I. UMUM

" Article 7
The regular promotion, as referred to in Article 6, can be given a higher level if:
a. At least four (four) years in the last rank; and
., b. Each job achievement rating is worth at least 2 (two) last year. "

" Section 8
The regular promotion rate for Civil Servers is given up to:
., a., a. Youth Manager, II/a space group for which has a Primary School Letter of Education Learning;
., b. Controller, II/c space group for which has the Tamat Sign Letter Studying First Grade School;
., c. Level I, the II/d space group for who has the Terminated Letter of the First Class Vocational Learning Letter (s).
., d. Level I Young Master, III/b space group for which has an Advanced Degree Letter Studying Letter, Advanced Vocational High School 3 (three) years, High School Vocational Advanced School 4 (four) years, Ijazah Diploma I, or Diploma Diploma II;
., e. Stylist, III/c space group for who has an Exceptional Education Teacher School Diploma, Diploma III Diploma, Diploma Of Young Bachelor, Diploma Academy, or Ijazah Bakaloreat;
., f. Type I, III/d space group for those with Ijazah Scholar (S1) or Ijazah Diploma IV;

. .5. The provisions of Article 9 are amended, thus the whole being read as follows:

" Section 9
The rise in the rank of choice is given to the civil servant who:
a. sitting on a particular structural or functional position;
., b. A certain title, which is appointed by the President's Decision;
c. demonstrate his exceptional working achievement;
D. find a new invention that is beneficial for the country;
e. was appointed to the state official;
f. obtaining the Learned/Ijazah; Sign Letter;
., g. carrying out a study assignment and previously occupying a particular structural or functional office;
h. has finished following and passed the study task; and
., i. Employed or secondhand in full outside of the parent agency appointed in a leadership position that has been defined as a specific eselyholder equation or a certain functional office. "

6. The provisions of Article 11 are deleted.

., 7. The provisions of Article 12 are amended, thus the whole being read as follows:

" Article 12
Civil servants who occupy the structural and rank offices are still one level below the lowest rank of rank determined for the position, increasing the rank of higher rank, if:
a. has been 1 (one) year in the rank of its own;
., b. At least one (one) year in a structural position that is occupied; and
