ABOUT THE TOLL ROAD

PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

.,, weighed: a. That in order to improve the development of the Expressway in Indonesia as one of the important relations infrastructure in the development of the region, it needs a clearer arrangement of the determination of the magnitude of the toll fare;
., b. that in respect of such, the arrangement concerning the toll tariffs as set in Government Regulation Number 8 of 1990 on the Expressway, needs to be refined;

DECIDED:

.,, SET: GOVERNMENT REGULATIONS ON CHANGES TO GOVERNMENT REGULATION NUMBER 8 OF 1990 ON EXPRESSWAY.

Section 1
Change and add to the provisions of Government Regulation No. 8 of 1990 (First Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia 1990 Number 12, Additional Gazette number 3405) on the Expressway as follows:

1. Changing the provisions of Article 40, so the whole reads as follows:

.,, (1) The penetration of the motor vehicle type and large toll fares is set by the President on the Minister ' s proposal.
(2) The toll fare of the toll is determined by factor:

.,, (3) The magnitude of the subscription tolls of the subscription toll is determined by the Agency with a rabat not exceeding 30% (thirty percent) of the toll tariffs the President specified. "

., 2. Adding to the new provisions between Article 40 and Section 41 as Article 40A, as follows:

The adjustment of the magnitude of the toll fares is carried out every 3 (three) years based on the effect of the inflation rate on the component load component of the highway, with a maximum increase of 25% (twenty-five percent). "
