ABOUT THE ADDITION OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT AREA OF BATAM ISLAND INDUSTRY AND

THE REPRESSOR AS A BONDED ZONE (BONDED ZONE)

WITH THE GRACE OF GOD ALMIGHTY

THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA, DRAWS: A. that with increasing business activities and

with regard to the limited capabilities and support available in the Batam Island Industrial Area, it is viewed as needing to add to the industrial area of work environment;

b. that in connection with that, it is considered necessary to

add Rempang Island and Galang Island as the development of the Batam Island Industrial Area Working environment and make it a Bonded Zone;

Given: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;

2. Government Regulation Number 22 of 1986 on Area

Tied (State Sheet of 1986 No. 30, Additional Gazette State Number 3334) as amended by Government Regulation No. 14 of 1990 (State Sheet of 1990) Number 18, Additional State Sheet Number 3407);

3. President's decision No. 41 of 1973 on Regions

Income And Expenses and Transfer of Goods Into And Out of the Bonded Warehouse area in the Batam Island Industrial Area;

DECIDED:

SET: A DECISION THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA ON

ADDITION OF THE AREA OF THE WORKING ENVIRONMENT OF THE BATAM ISLAND INDUSTRY AND ITS SUPPRESSOR AS A BONDED ZONE.

FIRST: The area of Batam Island Industrial Area's work environment as referred to in Presidential Decree No. 41 of 1973 plus Rempang Island and Galang Island as illustrated in the attached map. SECOND: Some small islands around Rempang Island and Galang Island which are technically necessary for the planning and development of Rempang Island and Galang Island with the Presidential Decree may be set as part of the region Batam Island Industrial Work environment. THIRD: The islands are added as the area of the Batam Island Industrial Area's work area (Bonded Zone) of Batam Island Industrial Region. Fourth: The implementation of the addition of Galang Island to the area of Batam Island Industrial work environment is carried out immediately and with regard to the completion of the refugee problem on the island. KELIMA: The drafting of the island of Rempang Island and Galang Island as an area of the working environment of Batam Island Industrial Area is carried out as one entity and in order to refinement the Island Industrial Area Development Master Plan Batam, set by the President. SIXTH: Things concerned with the management and business of land in the region

Rempang Island and Galang Island, including the efforts of securing control, diversion, and transfer of land rights are further regulated by the Head of the National Shipyard. SEVENTH: The President's decision came into effect on the set date.
