REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA NUMBER 33 IN 1986

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CITY OF PARIAMAN

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA, IN A DRAW. that is connected to the development and progress in the region

DECIDED: Establish: REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON

THE FORMATION OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CITY OF PARIAMAN.

CHAPTER I OF THE GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1

In this Government Regulation referred to.: 1. An area is an Autonomous Region as referred to in the provisions of the Invite-

(4) Law No. 5 of the Year 1974 on the Poes of Government in the Regions;

3. The City of Pariaman is the territory referred to in the Decree of the Governor of the Central Sumatra Province on 15 August 1950, No. 65 /G. P/50.

BAB II

FORMATION PURPOSE

Section 2 The purpose of the creation of a Pariaman Administrative City is to improve the activities of the government successfully and defensively as well as a means for coaching region and is a strong driving element for the efforts of increased development rates.

BAB III

POSITION, FUNCTION, BREADTH AND DIVISION OF THE REGION

Article 3

(1) The Administrative City of Pariaman Government is responsible to the Regional Regional Government of Padang Pariaman.

(2) The Capital Government Level II district of Padang Pariaman is located in the Administrative City of Pariaman.

(3) In order to rate the development of the Territory of Administrative Region Pariaman, if deemed necessary for the Governor of the Head of the West Coast Level I of West Sumatra may be conduct coaching directly against the Administrative City of Pariaman.

(3) Supported and stimulate the development of the Propinsi region

Section 5 (1) The Territory of the Administrative Region of Pariaman includes: a. All KeLurahan and Village which include Pariaman Subdistrict, which is composed

Article 7 (1) The administrative center of the administrative city of Pariaman is located in Pariaman City. (2) The North Pariaman City District Governance Centre is located in the Village Hall

Naras. (3) Central Pariaman City District Government Centre in

The Sand. (4) The South Pariaman City District Government Centre is located in the Village Hall

Kurai Taji.

CHAPTER IV OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Article 8

Details of Pariaman Admistrative City Government Structure are further determined by The Minister of the Interior is concerned with the need and conditions of the city's situation in charge of the country's apparatus of the apparatus. CHAPTER VI PROVISIONS OF THE TRANSITION SECTION Article 10 With the enactment of this Government Regulation: 1. The existing Subdistrict Government Organization structure remains in effect,

to the extent that it has not been changed or replaced in accordance with the Minister of the Interior Ordinance as referred to in Article 8.

2. Any regional regulations and decisions that have existed for the Government of the District of Pariaman remain in effect for the Government of the Administrative City Region of Pariaman, as long as it has not been changed or replaced under this Government Regulation.

3. Matters concerning the fields of employment, finance, materiel and others that arise as a result of the peromaterials of the status of the region referred to in the Regulation of the Government are resolved by the Regent of the Head of the Region of Padang Pariaman on behalf of Governor of West Sumatra.

BAB VII CLOSING provisions

Article 11

(1) With the enactment of this Government Regulation, the Government of Pariaman Subdistrict as referred to in Act No. 8 1956 on the Establishment of the Small Autonomous Region in the Propinsi neighborhood Central Sumatra, abolished.

(2) The matters arising in the implementation of this Government Regulation are resolved by the Governor of the Western Division I of West Sumatra.

(3) The technical provisions required in the framework of the implementation of Regulation This government is further governed by the Minister of the Interior based on the rules of the law-invitation-in effect.

Article 12 of this Government Regulation shall begin in effect on the date of promulgations.
