PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,


Weighing: that to increase the effectiveness of the implementation of the Indonesian National Armed Forces tasks and functions, it needs to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Changes to the Presidential Regulation No. 10 of 2010 on the Susunan of the National Army Organization Indonesia;

Remembering: 1.   Article 4 of the paragraph (1), Section 10, Section 30 of the paragraph (1) and paragraph (5) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia in 1945;

DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT 'S REGULATION OF THE CHANGES TO THE PRESIDENT' S 2010 PRESIDENTIAL REGULATION ON THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE INDONESIAN NATIONAL ARMY.

Section I
Some of the provisions in Presidential Regulation No. 10 of 2010 on the Susunan of the Indonesian National Army Organization, amended as follows:
1. The provisions of Section 12 are amended so that it reads as follows:

Section 12
(1) The TNI HQ consists of:
a.   " Commander of the Armed Forces.

2. The provisions of Article 16 are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 16
(1) The Chief Expert of the Armed Forces (TNI) is called Sexpert Chief of the Indonesian Armed Forces in charge of providing advice to the Commander of the Armed Forces in accordance with his field of expertise to cultivate and disseminate academically the national and international issues associated in order support the main task of the TNI.

3. The provisions of Section 24 are deleted.

4. In between Section 27 and Section 28 is inserted 1 (one) of Article 27A so it reads as follows:

Section 27A
(1) Detachment of the TNI Headquarters Headquarters called Denma Mabes TNI tasked with organizing internal affairs, personnel, logistics, and financial matters in the Indonesian headquarters.
(2) Denma Mabes TNI headed by Commander Denma Mabes TNI called Dandenma Mabes TNI which is located below and is responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI, in the implementation of daily tasks coordinated by Kasum TNI.

5. The provisions of Article 30 of the paragraph (3) are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 30
(1) The Indonesian Academy is responsible for organizing the first education of the integrative TNI officer in order to prepare a cadre of the TNI Leader.
(2) The Indonesian Academy is headed by the Commander General of the Indonesian Academy called Danjen Akademi TNI which is located below and is responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI, in the implementation of the day-to-day tasks coordinated by the Kasum TNI.
(3) Danjen Akademi TNI assisted by Deputy Danjen Akademi TNI dan Wadanjen Akademi TNI dan 3 (three) of the Director of the Indonesian Academy.

6. The provisions of Article 31 of the paragraph (3) are changed so that the following reads as follows:

Section 31
(1) The Strategic Intelligence Agency is called Bais TNI tasked with organizing strategic intelligence operations and operations as well as the development of strategic intelligence and capability in order to support the principal task of the TNI.
(2) Bais TNI is led by the Chief of the Bais TNI called Kabais TNI which is located below and is responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI, in the implementation of the day-to-day tasks coordinated by the Kasum TNI.

7. In between Section 35 and Section 36 is inserted 1 (one) Section of Section 35A thus it reads as follows:

Section 35A
(1) Military Police is called POM TNI tasked with assisting the TNI Commander in formulating policy and organizing the functions of the Military Police in support of the implementation of the principal duties of the TNI.
(2) POM TNI headed by Commander POM TNI called Dan POM TNI stationed under and responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI, in the implementation of daily tasks coordinated by the Kasum TNI.
(3) And POM TNI is assisted by Vice and POM TNI called Wadan POM TNI.

8. In between Section 43 and Section 44 are inserted 2 (two) Articles of Section 43A and Section 43B so it reads as follows:

Section 43A
(1) The International Cooperation Center of the Indonesian National Armed Forces (Indonesian: Puskersin TNI) is responsible for organizing international cooperation activities in the Indonesian Armed Forces in order to support the principal task of the TNI.
(2) The Puskersin TNI headed by the Chief Puskersin TNI is called Kapuskersin TNI stationed below and is responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI, in the implementation of daily tasks coordinated by the Kasum TNI.

Section 43B
(1) The Jasmani Center and the Basic Military Regulation of the TNI are called the Pusjaspermildas TNI tasked with organizing the policy of the field of warrior including the procurement and maintenance of physical freshness, carrying out the coaching of military sports and public sports and the executor of the Indonesian Military Sports Committee (KOMI) and organizes the training of Basic Military Regulation in support of the principal task of the TNI.

9. In between Section 46 and Section 47 is inserted 1 (one) Section of Section 46A thus it reads as follows:

(1) The Siber Force Unit called Satcyber TNI tasked with organizing activities and cyber operations in the Indonesian military environment in order to support the principal task of the TNI.
(2) Satcyber TNI headed by Commander Satcyber TNI called Dansatcyber TNI stationed below and responsible to the Commander in Chief of the TNI, in the implementation of daily tasks coordinated by Kasum TNI.

10. The provisions of Article 49 of the paragraph (3) are changed so that the following reads as follows:

Section 49
(1) The Army Strategic Reserve Command called Kostrad is the Kotama Ops tasked with organizing strategic level security defense operations in accordance with the policy of the Commander of the TNI.
(2) Kostrad is led by Commander Kostrad called the Pangkostrad, which is located below and is responsible to the Commander of the Armed Forces.
(3) The Pangkostrad is assisted by the Kostrad Chief of Staff called Kas Kostrad, the Commander of the Infantry Division is called Pangdivif, the Chief of Staff of the Infantry Division is called Kasdivif, and Inspector Kostrad is called Irkostrad.
(4) The organization of the Kostrad organization and its lower units are formed in a single form according to the need.

11. The provisions of Article 51 of the paragraph (3) are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 51
(1) The Military Regional Command is abbreviated as Kotama Ops, which is responsible for organizing the defense and security operations of the land of the land in its territory, in the framework of the deployment and use of force of the TNI in accordance with the policy of the Commander of the TNI.
(2) The Kodam is led by the Commander of Kodam called the Pangdam which is located below and is responsible to the Commander of the Armed Forces.

13. The provisions of Article 66 are deleted.

14. The provisions of Article 67 are deleted.

17. The provisions of Article 70 are added 1 (one) the paragraph (3) so that it reads as follows:

Section 70
(1) The Army Aviation Centre is called Pusforbad in charge of fostering and organizing the military aviation function of the Army in order to support the task of the Army.
(2) The Pusforbad is headed by the Commander of the Pusforbad called the Danpusforbad which is based below and is responsible to the Kasad, in the implementation of the daily tasks coordinated by Wakasad.
(3) Danpusilluminbad assisted by Deputy Danpusbad called Wadan Puspublishing bad.

18. Among Articles 72 and Section 73 is inserted 1 (one) of Article 72A so it reads as follows:

Section 72A
(1) The Army Health Centre is called Puskesad in charge of conducting all efforts related to the health coaching of servicemen, civil servants and their families, unit health coaching and the Health Litbang in order to support the task Army Army.
(2) The Puskesad is led by the Head of the Army Health Centre called Kapuskesad based below and responsible to the Kasad, in the implementation of daily tasks coordinated by Wakasad.
(3) Kapuskesad assisted by:

19. The provisions of Article 78 are removed.

20. In between Section 89 and Section 90 are inserted 1 (one) of Article 89A so it reads as follows:

Section 89A
(1) Armed Forces of the Army are called Dislaikad tasked with carrying out functions coaching, standardization, and military commodities for procurement and maintenance in order to support the principal task of the Army.
(2) Dislaikad is led by the Dislaikad Chief called Kadislaikad which is based below and is responsible to Kasad, in the implementation of daily tasks coordinated by Wakasad.

21. The provisions of Article 94 paragraph (3) are changed and added 2 (two) verses are verses (4) and paragraph (5) so that it reads as follows:

(2) Disopslatau is led by the Head Disopslatau called Kadisopslatau which is based below and is responsible to Kasau, in the implementation of daily tasks coordinated by Wakasau.

32. The provisions of Article 170 are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 170
(1) The Command of the Coaching of Doctrine, Education and Training of the Air Force is called Kodiktau tasked with organizing the coaching of the doctrine and the organization of the units of the Indonesian Air Force, coaching the education and training of the Indonesian Air Force in order to support the principal task of the Air Force.
(2) The Kodiktau is led by the Koclassified Commander called Dankodiktau which is based below and is responsible to Kasau, in the implementation of daily tasks coordinated by Wakasau.
(3) Dankoclassified is assisted by Deputy Dankodiktau called Wadan Kodiktau, 4 (four) Director, as well as Commander of the Air Base Education abbreviated Danlanud Education.

33. The provisions of Article 172 are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 172
(1) The Khas Force Corps is called Korpaskhas tasked with fostering strength and the Paskhas capability in the defence of the airbase/alutsista/Air Force installation, front air base control, combat control, SAR combat, and other operations in accordance with the policy of the TNI Commander.
(2) The Korpaskhas is led by the Korpaskhas Commander called Dankorpaskhas which is based below and is responsible to Kasau, in the implementation of daily tasks coordinated by Wakasau.
(3) Dankorpaskhas assisted by Deputy Dankorpaskhas called Wadan Korpaskhas.

34. The provisions of Article 176 are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 176
(1) The change and/or formation of a new organization unit held by the High Officers is set forth by the President.
(2) The change and/or formation of a new organization unit held by the Colonel-level officer is set up with the Commander-in-Chief of the TNI after having received the President's approval.
(3) The change and/or formation of a new organization unit held by the Officers under the Colonel is set up with the Commander of the TNI Commander.

35. Among Articles 176 and Section 177 is inserted 1 (one) of Article 176A so it reads as follows:

Article 176A
The composition and rank of the High Officers in the Indonesian Armed Forces is as set forth in the Attachment as an inseparable part of the Presidential Regulation.

36. The provisions of Section 178 are changed so that it reads as follows:

Section 178
(1) The entire provisions of the conduct regulations concerning organizations in the Indonesian environment, still remain in effect as long as not contradictory and have not been changed and/or replaced with new regulations under this President's Regulation.
(2) At the time of the Regulation the President is in effect, all existing posts and officials who have held office in the Indonesian environment continue to carry out their duties and functions until the establishment of a new office and appointed new officials are based on the current position of the President. This President ' s Rule.


Chapter II
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.
