Back COUNTRY SHEET REPUBLIC of INDONESIA No. 24, 1982 GOVERNMENT REGULATION of the REPUBLIC of INDONESIA number 15 in 1982 ABOUT the DIVERSION of PUBLIC COMPANIES FORM PAPER COMPANY into a COMPANY of GOWA (PERSERO) PRESIDENT of the Republic of INDONESIA, Considering: that Public Company established by Gowa Paper Government Regulation Number 57 in 1971 (the 1971 State Gazette Number 71) after through research and assessment, can meet the requirements for the form of the company's Corporate transitioned into (PERSERO) as stipulated in Government Regulation No. 12 in 1969;
Remember: 1. Article 5 paragraph (2) of the Constitution of 1945;

(5) an endorsement upon the liquidator of liability referred to in subsection (3) of this article, committed by the Minister based on the results of the Inspection Directorate of the State financial supervision, the Ministry of finance.
CHAPTER II AIMS and OBJECTIVES article 2 purpose and objectives of the company by the company (PERSERO) is to conduct production activities in the pulp and paper industry sector.

CHAPTER III CAPITAL COMPANIES article 3 (1) the Capital of the company by the company (PERSERO) as stipulated in article 1 paragraph (1) of this Regulation, are derived from the wealth of the country that are embedded as capital in the company of General Paper Gowa until then its dissolution, which is the amount determined by the Minister of finance based on the results of the calculations are conducted jointly by the Ministry of finance and the Ministry of industry.

CHAPTER IV IMPLEMENTATION of the COMPANY'S implementation of article 4 of the founding Companies of the company (PERSERO) as stipulated in article 1 paragraph (1) of this Regulation, conducted according to the provisions of the book of law commercial law (Staatsblad Year 1847 the number 23) as it has several times changed and augmented, last by Act No. 4 of 1971 (the 1971 State Gazette Number 20, additional Sheets State number 2959) having regard to the provisions stipulated in Government Regulation No. 12 in 1969 (the 1969 State Gazette Number 21 Additional Sheets, State number 2894) jo 1972 Government Regulation Number 24 (1972 State Gazette Number Sheet 32, additional State number 2987).

Article 5 (1) completion of the establishment of the company the company (PERSERO) as referred to in article 4 of this Regulation, delegated to the Minister of finance.
(2) the Financial Secretary may submit a power referred to in subsection (1) of this article, with the right of substitution to the Minister of industry, provided that the draft articles of Association of the company the company (PERSERO) must have the prior approval of the Minister of finance.
Chapter V CLOSING PROVISIONS article 6 calculated from the moment of establishment of the Company the company (PERSERO) as well as general corporate dibubarkannya Gowa Paper referred to in article 1 paragraph (2) of this Regulation, the Government Regulation Number 57 in 1971 (the 1971 State Gazette Number 74) and all the rules of its implementation is declared invalid.

Article 8 this Regulation comes into force on the date of promulgation.
