.,, weighed: a. that in order to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the State-Owed Enterprises Agency in the field of industrial chemistry, it is seen as necessary to merge the Company Perseroan (PERSERO) PT Indonesia Soda Industry which was founded on the basis of Government Regulation No. 32 Year 1978 into the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) PT Salt which was established under Government Regulation No. 12 of 1991;
., b. that the merger of both the Perseroan Companies (PERSERO) needs to be established with the Government Regulation;

., 4. Government Regulation No. 12 of 1991 on Transitional General Corporate Form (PERUM) Salt became a Perseroan Company (PERSERO) (State Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia in 1991 Number 15);

BAB I
UMUM PROVISIONS
Section 1
Company Company (PERSERO) The PT. The Indonesian Soda Industry, established under Government Regulation No. 32 of 1978, is incorporated into the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Salt established under Government Regulation No. 12 of 1991.
Section 2
.,, (1) By combining as referred to in Section 1, then the entire wealth, rights and obligations as well as the employees of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The Indonesian Soda Industry switched due to the law to the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Salt.
(2) The high value of wealth as referred to in paragraph (1) is set by the Minister of Finance.
Section 3
Company Company (PERSERO) The PT. The salt the result of the merger as referred to in Article 1 was subsequently changed its name to the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Salt and Soda Indonesia.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE MERGE
Section 4
Operation of the merger of the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. The Indonesian Soda Industry into the Perseroan Company (PERSERO) The PT. Salt as referred to in Chapter I, conducted under the provisions of Act No. 1 of 1995 and its rules of implementation with regard to the provisions of Government Regulation No. 12 of 1998 and Government Regulation No. 98 of the Year 1999 as well as other applicable laws.

CLOSING PROVISIONS
Section 5
Since the effective date of the accession of the merger as referred to in Article 1, the Government Regulation No. 32 Year of 1978 on Takeover Of The Salt Public Company Form into a Perseroan Company (PERSERO), is declared to be not applicable.
Section 6
Further arrangements for the implementation of this Government Regulation are governed by the Minister of Finance.
Section 7
This Government Regulation shall come into effect on the date of the promulctest.
