ABOUT THE ADDITION OF THE CIMANGGIS JUNCTION AND THE DESIGNATION OF TYPE

MOTOR VEHICLE AS WELL AS THE MAGNITUDE OF TOLL FARES

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA, Weigh: a. that the construction of the Simpang Susun Cimanggis Expressway as

part of the Jagorawi toll road was completed. B. that in accordance with the provisions of Act Number 13 of the Year

1980 on the Road, the designation of road ruas as a motorway and the designation of motor vehicle type as well as the magnitude of the toll fare is set with the Presidential Decree;

c. that In connection with this, it is necessary to establish a motor vehicle type and the magnitude of the toll fare for the Simpang Susun Cimanggis toll gate;

Given: 1. Article 4 of the paragraph (1) of the Basic Law of 1945;

6. Presidential Decree No. 54 of 1991 on the addition of the Rebo Market ramp toll gate on the Jagorawi Toll Road and the Designation Of Motor Vehicle Type as well as the Magnitude Tariff rate as amended by the Presidential Decree number 36 of 1992;

7. Presidential Decree No. 36 of 1992 on the Redemption of the Free Street of Tangerang-Merak as a Toll Road, the addition of the Mabar Toll Gate on the Beopposed Expressway-Medan-Tanjung Morawa and the designation of the Group of Motor Vehicles, the magnitude of Toll fares as well as the Subscription toll rates on multiple Toll Roads and Toll Bridges;

8. President's decision No. 5 of 1993 on Adding Ramp Toll on Simpang Susun Mountain Putri and Establishing Motor Vehicle Types as well as of the Toll-tariff Pricing;

9. Presidential Decree No. 78 of 1993 on Adding Ramp of Tul Sentul and Motor Vehicle Designation as well as the magnitude of the toll fare;

10. President's decision No. 46 of 1996 on the addition of the rebo market ramp toll gate and the Simpang Expressway and the Motor Vehicle Designation as well as the Motor Vehicle Designation as well as the magnitude of the toll fare;

DECIDED:

SET: THE DECISION THE PRESIDENT OF THE ADDITION OF THE SIMPANG TOLL GATE

Golongan I: Sedan, Jip, Pick Up, Small Bus, Small Truck (3/ 4) and Medium Bus. IIA Group: Large Truck and Large Bus, with 2 (two) gandar. Group IIB: Large trucks and Large Bus, with 3 (three) gandar or more.

FOURTH: The top of the tolls of tolls for the toll road is referred to in the first ditum set at 90% (ninety perhundred) of the toll fare as It's in a second dictum. KELIMA: The President's decision came into effect on the set date.
