HIGHER EDUCATION ON ORGANIZATION AND TATA
THE WORK OF THE UNIVERSITY OF JEMBER.
BAB I
POSITION, DUTIES, AND FUNCTION
Article 1
(1) The University of Jember is next called UNEJ
is a college organized by
The Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education.

(2) UNEJ as referred to in paragraph (1) is in
below and is responsible to the Minister for Research,
Technology, and Higher Education.
Article 2
UNEJ has a duty hosting education
academia and can host vocational education
in various science and/or technology families
and if qualified can host
profession education.
BAB II
ORGANIZATIONAL ARRANGEMENT

UNEJ has an organ consisting of:
a. Senate;
b. Rector;
c. Internal Supervising Unit; and
d. The House of Worship.

Senate
Article 4
(1) the Senate as referred to in Article 3 of the letter a
is an organ running the function of designation,
consideration, and oversight implementation of policy
academic.
(2) More provisions regarding the Senate as
referred to paragraph (1) is governed in the UNEJ statute.

Rector
Section 5
(1) Rector as referred to in Section 3 of the letter b
is an organ running the designation function
non-academic policy and UNEJ management.
(2) The Rector as referred to in paragraph (1) is led
by Rector.
Article 6
Rector as the maintainer organ consists of:
a. Rector and Vice Rector;
b. Bureau;
c. Faculty and Graduate;
d. Institutions; and
e. Technical Managing Unit.

Rector
Article 7
Rector as referred to in Section 6 of the letter a
has the task of leading the hosting of education,
research, and devotion to society, as well as
fostering educators, education, students, and
relations with the environment.

In carrying out the duties as referred to in
Article 7, Rector host functions:
a. implementation and development of higher education;
b. execution of research in the framework of development
science and technology;
c. implementation of devotion to the community;
d. execution of the academic sivity of academia and
its relationship with the environment; and
e. implementation of the administrative services activities.

Paragraf 2
Vice Rector
Article 9
(1) The Vice Rector as referred to in Section 6
the letter a is below and is responsible to
Rector.
(2) The Vice Rector consists of:
a. Vice-rector of Academic Affairs, Kemahasiswaan,
and Alumni;
b. Deputy Rector of Public and Financial Affairs; and
c. Deputy Rector Field Planning, Information Systems,
and Community Relations.
(3) Vice Rector of Academic Fields, Student Affairs, and
Alumni have the task of assisting the Rector in
leading the hosting of education, research, and
devotion to the community as well as the hosting
activities in the field of scholarship and alumni.
(4) Vice Rector of Public and Financial Affairs has
the task of assisting the Rector in the lead
hosting activities in the field of general administration
and finance.
(5) Vice Rector Planning Fields, Information Systems, and
Community relations have a helpful task

The Bureau
Article 10
(1) The Bureau as referred to in Section 6 of the letter b

Section 49
(1) Functional Position Group as referred to

is divided into various functional office groups
in accordance with the field of expertise or activities.
(2) The number of functional officials as referred to
paragraph (1) is specified based on the needs and load
work.

Faculty and Graduate
Section 50
Faculty and Graduate as referred to in
Section 6 of the letter c is the academic executor element

Section 51
The Faculty consists of:
a. Faculty of Law;
b. Faculty of Social Science and Political Science;
c. Faculty of Agriculture;
d. Faculty of Economics and Business;
e. Faculty of Teacher Training and Education;
f. Faculty of Cultural Sciences;
g. Faculty of Agricultural Technology;
h. Faculty of Dentistry;
i. Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences;
j. Faculty of Medicine;
k. Faculty of Engineering;
l. Faculty of Public Health; and
m. Faculty of Pharmacy.
Article 52
The Faculty has the duty of organizing and managing
academic education, vocational education, and/or professions in one
or some tree/science group and
technology.
Article 53
In carrying out the duties as referred to in
Section 52, the Faculty organizes functions:
a. implementation and development of education in
Faculty environment;
b. implementation of research for the development of Science
Knowledge and Technology;

c. execution of service to the community;
d. the execution of the coaching of the academic civitas; and
e. execution of the business of business.
Article 54
The Faculty consists of:
a. Dean and Vice Dean;
b. Senate Faculty;
c. Enterprise Part;
d. Majors/Bagian; and
e. Laboratory/Bengkel/Studio.
Article 55
(1) Faculty is led by the Dean.
(2) The Dean is assisted by 3 (three) Vice Dean persons.
(3) The Vice Dean is below and is responsible
to the Dean.
Article 56
The vice dean as referred to in Article 54 of the letter a
consists of:
a. Deputy Dean Of The Academic Field;
b. Vice Dean of Public and Financial Affairs; and
c.
Article 57
(1) Vice Dean of Academic Fields has a duty
assisting the Dean in leading the implementation of
education, research, and devotion to
the public.
(2) Vice Dean of Public and Financial Affairs has
the task of assisting the Dean in leading the execution
activities in the planning field, finance, administration
general, and information systems.
(3) Vice Dean of the Field Student and Alumni
has the task of assisting the Dean in the lead
execution of activities in the field of scholarship and
alumni.

Article 58
(1) Faculty Senate as referred to in Article 54
letter b has the duty of awarding
considerations and oversight of the Dean in
academic execution in Faculty environment.
(2) Further provisions regarding the Faculty Senate are set
in the Rector Ordinance.
Article 59
(1) The Tata Business Section as referred to in Article
54 letter c is a unit Executors at
Faculty environment.
(2) The Business Services section is led by The
head is responsible to the Dean.
Article 60
The Tata Business Section has the task of carrying out the service
academic and student affairs, as well as the planning business,
finance, academic, student-in-law, Employee,

Article 62
The Tata Business Section at the Faculty as referred to
in Article 51 of the letter a up to the letter m consists of:
a. Academic Subsections, Student Affairs and Alumni;
b. General subsections and State-owned Goods; and
c. Financial and Financial Subsections.
Article 63
(1) Academic Subsection, Student and Alumni Subsection
has the task of conducting technical services and
administrative in the field of education, research,
devotion to the community, the student community, and
alumni and data management, evaluation, and reporting
faculty.
(2) General Subsection and State-owned Goods have
the task of doing ketone affairs,
home-to-state, and the management of state-owned goods
in the faculty environment.
(3) Subsection of Finance and Workforce have a task

Section 83
The Tata Business Section has the task of carrying out the business
planning, finance, employment, indiscretion,
entrepreneurship, and property management

and devotion to the community.
Section 84
In carrying out the duties as referred to in
Section 83, the Tata Business Act organizes functions:
A. implementation of the plan, program, activities,
and budget;
b. Collection and processing of the research data and
service to the community;
c. implementation of documentation and publication of results
research and devotion to the community;
d. provisioning of information services in the field of research and
devotion to the community;
e. the implementation of the intellectual property rights
intellectual (HKI) research results; and
f. The implementation of financial affairs, employment,
ketone, entrepreneurship, overcrowding, and
management of state-owned goods in the Institution environment.
Section 85
The Tata Business section consists of:
a. General Subsection; and
b. Subsections of the Program, Data, and Information.
Section 86
(1) The General Subpart has the task of doing business
finance, employment, indiscretion,
entrepreneurship, and stewardship

Article 87
(1) The center as referred to in Section 81 of the letter d

(3) The establishment and closing of the Centre is performed by

Institute for Learning and Assurance Development Quality
as referred to in Article 78 of the letter b has
the task of carrying out coordination, execution, monitoring,
and evaluation of learning development activities and
academic quality assurance.
Section 89
In carrying out the task as referred to in
Section 88, the Learning Development Institute and

a. Institute plans, programs, and agencies budget;
b. implementation of improvement and development
learning as well as academic quality assurance;
c. implementation of quality assurance system development

d. coordination of implementation activities and

Section 90
The Learning and Warranty Development Institute
consists of:
a. Chairman;
b. Secretary;

Article 91
(1) The Tata Business Section as referred to in the Section
90 letter c is the administrative executor unit in
the Institution environment.
(2) The Tata Business Unit is led by The
head is responsible for the Chair of the Learning Institute
Education and Warranty of the Mutu through the Secretary

Section 92
The Tata Business Section has the task of carrying out the affairs
