ABOUT THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ' S APPROVAL OF THE BUDGET

THE BASE OF THE INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC ENERGY AGENCY

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

BALANCED: THAT THE NEED FOR THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA APPROVAL OF THE BASIC BUDGET OF THE INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC POWER AGENCY IS APPROVED BY UNDRAU;

REMEMBERING: a. Section XXI section B of the Base Budget;

b. Sections 89 and 120 of the Provisional Basic Law of the Republic of Indonesia;

With the approval of the People's Representative Council;

DECIDE:

SET: A LAW ON THE APPROVAL OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA, AGAINST THE BASE BUDGET OF THE INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC ENERGY AGENCY.

Article 1

The International Atomic Energy Agency Basic Budget is dated October 26, 1956, which is attached to this law, with this approved, which means, that Indonesia is a member of the Atomic Energy Agency. Interns are in accordance with those terms in Section IV and Section XXI section B of the International Atomic Energy Agency Basic Budget.

Article 2

The Base Budget above goes into effect if 18 countries are handing over tools ratification in accordance with Article XXI paragraph B and paragraph E of the International Atomic Energy Agency Basic Budget, with the condition that in the 18 countries it includes at least three of the following countries: Canada, France, the Republic of the Sovyet Socialist Republic, the British Empire and the United States. The charter of ratification and the acceptance charters of the Basic Budget submitted thereafter will be valid on the date of the receipt by the United States Government as a storage country.
