PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA
NUMBER 42 YEAR 1983
ABOUT
THE DESIGNATION OF THE MOTOR VEHICLE TYPE AND THE MAGNITUDE OF THE TOLL
FOR SRONDOL-JATINGALEH HIGHWAY RUAS-JATINGALEH
AS PART OF THE NORTH-SOUTH SEMARANG TOLL ROAD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

Weigh: a.   that the free road space between Srondol Jatingaleh-Port with Presidential Decree No. 38 of 1981 has been designated as the North-South Semarang Expressway;
B.   that the free road space barrier between Srondol-Jatingaleh as part of the North-South Semarang Expressway has been completed and can already be used for traffic;
c. that in accordance with the provisions of Section 18 of the paragraph (2) of the Law Number 13 of 1980 on the Street of the type of motor vehicle designation and the magnitude of the tolls need to be specified in the Presidential Decree;

Remembering: 1.   Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;
2. Law Number 13 Of 1980 of the Street (State Sheet Of 1980 Number 83, Additional Gazette Number 3186);
3. Government Regulation No. 4 Year 1978 on the Inclusion Of The Country's Republic of Indonesia in the Establishment of a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) in the area of Management, Maintenance, and the Acquisition of the Expressway Network, and its provisions (of the Page of State of 1978 Nomo 4);
4. Presidential Decree No. 38 Year 1981 on the Determination Of The Freeway and the Bridge into the Road and the Toll Bridge;

DECIDED:

SET: THE DECISION OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE DESIGNATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE TYPE AND THE MAGNITUDE OF TOLLS FOR THE RUAS ROAD SRONDOL-JATINGALEH AS PART OF THE NORTH-SOUTH SEMARANG ROAD

FIRST:
The Srondol-Jatingaleh Expressway as part of the North-South Semarang Expressway is reserved for road users who use three or more wheeled vehicles by paying the toll money as referred to in the second DICTUM.

BOTH:
The designation of the motor vehicle type and the bulk of the tolls for the toll road field as referred to in the first dictum are set as follows:
a.   For three three-wheeled or four-wheeled motor vehicles with weight up to 2 1/2 (two and a half) tons by Rp. 300,-(three hundred rupiah);
B.   For a four or more wheeled motor vehicle with a weight of more than 2 1/2 (two se -middle) tons of Rp. 500,-(five hundred rupiah).

THIRD:
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
