PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

., b. that in regard to this and as the implementation of Act No. 3 of 1989, it is considered necessary to regulate the protection and security of the Telecommunications with Government Regulation;

DECIDED:

., establish: REGULATIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON THE PROTECTION AND SECURITY OF HOSTING TELECOMMUNICATIONS.

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS

Section 1
In this Government Regulation referred to by:
., 1. Protection is an act or effort undertaken to protect the telecommunications network and the means of telecomuation support;
., 2. Security is an act or effort undertaken to secure telecommunications networks and telecommunications facilities.
., 3. A telecommunication device is any equipment used in telecommunications;
., 4. A telecommunications device is a group of telecommunications devices that allow telecommunications;
. .5. The telecommunications network is a series of telecommunications devices and its agility used in telecoms, 6. Radio radiating is a telecommunication device that uses and emits radio waves;
., 7. Telecommunications are the activities of the provision and service of telecommunications facilities and/or telecommunications facilities to allow the establishment of telecommunications;

BAB II
INTENT AND PURPOSE

Section 2

THE TYPE AND SOURCE OF THE DISORDER
