Article I

Some provisions in Minister of Transportation Regulation

(5) The technical requirements as specified in

paragraph (3) of the letter b, include:

2. The provisions of Section 8 are amended, so that it reads

below:

FIATA Diploma, S1 Logistic certificate expert

Kepabeanan/Kepelabuhan/certification

The competency in the field of logistics.

(2) The Transport Management Services Corporation

with the status of foreign capital cultivation has

the technical requirements referred to in

Section 6 of the paragraph (3) letter b, covering:

a. have and/or harp offices; and

b. have a device tool system
