AUTHORIZATION FOR APPROVAL BETWEEN THE INDONESIAN REPUBLIC GOVERNMENT
AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA REGARDING VISA WAIVER
FOR DIPLOMATIC PASSPORT HOLDERS AND SERVICE PASSPORTS
(AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA
ON THE EXEMPTION OF VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC
AND SERVICE PASSPORTS)


WITH THE GRACE OF THE ALMIGHTY GOD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.  that to strengthen the relationship of friendship and cooperation based on reciprocity principles, the Government of Indonesia needs to provide visa exemption for diplomatic passport holders and service passports of the Republic of Lithuania;
B.  that the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the Liberation of Visa for the Diplomatic Passport and Passport Service Service (Agreement between the Government of the the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the Exemption of Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports) on 27 August 2015 in Jakarta;
c. that under Section 11 paragraph (1) of the Law No. 24 Year 2000 on the International Agreement, the Government of Indonesia needs to validate the Agreement as referred to in b with the President's Regulation;
D.  that based on consideration as referred to in the letter a, the letter b, and the letter c, need to establish the Presidential Regulation on the Unrest of the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on Visa for Diplomatic Passport and Passport Service (Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the Exemption of Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports);

Remembering: 1. Section 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia Year of 1945;
2. Act Number 24 Year 2000 on International Covenant (State Sheet Indonesia 2000 Number 185, Additional Gazette Republic of Indonesia Number 4012);

DECIDED:
SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S REGULATION ON THE PASSAGE OF APPROVAL BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA ON THE VISA EXEMPTION FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC PASSPORTS AND PASSPORT SERVICES (AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA AND THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF LITHUANIA ON THE EXEMPTION OF VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR HOLDERS OF DIPLOMATIC AND SERVICE PASSPORTS).

Section 1
Ratify the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the Liberation of Visa for Diplomatic Passport holders and the Passport Service (Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and the Republic of Indonesia) Government of the Republic of Lithuania on the Exemption of Visa Requirements for Holders of Diplomatic and Service Passports) which had been signed on 27 August 2015 in Jakarta whose copy of the original manuscript was in Indonesian, the language of the original language. Lithuanian, and English as attached and are the parts that are not separated from this Presidential Regulation.

Section 2
This President ' s regulation starts to apply to the date of the promulctest.

In order for everyone to find out, order the President's Ordinance with its placement in the State Sheet of the Republic of Indonesia.
