SIXTH ADDITIONAL PROTOCOL TO THE CONSTITUTION
OF THE UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION (SIXTH SUPPLEMENTARY PROTOCOL
ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE WORLD POSTAL SOCIETY)
PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,
.,, weighed: a. that in Beijing, China, on September 15, 1999 the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed the Sixth Additional Protocol to the Constitution of the Universal Postal Union (Protocol Additional Sixth Protocol to the World Postal Society Constitution), as a result of the World Postal Society Congress;
., b. that in respect of that, and in accordance with the Amanat of the President of the Republic of Indonesia to the Chairman of the People's Representative Council Number 2826 /HK/1960 dated 22 August 1960 on the Creation of agreements with Other States, it is considered necessary to validate the Protocol with the President's Decision;
.,, Given: Section 4 of the paragraph (1) and Article 11 of the Basic Law of 1945;
DECIDED:
.,, SET: THE PRESIDENT ' S DECISION ON THE PASSAGE OF THE SIXTH ADDITIONAL PROTOCOL TO THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNIVERSAL POSTAL UNION (THE SIXTH ADDITIONAL PROTOCOL ON THE CONSTITUTION OF THE WORLD POSTAL SOCIETY).
Section 1
Passed the Sixth Additional Protocol to the Constitution of the Universal Postal Union, which the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has signed in Beijing, China, on the 15th of the United States Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. September 1999, as a result of the World Postal Society Congress, whose copy of the original text in English as well as its translation in Indonesian is attached, as an inseparable part of this Presidential Decree.
Section 2
In the event of a different interpretation between the manuscript translation Protocol in Indonesian with a copy of the original English text as referred to in Article 1, then the original copy of the manuscript is in English.
Section 3
This President ' s decision comes into effect at the set date.
