Earth Gas Through Pipe, Oil Lower Governing Body and

Earth Gas has the authority to establish

Earth Gas prices for Household and Customer

Small;

b. that in order to accelerate energy diversification

and to optimize the utilization of petroleum

in the country in particular for the Household sector

c. that in accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of the Regulation

The Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources of the Republic

Indonesia Number 20 Year 2015 on Operations

Network Earth Gas Distribution for the Household

Built by the Government, the Entity Entity

proposes the sale price of the Earth Gas to the Household

to the Board of Builds;

d. that the Board of Governing Body has conducted an evaluation

against the proposed gas sale price of PT Pertagas Niaga through

date November 24, 2015 on the Price of Earth Gas Jual

Home Customer for Lhokseumawe City,

Bekasi County, Bulungan County, County

2015 subject to the Proposed Price of the Earth Gas Sale for

The needs of the Earth Gas Distribution Network for Customers

Household ("Jargas") Government assignment, as well as

letter President Director Number: 080/PN0000/2016-SO

dated February 16, 2016 regarding Proposed Changes

The Earth Gas Jual Price for Jargas Needs

DECIDED:

SET: REGULATION OF THE OIL AND GAS DOWNSTREAM REGULATORY AGENCY

THE EARTH ABOUT THE SALE PRICE OF EARTH THROUGH THE PIPELINE

FOR HOME CONSUMERS AND CUSTOMERS

SMALL ON THE NETWORK CITY DISTRIBUTION PIPELINE

LHOKSEUMAWE.

Article 1

In this Governing Body Ordinance referred to:

1. Gas Earth is a natural process of hydrocarbons

in conditions of atmospheric pressure and temperature

of the gas phase obtained from the mining process

Oil and Earth Gas.

2. The Earth Gas Consumer is a Household and

Small Customer.

3. Household is a consumer of Earth Gas that

its use for its own needs (consumer

end) with the amount of Earth Gas usage up to

with 50 M³ /month (fifty cubic meters per month).

4. A Small Customer is a consumer of Earth Gas that

its use for its own (consumer

end) with the amount of Earth Gas usage up to

with 1,000 M³ /month (thousand cubic meters per month).

5. The price of Earth Gas is the price of Earth Gas purchased

The Earth Gas Consumer of the Entity ID stated

in Rupiah per Kubik (Rp/M3).

6. Operation of the Earth Gas Distribution Network for

The Household is operating activities,

maintenance, management, including development

Earth Gas distribution network for households as well as

Earth Gas business of manufacturers and/or Gas sellers

Earth up to the Earth Gas user household.

7. The State Owned Entity is the property agency

the country in the field of petroleum and gas.

8. The Minister is the minister who organizes affairs

governments in the field of petroleum and gas.

9. The governing body is a body formed

to conduct arrangements and supervision of

the provision and distribution of the Oil Fuel

and Earth Gas and the Earth Gas transport through

the pipeline on the Activities Lower Venture.

10. PT Pertamina (Persero) is the State-owned Business Agency

which was commissioned by the Minister for

carrying out the operation of the Gas distribution network

the Earth for households built by

Government.

11. PT Pertagas Niaga is next called the Entity

is an Affiliate or Company Child appointed by

PT Pertamina (Persero) to carry out the management

Earth Gas distribution network built by

Government.

Section 2

The sale prices of Earth Gas through the pipeline sold by the Agency

Effort for Home consumers and Small Customers

on the Lhokseumawe City Distribution Pipeline Network as

following:

a. B-1 home (RT-1) at most Rp5,913/M3 (five

thousand nine hundred thirteen rupiah per cubic meter);

b. The Rp7.687/M3 (RT-2) home is the most Rp7.687/M3

(seven thousand six hundred and eighty-seven rupiah per

cubic meter);

c. The Pp5.913/M3 (PK-1) most Rp5.913/M3

(five thousand nine hundred thirteen rupiah per meter

cubic); and

d. The Pp7.687/M3 (PK-2) is most Rp7.687/M3

(seven thousand six hundred and eighty-seven rupiah per

cubic meter).

Section 3

The Agency for the Enterprise carrying out the sale of Earth Gas

through the pipe as referred to in Section 1,

has the following obligation:

a. provide a good service to customers;

b. provide a guarantee of supply volume and gas pressure

Earth; and

c. consider reasonably about the imposition

installation cost of new juncts and awarding

compensation of reasonable bill reduction

to the consumer, if the Business Agency does not

provide the service in accordance with the quality of the service.

Section 4

(1) The Board of Work shall inform and increase

the quality of the service quality.

(2) The Entity Entity ID (s) satisfy regulatory provisions

laws and guidelines set by

Agency Lower control of the Oil and Gas of the Earth.

Article 5

The Regulation of the Governing Body is in effect on the date

promulred.
