Section 11
.,, (1) The Institute is an institute-shaped high educational institution that is composed of the overall basis of the unit that manages science, technology, art as well as the social sciences of humanity;

.,, (3) The results of the wealth utilization of the land as referred to in paragraph (2) into the institute's income and are used for the execution of the duties and functions of the institute;

.,, (1) All wealth in all forms, including intellectual property, facilities, and objects outside the ground are listed as authorized as the property of the institute;
.,, (2) Intellectual Property consists of patents, copyrights, and other forms of intellectual property that are wholly owned or partially owned by the institute;
.,, (3) the acquisition, use, and management of intellectual property are further set up in the decision of the Assembly of Trusts and applicable laws.

Section 17
.,, (1) The financing for the holding, management, and development of the institute is derived from:

B. communities;
c. foreign party;
D. efforts and savings of the institute.

Section 19
.,, (1) the Wealth and Immortal Fund is a property wholly owned and controlled by the institute derived from a free and bound donation of its use, whether from a government, agency or individual national and international and that comes from the institute itself;
.,, (2) The order of acquisition, use, and management of the Immortal Wealth Fund is further regulated in the decision of the Guardian Assembly.

Section 20
.,, (1) The Welfare Fund is a fund that collects as a pension buffer fund, labor insurance, health insurance, and other forms of social assurance;
.,, (2) The acquisition, use, and management of the Welfare Fund is further set up in the decision of the Guardian Assembly.

Section 21
.,, (1) The leadership of the Wealth Unit and the Fund is responsible to the Guardian Assembly;
.,, (2) The leadership of the Wealth Unit and the Fund is required to structure the structure and structure of the Wealth and Fund for approval and approval by the Mayor's Assembly;

The goal of the Institute is to advance, develop, and disseminate science, technology, art, and social science and humanity to promote the lives of nations in line ute;

THE AUDIT BOARD

Section 31
.,, (1) The Board of Audit is an incitut organ that conducts an audit of the holding of the institute acting for and on behalf of the name of the Guardian Council of Amanat;
.,, (2) The Board of Audit is mandated to be independent of internal and external management audits, continuous, and orderly for the holding of the institute covering all of its elements;
.,, (3) The Council of Aduti establishes audit policies, review and assess audit results, as well as taking conclusions and presenting advice to the Guardian Assembly;
.,, (4) The number of members of the Board of Audit is 5 (five) persons consisting of the chairperson, secretary, and member;
.,, (5) Members of the Audit Board are appointed for a term of 5 (five) years and cannot be re-appointed;
(6) Members of the Audit Board are appointed and dismissed by the Guardian Assembly;
(7) The Audit Council is responsible to the Guardian Assembly.

Section 32
.,, (1) The Audit Board may appoint auditors to carry out audits at the institute, in the field of education, scholarship, finance, and staffing;
.,, (2) the Auditor reports the results of the audit as referred to in paragraph (1) to the Audit Board;
.,, (3) Requirements, order of appointment, and dismissal of members of the Audit Board are set up in the Household Budget.

Section 33
(1) Audit Council of the institute on duty:
., a., a. establish an internal audit policy;
B. designate and lift professional audit power;
c. study and assess both internal and external audit results;
D. take a conclusion and submit a suggestion to the Guardian Assembly.
.,, (2) The implementation of the Audit Board duties is charged to the institute ' s budget.

BAB VII
THE ACADEMIC SENATE

Section 34
.,, (1) The Senate Academic Institute is the highest normative body of the institute in the academic field;
(2) The Academic Senate is responsible to the academic community;
(3) The Academic Senate consists of:
., a., a. Rector and the Vice Rector;
B. Dean of the Faculty;
C. Great Master;
D. Lecturer is not a Great Teacher;
e. The head of the institute ' s library;
f. Head of the Information Power Resource Center; and
G. Another element is set later in the Household Budget.
.,, (4) Members of the Academic Senate of the institute are appointed for a term of 5 (five) years, and may be reappointed for 1 (one) times the term;
.,, (5) Academic Senate is led by a chief assisted by a secretary, who is elected by and from the members for 2.5 (two and a half) years of tenure and may be re-elected for 1 (one) times the term;
., (6) In carrying out its duties, the Academic Senate may form commissions or committees members of members of the Academic Senate, which if seen need to be added to other members;

(1) Academic Senate on duty:

THE GRAND MASTER ASSEMBLY

Section 36
.,, (1) The Grand Master ' s Assembly is the institute of Great Teachers of the institute consisting of the entire Grand Master of the institute;
(2) The Great Teachers ' Assembly is responsible to the academic community;
.,, (3) The Grand Master Assembly is responsible for the course of the moral integrity and professional ethics of the academic civitas of the institute and of the quiceness of the institute's environment;
.,, (4) The Grand Master ' s Assembly elees the vice-deputy Teacher Permanent Institute to sit in the Academic Senate;
.,, (5) The Grand Master Assembly gives consideration on the proposal of the appointment of the Great Teacher to the Leadership of the institute;
.,, (6) The Grand Master Assembly provides consideration for the proposal of the appointment of an Honorary Doctorate or other honorary grant to the Academic Senate and or the head of the institute;
.,, (7) The Grand Master ' s Assembly may conduct investigations and settlement concerning issues related to academic activities or the occurrence of disputes betwee rules of the Guardian Council.

The Fifth Part
Task and Authority

Section 30
(1) The Guardian Council is responsible for:

., a., a. validate the Strategic Plan as well as the institute ' s Annual Work and Budget Plan;
B. maintaining the institute ' s financial health condition;
c. establish the institute ' s general policy in non-academic fields;
D. carrying out general oversight and control over the management of the institenate and the Grand Master ' s Assembly of the institute;
(3) The institute ' s open session is led by the Rector;

BAB XII
THE UNIT OF WEALTH, FUNDS AND
COMMERCIAL VENTURE UNIT

The First Part
The Unit of Wealth and Fund

Section 46
., (1) The Wealth and Fund Unit is a supporting unit of the Institute that handles the management of Wealth and the Lestari Fund, Intellectual Property, and the granting of protection and the improvement of the welfare of the Bandung Institute of Technology employees and their families;
.,, (2) the Wealth and Fund Unit is comprised of the elements of Wealth and the Lestari Fund, Intellectual Property, Welfare Fund, and other elements deemed necessary by the Assembly of Trusts, which are each managed separately according to the regulations Its own is defined by the Guardian Council.
.,, (3) the management of the Unit of Wealth and Funds including elements as referred to in paragraph (1) and (2) are carried out separately and should not interfere with the academic activities of the Institute;
.,, (4) The leadership of the Wealth and Fund Unit is lifted and dismissed by the Assembly of Guardians, for a specific term set out in its own regulation by the Assembly of the Guardians;
.,, (5) Tata the way of acquisition, management and use of the wealth and funds of the Institute as well as the remainder of its efforts are governed under its own regulations by the Guardian Assembly.

Section 47
.,, (1) Wealth and the Lestari Fund is a wholly owned and controlled property of the Institute that is derived from the free and conditional Donation of its use, whether from the government, agency or individual national and international, nor which is derived from the Institute itself;
.,, (2) Donations that have become part of the Wealth and Fund Lestari Institut may not be retracted by the donors or by other parties;
., (3) The Value and form of the Donation as referred to in the paragraph (2) is legal to the Wealth and Fund of the Institute through the determination of the Leadership of Wealth and Funds with the approval of the Guardian Council.
.,, (4) Wealth and the Lestari Fund cannot be changed in value and form and cannot be loaned, made as collateral or transferred ownership to other parties;
.,, (5) The acquisition, use and management of Wealth and the Lestari Fund, is governed in its own regulations by the Assembly of Guardians of Amanat.

Section 48
.,, (1) Intellectual Property consists of patents, copyrights and other forms of intellectual property either fully or partially owned by the Institute;
.,, (2) the acquisition, use and management of Intellectual Property, governed in its own regulations by the Guardian Assembly in accordance with applicable laws.

Section 49
.,, (1) The Welfare Fund is a fund that collects as a pension buffer fund, labor insurance, health insurance and other forms of social assurance;
.,, (2) The acquisition, use and management of the Welfare Fund, is governed in its own regulations by the Assembly of Guardians.

Section 50
.,, (1) Leadership of Wealth and Fund Managing Wealth and Fund Lestari, Intellectual Property and Welfare Fund as well as responsible to the Guardian Assembly;
.,, (2) The leadership of the Wealth and Fund Unit, compiling the structure and intrusting of the Wealth and Fund Unit for approval and approval of the Guardian Council of Amanat;
.,, (3) The leadership of the Wealth Unit and the Fund is obligated to coordinate with the Bandung Institute of Technology Chairman in the use of wealth and Academic Unit resources. The coordination in question is regulated by its own rules by the Guardian Council.

The Commercial Effort Unit

Section 51
.,, (1) Commercial Business Unit is a body of enterprise established and wholly owned by the institute in order to support the funding of the hosting of Tri Dharma College;
.,, (2) Commercial Business Units may be a limited liability unit or other type of commercial venture wholly or partially owned by the institute as long as it is not in conflict with applicable laws,
.,, (3) the management of Commercial Venture Units as referred to in paragraph (1) and (2) are carried out separately from academic activities;
.,, (4) In terms of the establishment of limited liability, the inclusion of the institute's capital as a whole does not exceed 20% (twenty percent) of the institute's assets.

Section 52
.,, (1) The leadership of the Commercial Business Unit is lifted and dismissed by the Assembly of Guardians for a particular term set further by the Assembly of Trusts;
.,, (2) The leadership of the Commercial Business Unit is responsible to the Mayor's Assembly in conducting commercial business management;
.,, (3) At the approval of the Guardian Council, the leadership of the Commercial Business Unit may establish another form of legal entity, whose shares may be wholly owned or partially owned by the institute;
(4) Each year the leadership of the Commercial Business Unit is required to compose:

., a., a. Work Plan and Annual Budget to obtain the approval of the Guardian Assembly;
., b. Annual Report consisting of the financial Report and Activity Report to be accounted for and authorized by the Guardian Assembly.

BAB XIII
PLANNING, MANAGING, AND ACCOUNTABILITY

The First Part
Planning

Section 53
.,, (1) To achieve the objectives as referred to in section 10, the organizers of the institute are drafting a Strategic Plan;
.,, (2) The Strategic Plan is a strategy chosen to achieve the goal and program of the annual 5 (five) time to execute such a strategy, at least of which it contains:
., a., a. evaluation of the implementation of the previous Strategic Plan;
., b. the evaluation of the strength, the weaknesses, the opportunities, and the threat that existed at the time;
c. The assumptions used in drafting the Strategic Plan;
., d. target assignment, strategy, policy, and work programs as well as institute performance indicators for the next planning period.
(7) The chairman of the institute is the leader of the Academic Unit.

BAB XI
OPEN SESSION OF THE INSTITUTE

Section 45
.,, (1) The open session of the institute can be conducted in order to carry out the graduation, the dies natalis, the reinstatement of the Great Master, the appointment of an Honorary Doctorate, and the awarer of an honorary sign;
.,, (2) Open session of the institute attended Academic Sv>
.,, (3) In order for the development of talent, interest, and personal, students are given the opportunity of organizing and following activities outside of academic activities;
(4) The provisions of paragraph (3) shall be further set up in the Household Budget.

Section 68
.,, (1) Alumni is a graduate of one of the academic, professional, and professed programs;
.,, (2) the institute alumni association called the Bandung Institute of Technology Alumni Association or abbreviated IA-ITB;
.,, (3) The institute ' s relationship and alumni are organized based on family asas and partnerships.

BAB XVII
THE AWARDS

Section 69
.,, (1) The award is delivered to members of the public as recognition and appreciation for outstanding achievements, services, and devotion to the institute and or outstanding contributions to the advancement of science, technology, art, and Social science of humanity;
.,, (2) Tatshows, types, and form of awards are set further in the Household Budget.

BAB XVIII
THE TRANSITION PROVISION

Section 70
.,, (1) The leadership of the institute no later than 1 (one) year after which the Regulation of this Government forms the Assembly of the Guardians (of the Guardian);
.,, (2) The transitional period of the change to the institute from the status of the College of State to the State-Owed Law Board, except for which it is mentioned in Article 62, is 5 (five) years;
.,, (3) With the enactment of this Government Regulation all institute regulations that are not appropriate and/or in conflict with the Rules of this Government are declared to be not applicable.

BAB XIX
CLOSING PROVISIONS

Section 71
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.

Section 57
.,, (1) the annual financial report and the annual academic report are signed by all the members of the institute ' s leadership and delivered to the Assembly of the Guardian Amanat;
.,, (2) In that case the institute leadership does not sign the annual financial report and the annual academic report as referred to in paragraph (1) should be mentioned the reason in writing in the news of the signing event.

Section 58.
.,, (1) the Institute has an internal auditor appointed and dismissed by the leadership;
.,, (2) Internal Auditor is in charge of regularly auditing all work units in the institute ' s environment including the field of education, student education, finance, and employment.

BAB XIV
SUPERVISION

Section 59
.,, (1) The supervision of the hosting of the institute is carried out by the Minister who can delegate this authority to the Assembly of Guardians;
.,, (2) External supervision of the institute ' s financial management is carried out by a functional audit force;
.,, (3) Internal supervision of the institute ' s financial management is carried out by the Audit Board;
.,, (4) Rector can lift internal audit power to assist in preparation and execution of the audit process;
(5) Internal Auditor is directly responsible to the Leadership of the Institute.

BAB XV
EMPLOYMENT

Section 60
.,, (1) the institute ' s employees consist of academic and non-academic personnel of appointment and dismissal, position, rights and obligations set forth under the work agreement in accordance with applicable laws;
.,, (2) The academic workforce at the institute consists of lecturers and academic support personnel;
.,, (3) Dosen is someone who is based on the requirements of education, expertise, and his ability to be appointed by the institute to exercise teaching duties;
.,, (4) Any lecturer is obligated to undertake research and devotion to the community;
.,, (5) Rules for appointment, registrations, management, and enforcement of the discipline of the education workforce are further set up in the Household Budget.

Section 61
.,, (1) Academic support consists of researchers, developers in the fields of education, librarians, labors, technicians, and other professions according to the need;
.,, (2) The regulations for the appointment, dissipation, management, and enforcement of the academy ' s support disciplines as well as administrative power are further regulated in the Household Budget.

Section 62.
Assignment of Civil Servlet status to institute employees is conducted for up to 10 (ten) years by striving that the double employee system is in effect in the time of its outlaws;

BAB XVI
STUDENTS AND ALUMNI

Section 63
.,, (1) Students are legally registered learers on one of the academic, professional or professed educational programs at the institute;
., (2) Students are a component of the academic community of the institute which together with other components is responsible for carrying out the institute ' s educational mission;
.,, (3) the status, rights, obligations, and terms of registration as well as student acceptance are set further in the Household Budget;
.,, (4) The student occupation as a listener on the institute is set further by the Rector ' s decision.

Section 64
Foreign citizens can be a student of the institute after meeting the requirements as set out in the laws governing it and the Household Budget.

Section 65
Students have the same rights to obtain educational and teaching services as well as their well-being in support of the agility of teaching learning.

Section 66
(1) Each student is mandatory for:

., a., a. to bear the cost of hosting education, except for the students who are exempt from such obligations in accordance with the applicable institute regulations;
., b. comply with all applicable regulations and conditions in the institute and faculty.
.,, (2) The implementation of the paragraph provision (1) is set further in the Household Budget.

Section 67
(1) In the institute there is a student organization of maturity;
.,, (2) Students have the attributes set further by the Institute ' s Leadership;
