer dress, a learner's fashion, and
wisudawan fashion.
(3) Busana almamater as referred to in verse (1)
consists of an almamater suit Blue and in the chest

BAB III
HOSTING OF THE COLLEGE TRIDHARMA
Part Kesatu
Host of Education
Article 9
(1) Polimarin organizes a vocational education program
in the field of indignation.
(2) The education of the vocational education as
is referred to in paragraph (1) the form of a diploma program and
if qualified can host
a program of applied scholars, applied masters, and/or
applied doctor.
Article 10
(1) Academic Year begins in September and
ends in August of the following year.
(2) Academic Year as referred to in paragraph (1)
consists of:

a. gasal semesters; and
b. even semester.
(3) Semester gasal starts in September and
ends in February of the following year.
(4) The even Semester starts in March of the year
next and ends in August.
(5) Each semester consists of 18 (eighteen) weeks
face-to-face including the exam.
(6) Further provisions regarding the academic year
as referred to in paragraph (1) are set in
The Director's Ordinance after got a consideration

Article 11
(1) The education in Polimarin
is organized by applying the credit system
semester (SKS) using the credit unit
semester (sks).
(2) The semester credit unit (sks) is the unit that
states the burden of student studies, the teaching workload,
the learning experience, and the hosting load
program.
(3) The education of education as intended
in paragraph (1) can be performed in the form of lectures,
field work practices, seminars, symposia, discussions
panels, workshops, and other scientific activities.
(4) Further provisions of staging
education as referred to in paragraph (1), paragraph
(2), and paragraph (3) are governed in the Director's Ordinance after

Article 12
(1) Education in Polimarin is organized with
the curriculum compiled and developed based on
educational objectives, study program objectives and meet
national standards of higher education and standards in the field

periodically, sustainable and comprehensive in accordance with

Section 13
(1) Assessment of activities and progress of student learning
is done periodically in the form of an exam,
task execution, portfolio creation, colokium,
and/or any other form of judgment.
(2) The exam as referred to in paragraph (1) is performed
through the midterms, the final exam of the semester, and
the final exam completion of the study in the form of the task exam
end.
(3) The execution of the task as referred to in paragraph (1)
is done via a structured, independent, and/or
group of tasks.
(4) The drafting of the portfolio as referred to in the paragraph
(1) is done by set up and
document a number of works.
(5) The Colokium as referred to in paragraph (1)
is done through discussion scientific in small groups.
(6) The results of the assessment as referred to in paragraph (1)
are stated with:
a. letter A weighs 4 (four);
b. AB letters weigh 3.5 (three commas five);
c. B. B is weighted 3.0 (three zero comma);
d. BC letter weighs 2.5 (two-comma five);
e. C letters weigh 2.0 (two zero comma);

after having received Senate consideration in accordance with
the provisions of the laws.
Article 14
(1) Students are declared a pass on a program
education after passing the lecture
requires a minimum GPA of 2.75 (two commas
seven five) and successfully maintain the task end
in accordance with the education program which is taken as well as
other requirements in accordance with regulatory provisions
laws.
(2) Graduation of students from the diploma program stated
with a satisfying predicate, is very satisfying, or
compliments with the criteria:
a. predicate satisfying if it reaches the index
cumulative achievement of 2.76 (two comma seven six)
up to 3.00 (three zero comma);
b. predicate is very satisfying if it reaches
cumulative achievement index 3.01 (three zero one comma)
up to 3.50 (five-zero comma five); or
c. predicate praise (cumlaude) if it reaches the index
achievement Cumulative is more than 3.50 (three comma five
zero).
(3) Further provisions of graduation as
referred to paragraph (1) and paragraph (2) are set in

Article 15
(1) At the end of the educational program
is held graduation.
(2) Polimarin organizes a graduation ceremony for
the leared participants who have completed the program
education.
(3) Graduates as referred to in paragraph (1) can
be done more than one time in a school year.

(4) Graduation ceremonies are held in a hearing

(5) Further provisions regarding graduation as
referred to in paragraph (1) are governed in the Director's Ordinance
after consideration of the Senate.
Article 16
(1) Polimarin organizes education with
using the Indonesian Language as the language
education delivery.
(2) English and foreign languages others can
be used as an introductory language, both in
education and in
the delivery of knowledge and/or skills
certain to further enhance the purpose and outcome
for the learning process.
Article 17
(1) Polimarin organizes acceptance selection
new students in accordance with regulatory provisions
legislation.
(2) Requirements for being a Polimarin student as
following:
a. have a high school diploma/school diploma
vocational medium or an equal;
b. pass the Polimarin entrance exam;
c. other terms in accordance with regulatory provisions
laws.
(3) Student acceptance does not discriminate against gender,
religion, tribe, race, social position, and level
economic ability.
(4) Foreign nationals can be Polimarin students
in accordance with the provisions of The invite-
invitation.
(5) More terms on student acceptance
as referred to in paragraph (2) to the paragraph
(4) is set in the Director's Rule.

Research
Article 18
(1) Polimarin carries out a research activity that
is directed at the development and application of the scholarship
in the field of indignation.
(2) Research as referred to in paragraph (1)
aims to develop skills,
experience, power of reason, enriching learning, and
providing problem solutions in the industry and/or
society.
(3) The research activities as referred to in paragraph (1)
can be held at the center,
laboratories/workshop, field, industry, and
elsewhere.
(4) The results of mandatory research are disseminated with the the way
is minted, published, and/or patented,
unless the results of the research are confidential,
interfering, and/or endangering interests
in general.
(5) The publication of the research as referred to in paragraph (5)
is conducted in the domestic scientific periodical
accredited or international scientific periodical
and other recognized forms of scientific publication

(6) The results of the research constitute intellectual property rights
is required to be protected in accordance with regulatory provisions
laws.

Article 19
(1) Polimarin organizes devotion to
the development oriented and
applications Science in the field of indignation and
other fields for advancement and welfare
society.
(2) Polimarin organizes engagement activities
to the public in accordance with education objectives
oriented local, regional,
national, and international development.
(3) the activities of the service to a society as
referred to in paragraph (1) exercised by individuals
or groups through the majors and the Research Center and
Engagement to the Society.
(4) Further provisions regarding the event
the activities of engagement to the community are set in
The Director ' s Rule after being given consideration
the Senate.
Fourth Quarter
Academic Ethics and Code of Conduct
Article 20
(1) Polimarin has an academic ethics and a code of conduct.
(2) The academic ethics as referred to in paragraph (1)
is a guide Polymarin behavior

(3) Code of conduct as referred to paragraph (1) consists
of the teaching code of conduct, the student code of conduct, and the code of conduct

Article 21
(1) academic freedom, freedom of the academic mimbar, and

Article 22
(1) Polimarin gives diplomas and captions
diplomas to students who have graduated.
(2) Polimarin may provide a competency certificate

Article 23
(1) Polimarin gives the degree of graduates of the program

Paragraph 1
General
Article 29
(1) The Polimarin Organ is composed of:
a. Director;
b. Senate;
c. Internal Supervising Unit; and
d. Governing Board.

a. Director and Deputy Director;
b. Section;
c. Majors;
d. Center; and
e. Technical Managing Unit (UPT).

Article 31
(1) The Director as referred to in Article 29 of the letter a
executable the Polimarin management function for and
on behalf of the Minister.
(2) To perform functions as referred to
paragraph (1), the Director has the task and authority:
a. Compiling a statute and its changes to
proposed to the minister;
b. Compiling the academic code of ethics for

Article 32
(1) The organizational and organizational governance of Polimarin refers

General
Article 39
(1) Dosen in the Polimarin environment may be assigned to the task

Article 68
(1) Students are enrolled learners and
study at Polimarin.
(2) Students as members of the academic sivity
is an adult insan who has an awareness
alone in developing a potential self in Polimarin
to become a practitioner and/or professional in the field

Article 69
(1) Polymarin students have rights and obligations.
(2) The student rights of Polimarin as referred to
paragraph (1) as follows:
a. using academic freedom in

h. move to another college or study program
other times when it meets the acceptance requirements
students at college or program
study to be tasked; and
i. take part in the organization activities at Polimarin.
(3) The Polymarin student ' s obligation is as intended
on the paragraph (1) as follows:
a. participate in the cost of hosting the education
except for the educated participants who are exempt from
the obligation is in accordance with the regulations
legislation;
b. comply with all the regulations in Polimarin;
c. co-maintain the means and infrastructure as well as
the hygiene, order, and security of Polimarin;
d. Appreciate the science, technology, and/or
art;
e. maintaining the authority and the good name Polimarin;
f. uphold the national culture; and
g. developing yourself so capable of controlling
science and technology as appropriate

(4) Further provisions regarding rights and obligations
Polymarin students as referred to in paragraph
(1), paragraph (2), and paragraph (3) are governed in the Director's Regulations
in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. The invite-

Article 70
(1) Students are prohibited from performing activities that can
assume academic activities and other activities in

penchant and student welfare in
student life.
(3) Students can form a student-student organization
in Polimarin organized from, by, and for
students.
(4) Further provisions on cocurricular activities,
extracurriculars, and student organizations are set in
The Director of Directors.

Article 72
(1) Alumni are students who are registered and/or
have completed the education at Polimarin.
(2) Alumni as referred to in paragraph (1) are assembled
in bonds Polymarin alumni.
(3) Alumni as referred to in paragraph (1)
is obligated to uphold the good name
almamater.
(4) The Polymarin alumni bond organization is set in
base budget and bond household budget
Polimarin alumni.
Ninth Part
Management of the Means and Prasarana
Section 73
(1) the management of the means and infrastructure acquired with
funds originating from the government, society or
other parties are organized in accordance with the provisions

(1) Budget management includes planning,
execution, accountability, and reporting.

Polimarin shopping.
(4) Implementation of the budget is done in accordance with
revenue and shopping budget operations

(5) Polimarin is compiling a liability report
budget management in accordance with the provisions
laws.
(6) Budget management accountability Report
Polimarin is audited in accordance with regulatory provisions
laws.
Section Eleventh
Cooperation
Article 76
(1) Polimarin may establish academic and non-
academic work with colleges and/or agencies
other both inside and outside country.
(2) Cooperation as referred to in paragraph (1)
based on the principle of partnership, equation
standing, mutual, mutual respect,
contributes to society, and not
interfering with the execution of Polimarin's duties.
(3) The cooperation as referred to in paragraph (1)
aims to improve efficiency, effectiveness,

(4) The cooperation can be initiated by the academic sivity,
center, and organizational units in the Polimarin environment.
(5) The cooperation as referred to in verse (4)
is the responsibility of the Director.
(6) The cooperation is implemented in accordance with the provisions

BAB V
INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE SYSTEM
Section 77
(1) Polimarin conducts an internal quality licensing system
consistently and sustainably as
liability to the stakeholders interest.
(2) The Polimarin Warranty System is an activity
systemic to improve education quality in
plans and continuous.
(3) The purpose of the Polimarin Mutu Internal Security System:
a. Standard Operating Procedure (POS)
on any service node;
b. ensuring each academic service to
students are done according to standard;
c. embodied tranparance and accountability to
the public in particular parent/guardian of students
about the hosting of education accordingly with
standard; and
d. push all parties/units in Polimarin for
work reaches the goal by default on
standard and sustainably attempt

(4) Internal Polimarin Mutu Warranty System

(5) The scope of the Internal Mutu Warranty System
Polimarin consists of development and execution
quality and audit standards in the field:
a. education;
b. research;
c. devotion to the community; and
d. student.
(6) The application of the internal quality salting system
is coordinated by the Learning Development Center
and the Education Mutu Warranty.
(7) Further provisions on the Warranty System
Mutu Internal is set in the Director's Rule.
Article 78
(1) Polimarin is seeking accreditation and certification of
independent body or body/agency authorized
to improve the quality and level of trust
society against Polimarin.
(2) The function of accreditation and accreditation certification in
Polimarin is exercised by the Development Center
The Learning and Educational Mutu Education.
(3) The Accreditation as referred to in paragraph (1) includes
accreditation of the study program, the training accreditation certificate
anger, and institutional accreditation.
(4) The implementation of accreditation process is exercised in accordance
with the provisions of the laws.
BAB VI
FORM AND REGULATORY LAYOUT
Article 79
(1) In addition to the applicable laws, in

(2) Internal regulations as referred to in paragraph (1)
include:
a. Senate rules;
b. Rules of the Director; and
c. Decision of the Director.
(3) Further provisions of the establishment of the establishment
internal regulations as referred to in paragraph (2)
are set in the Director's Ordinance pursuant to
the provisions of the laws.
BAB VII
FUNDING AND WEALTH
Article 80
(1) Polimarin funding is obtained from the government that
is allocated in the revenue and shopping budget
the state, local government, communities, parties outside
country, business unit results, and other authorized sources and
are not binding.
(2) The use of government funds is used and
accounted for in accordance with the provisions

(3) The source of the funding obtained from the community
as referred to paragraph (1) as follows:
a. single lecture money;
b. Registration fee and Polymarin entrance exam;
c. training costs;
d. Grants from individuals, government agencies or
non-government agencies, or other parties; and
e. Other receipts that are not in conflict with
the provisions of the laws.
(4) The management of the Polimarin fund is conducted in accordance with
the provisions of the laws.
(5) Foreign financing sources as
referred to paragraph (1) as follows:
a. the results of the cooperation; and
b. help, donations, and/or grants from

individuals, government agencies or non-government agencies overseas.
(6) Further provisions on the management of the fund
Polimarin as referred to in paragraph (1) is set
in the Director's Regulations in accordance with the provisions
laws.
Article 81
(1) The Polimarin wealth includes moving objects, objects
not moving, and intellectual property that
belongs to the government and is managed by Polimarin.
(2) The entire wealth of Polimarin including the wealth
intellectuals, facilities, objects and other forms noted
as the Polimarin wealth.
(3) The entire wealth of Polimarin is managed transparently
and accountable for the interest of the holding
college tridharma, management, and
Polimarin development in accordance with provisions
laws.
(4) Polymarin richness as referred to in paragraph (1)
cannot be transfered or warranted to
another party.
(5) The funds obtained from the utilization of wealth
Polimarin as referred to in verse (1)
represents the country's acceptance of non-tax.
(6) Further provisions of the utilization of wealth
Polimarin is set in the Director's Ordinance pursuant to
the provisions of the laws.
BAB VIII
LAIN-OTHER provisions
Article 82
(1) Changes of the Polimarin statute is performed in a
meeting attended by the deputy Polimarin organ.
(2) Polymarin's deputy organs as referred to the paragraph
(1) consists of:

a. Director;
b. Deputy Director;
c. Chair of the Department;
d. The Chairman, Secretary, and 1 (one) member of the Senate;
e. The Chairman, Secretary, and 1 (one) member people of the Unit
Oversight; and
f. The Chairman, Secretary, and 1 (one) member of the Board
The Cardinal-in-Chief.
(3) Statutes change decision is performed
with deliberations to reach mufakat.
(4) If deliberations as referred to in paragraph
(3) are not reached mufakat, a vote is done
with the provisions of each meeting participant has 1 (one)
suffrage.
(5) The change of the statute approved in the meeting
as referred to in paragraph (1) is delivered
to the Minister to be specified.
BAB IX
TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
ARTICLE 83
(1) AT THE TIME OF THE ORDINANCE The minister came into effect:
